About: I've had at least one dog since I was 23, and currently, I have two that I absolutely adore. Lately, I've been searching for pet sitters and thought, "Why not do it myself?" I’d love to help others by providing trustworthy care for their four-legged friends when they can’t be there. For drop-ins I can come 3 times during the day everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday, I can only do 2 on those days. I work in the office two days a week but am home on weekends. On office days, I’m there for 8 hours, but I can come home during lunch to let your dogs out if needed. If your dog gets along with mine, they’ll have free rein of the house. If not, they’ll stay in the kitchen when I can’t supervise them. My yard is secure since I have an escape artist of my own! :) I typically only take one dog at a time (or two if they're from the same family).

About: I've been around various breeds of dogs for as long as I can remember. During my time volunteering at Paws and Prayers Animal Rescue, I've handled as little as the Chihuahua to as large as the Great Dane! I am currently working part-time, so my schedule is typically pretty open most of the time. I am always open to meet your pups! Big and small! I have handled pups both big and small! Whatever challenge your dog throws at me, I can take it! I am able to crate dogs when necessary.

About: Growing up with dogs as a part of the family I have taken care of them my whole life. When I was 15 my family brought home a new puppy and I didn’t have a summer job, so she was my responsibility. Over the years I have taken care of dogs of all ages from energetic puppies to senior pups that need a little more love and understanding. I have administered medications and eye drops with ease and few trick up my sleeves. I enjoy having training sessions with the dogs and even teaching them a new trick while their family is away. This helps give them something to focus on and encourages bonding between us. I would be honored to take care of your furry family member while you’re away. I'm currently working part time and would love to help out your family while I have the time. While in my current status I can do more walks, potty breaks as needed. Potty break is the first and foremost needed when I arrive at a client's home. Then a walk, a little time for some training and a little bit of play as well. It's just as important they have some mental stimulation.

About: I have worked with animals my whole life I took a 3 year long course on animal behavior and I am majoring in college for zoology I am in college so I am available after 5 on the weekdays except Wednesday I am not available . Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I am available any time I am able to care for any size dog as I have cared for very small dogs to very large dogs and I am able to accommodate any needs that you may have for your dog!

Taking your best friend to a kennel isn’t an option for everyone, due to the unfamiliar and potentially unfavorable circumstances. I specialize in providing care for dogs with special needs, including but not limited to: senior dogs, puppies in training and reactive/aggressive dogs. My professional experience in animal care is as a stable assistant, so I helped to managed the care of tens of horses. My work there started voluntarily but later would become my first part time job, which was invaluable in learning about animal behavior and necessary care that I have also found very applicable to caring for dogs. My personal experience is mostly with my family dog, which might be considered as difficult. He is frequently aggressive to other dogs and sometimes acts unpredictably which has made me very aware of otherwise neglected risks. It is sometimes necessary to think creatively and quickly to avoid a situation with another dog or person that might end poorly otherwise. Pet care (sitting, walking & drop-ins) is currently my full time job and only obligation, so I have a fairly flexible schedule. I would be happy to communicate to find a time that works for you! I am a college student so I will be unavailable from August 18th until early December. I prioritize communication between myself and a client while they are away through frequent updates on their eating habits and activity levels, depending on their specific needs. I would like you and your fuzziest family members to have the best experience possible by minimizing stress and making their time fun and comfortable, while they are without their favorite people.

I will make sure to ask about your pet’s diet and allergies before giving any treats but I will make sure their interactions with me are loaded with fun, positivity, and treats. I also believe that while I am working with your pet I am only working with your pet. We will not approach strangers or strange dogs while on walks and I will politely decline strangers who want to pet your dog. As far as treatment of your home, I believe in leaving as little trace of my presence as possible. You are allowing me into your space and entrusting me with the care of your pet, so it is my goal to give you the safest, gentlest, and easiest care possible.
