“Trish was amazing from beginning to end. Her house was very clean and inviting for pets and my two fur babies were safe and happy in her care. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a sitter for their fur babies! I will definitely use her again!”

About: We have had 2 dogs for quite some time. Cody always had a pet in the home growing up and we have had our dogs since they were puppies (the oldest is 8 years old). We are willing to give any medicines and we brush our own dogs teeth at night, so we can do yours if you would like! Cody works from home, and Ashley is home most of the time so we will be willing to work with you and what your pup needs! We have a single family home with a fenced in yard and 2 fur babies ourselves to keep your pet company! We also have a doggy door to the backyard if your pup knows how to use it :) We do not crate our own dogs but are willing to crate your pup if that is the preference. We usually take our dogs on 4 walks per day, lasting about 30 minutes each walk plus free roam in the backyard.

“They were great with my dog! He got to spend time outside and enjoyed playing with their dog. He came home tired and ready for a nap, so I’m sure he had a great day. Thank you so much Bobbie and family for taking care of my boy! I’ll definitely be back for doggy day care in the future.”

“The service Ali provided is exceptional. Banksy gets exposure to other dogs, exercise, and training while staying with Ali. Working in the medical field is not always conducive to getting Banksy the mental and physical exercise he needs- Ali provides these and has always been able to work around my unpredictable schedule. I consider myself a routine customer ?”

About: I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life and have had many neighbors back home request my dog sitting services. I am home all day, as I work remotely, and have a dog of Chocolate lab that loves to play but never gets to spend time with other dogs since we are new to the area. I definitely am open to negotiating prices so just reach out and we can have a conversation! I work remotely and will be available to care for dogs throughout the day and ensure they are well cared for. I work from 8-4 however have a lot of down time to care for dogs. I have a patio for dogs to be outside if they want to as well as a separate office space that my dog sleeps in at night. I also have a crate available if need be.

“Natalie and her crew took great care of our boys. We felt so at ease leaving them with her for the day. Next time we are through coralville we be sure to book a stay for our boys in her home”

“Fantastic care giver for our dog. Equally fantastic person for dealing with scheduling uncertainties, changes, etc. Will definitely try to have her care for our dog the next time we’re in the Cedar Rapids vicinity. Thanks, Ashleigh!”

About: I've always been passionate about dogs and can hardly remember a time when I didn't have one of these amazing, loyal companions by my side. I've been dog sitting for friends and family members for years, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to branch out so that I can meet even more fur friends. I also do dog training/owner coaching, and I believe it's never too late to teach a dog new tricks. My schedule has changed where I no longer work remotely, which means my availability is limited. However, that hasn't changed my love of dog sitting, and so I will still watch my fur friends on a part time basis, schedule permitting. I have a huge back yard with a 6 ft privacy fence for ample room to run and play and even a doggie pool to splash around in to stay cool. My house is a couple blocks down from the trail for my fur friends who love to go for walks to get some of that extra energy out.

“Jack loves him some Katie, and so do we! She’s helped us out so much already, allowing us to do things where pups aren’t allowed and all the while knowing he’s being well cared for and loved!”

About: My experience includes behavior modification, rehabilitation and foster care. Since I was my daughters age I have been pet sitting and working with animals and would like to share the experience I work at home everyday but Thursday. We are available for dog walking and live close to a park trail and we are looking for a family interaction. Crate services, roaming and family integrated home. We are able to walk your animals and provide check ins. I know how animals are part of the family.

About: Hank and I have been rescuing German Shepherds since 2018 and LOVE IT! We were able to find them all loving home despite the shape or the behaviors they came with. This last year I did my first rescue by myself. I unfortunately lost Hank in the Summer of 2023. Hank was diagnosed in early Fall 2023 with degenerative myelopathy along with serve arthritis on his spine. I did ALL that I could to keep his active and healthy-including making his own food, adding supplements, water therapy, acupuncture and massage therapy. We did our best to turn obstacles into opportunities. Hank brought a lot of joy to myself and so many others. I have a room dedicated to him called Hank's Hangout. This will be the one of the areas where your four legged loved one will play, relax and rest. By fostering and with Hank I have developed training skills, worked with all doggie personalities, behaviors, and dealt a variety of medical issues/concerns(unfortunately). Fostering runs in the family. My SIL and brother also foster in Kansas City. My SIL recently opened up her own dog bakery called Callie Mae's. I have a feeling it will become a family tradition. I have been working full time from home since 2015. This allows me the opportunity for walks, playtime and keep a watchful eye on your dog. My work schedule is M-F 6-2:30. I have a fenced in back yard, the dog(s) will be on the first floor with me. They have their own room along with access to my office.

