About: Animals are my passion, all different kinds. My family at home currently consists of dogs, birds, cats and reptiles. I’ve raised everything from puppies to senior pets with specialized, round-the-clock needs. I’ve also owned fish, and even a couple of jumping spiders over the years. Ive worked in both senior care and early childhood education, so I’m very used to providing patient, reliable day-to-day support. I also ran a small daycare and dog-walking service when I lived in Virginia, back in 2016-2018. Caring for people and animals has always been part of my life, and I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and species. I work for myself and don’t keep a fixed schedule, so I have a lot of availability during the week. I’m usually out the door after getting my son to school in the morning, and I’m free for drop-ins and walks throughout the weekdays between about 8am and 8pm, with a short break in the afternoon for school pickup. As for the weekends, typically Friday evening through Saturday - Im unavailable, then open again all of Sunday. I only offer walks and drop-ins as I already have a full zoo crew at home—including one chihuahua who is “a lot” to say the least. Your pet gets my full attention right in their own space. If your booking is after 2:30 p.m., my 10-year-old may occasionally tag along (unless you prefer otherwise). He’s great with animals, gentle and calm. Hanging out with new critters is the best part of both of our days. Whatever your routine is—food, water, meds, playtime, or just company—I’ll follow it exactly. My goal is to keep your pet safe, happy, and healthy.

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since 5 years old. Grooming, walking, cleaning up after them and loving them. I have added birds, ferrets, and turtles to my pets in my adulthood. I foster neonatal kittens. I have trained many dogs and have shown them in obedience. I have had elderly dogs and cats and have helped them through their needs in old age. I love to throw the ball for your dog, play with cats or just sit and pet them, make sure they have their food on time and always have water. I can walk you dog around the block or for 5 miles. I am very experienced in reactive dogs and walking them. I have had large and small dogs. My last two dogs were Dobermans. I will be reliable and follow your instructions. I am a retired Occupational Therapist and have recently lost my sweet friend and companion, my dog Scarlet. I have time now to help others out who need someone to provide love and care to their pet. I am looking to care for your pet in your home. I may, be able to take a cat or dog into my home sometimes, but I have chickens in my backyard so it is not available. At your home I can stay overnight if necessary or just come and care for your pet in the comfort they are used to. I am reliable and trustworthy and will give all the love and care your pet needs and wants.

About: I’m currently enrolled in a program to become a registered veterinary technician. I also have experience working as a professional dog groomer in a salon. I’m working part-time right now as a dog groomer so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available most days including weekends. I am unable to stay in clients’ homes overnight. As a professional groomer in a salon I treated every dog I worked on as if they were my own, and that’s the exact treatment I provide for any pet under my care.

About: I grew up on a farm South of Gallup. I have 5 dogs at home 3 cats and many other animals. I love animals and they play a big part in my life. You allowing me to spend time with your animal will make me so happy. I worked at a humane society when I lived there I helped with surgeries, giving animals medications, feeding, cleaning, making sure animals were always as comfortable as they could be. I really enjoyed this job and learned a lot from it. Growing up I wanted to be a vet but now I work with kids and that I enjoy very much as well. I currently own a cat so I am used to taking care of my animal every day. I know that coming home to an animal is so special and keeping my cat happy makes me happy. Getting his daily pets, making sure he has food and water and giving him enrichment is a necessity. When I had previously dog sat I would first do a meet up at a local park considering the animal. Then a house visit if possible. My job is to make sure the animals are comfortable with me and to care for them while their humans may be away. I don’t mind dogs sleeping with me or cuddling me, I own a cat and he does not like those things so cuddles are always welcomed.

About: I’ve taken care of friends, family and neighbors dogs since I was 11. I love all dogs of all ages and have 2 large dogs of my own. I’m currently finishing up my masters degree and won’t be working all summer so I’ll have lots of availability for walks and drop ins as needed. I have two very friendly dogs but have dog gates and crates space is ever needed or for when I may have to leave home.