About: I was raised to be a dog lover. Growing up my family had multiple dogs at all times. We've had chihuahuas all the way to great danes so I am more than comfortable with all sizes. I have also volunteered at animal shelters taking dogs for walks, playing with them, & cleaning their cages. I promise to give your dog the same love & care that you would. I love going on walks, runs, or just playing with your dog's favorite toy, whatever they love best! We recently had our pup pass & we are missing having paws in our home. I am available for doggy daycare (Wednesdays or Thursdays) or boarding on weekends/during the week if you are okay with us being away at work during the day for 3-4 days a week. We have a large fenced-in backyard. Willing to board animals that are both kenneled & roam free as long as they are potty trained & do not chew on things (we understand accidents happen!) We have two small kiddos in the home (who are very gentle & respectful of animals) so they MUST be friendly with children. I look forward to hearing from you & meeting your pup(s)! I have Wednesdays and/ Thursdays off each week and could provide doggy daycare. We are usually home on the weekends unless my calendar states unavailable. Willing to board for extended periods as long as your pup is okay with being alone for 8-9 hours at least 3 or 4 days a week as my husband and I both work. We are an active family and love to play outside or go on walks. We have a large fenced-in yard where your pup could roam, but would never be left out there alone for a long period of time. I have two small kiddos in the home who have been raised to be gentle & kind to animals! All cleaning products we use are safe for animals. We live in a two story home with bedrooms being upstairs, all animals would be allowed on couch & beds.

About: I have had a dog almost all my life and they have always been a passion. This summer I got the opportunity to volunteer at a dog boarding facility and learned how to care for dogs from puppy to senior and aid in medications they might need. I also got to work with the trainer and can help teach basic commands to dogs. I work full time as a nursing assistant. I can’t have any more pets myself and I would take care of your pet as if it were my very own. I will take the pet for walks, depending on weather will determine the length as well as the pet. I would also be willing to wash the pet for the client and help out in any way I could with them.

About: Hi, I’m a lifelong dog lover who works from home with a flexible schedule, perfect for giving your pup plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’ve had dogs all my life, and for the past 15 years, I’ve cared for my own as well as friends’ and family’s dogs when they’re away. We currently have a sweet, social American Bulldog/Lab/Terrier mix who loves to play with new dog friends, so your pup will have a built-in buddy! If it were up to me, I’d have five of my own (but my husband says just one for now 😅), so loving on other people’s pups while they’re away keeps things fun and my heart full. I do always recommend a quick meet-and-greet to allow your pup a chance to explore our space and meet us to make sure everyone feels comfortable. This also gives us a chance to chat to be sure it’s a positive experience for all. Whether your dog wants playtime or a calm, cozy stay, I’ve got you covered! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m home most of the day and able to give plenty of attention to the pups in my care. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine- I love taking breaks for walks, playtime, or just hanging out with a furry friend. Whether your dog needs daytime company, a cozy stay while you’re away, or a little extra love during the week, I’m here and happy to help during the week or weekends. We have a fully fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for safe play and potty breaks throughout the day. Inside, dogs are treated like family with plenty of comfy spots to relax, or play. Our dog is a 5-year-old American Bulldog/Lab/Terrier mix who’s super friendly and loves to play with other dogs. He’s always been great at sharing his toys and space with others. We typically do slow and intentional introductions in our fenced in yard to ensure it’s a positive and safe experience for all. They’ll then have plenty of room to run and play together during the stay! We also have two kind and respectful kiddos (ages 6 and 8) who have grown up around dogs and love helping care for them when they’re not in school. I always supervise interactions and make sure every dog feels safe and relaxed. Whether your pup loves to play or prefers a calmer vibe, I’ll do my best to make them feel right at home.
