He was very responsive and able to quickly get up to speed on my dog’s tendencies and needs. He frequently sent updates throughout the weekend and I could tell was very active and engaged, taking several trips to the dog park and providing treats and toys. About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. If you aren't in the Cedar Rapids area I can do morning and evening/night check ins. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am home all day, as I work remotely, and have a dog of Chocolate lab that loves to play but never gets to spend time with other dogs since we are new to the area. I feel pets are such a big part of your family; your baby, your little one, or your child almost. You would be entrusting me with the care of this most precious part of your family. There is a new dog park just a block from where I reside. My building is a secure building that is locked with cameras everywhere in the hallways. There are long hallways in my building with very few residents and lots of room to run inside when weather outside is not good. I am able to leave as often as needed to walk dogs. Also, I am able to care for your fur babies in their own home or at my residence.

About: I've personally owned animals my entire life. I've raised 3 dogs in the past and currently own qthat absolutely love other animals and people! I also have 3 cats that are all extremely friendly and love new things. I currently work at an animal shelter working with dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. I have experience with friendly animals, reactive animals, and shy animals. I'm very skilled at giving medications as I have to do it daily for my job. My schedule is very flexible and I'm also good in medical cases with animals. I don't have a degree in veterinary sciences, but work with strange cases daily and have a close connection with vet techs. I'm excited to open my heart to new animals! I currently work part time in the mornings and can stop in before my shift to do a check in, potty breaks, and feeding. Once I'm off in the afternoon, I can do more check-ins and walks. In the afternoons, I can stick around longer to spend more time with them. I have experience with positive reinforcement and am also okay with using dog crates if the need is there. I'm experienced with different types of harnesses and collars as well and have worked with dogs with many different allergies.
About: I grew up with cats and dogs. In my adult life I’ve had 2 cats until elderly age and now I have 2 doodles, one of which I high anxiety. I am flexible (especially on nights and weekends) and enjoy being with animals (often times more than humans lol) 😃. I can typically works around my morning and afternoon schedule. I have a fenced in yard and boy is created each night. For my clients home, I provide care based on instructions with lots of love and pets!

He was very responsive and able to quickly get up to speed on my dog’s tendencies and needs. He frequently sent updates throughout the weekend and I could tell was very active and engaged, taking several trips to the dog park and providing treats and toys. His dog Timber was the perfect buddy for my pup to play with all weekend long. I’ll reach out to Jason again for boarding and would recommend to anyone in the area.”

“Paul and his son did a 10 star job of watching my Rowdy, a Golden Retriever. Rowdy is over 10 years old in human years which makes him over 70 in dog years. In all that time, this is actually the first time I’ve ever boarded Rowdy. That alone tells you how protected he is-rarely is he out of my sight. I am so thankful that I chose Paul to watch over Rowdy. I hit a home run for sure! Paul was so thorough and heartfelt in his care of Rowdy, for he kept me in the loop, he touched base with me through the app consistently, and sent me pictures of Rowdy, at play and during movie time. I could not have been paired up with anybody more well equipped than Paul and his family. It touched my heart when Paul mentioned that he recently lost his pet companion of many years, and that this time with Rowdy helped fill the void and gave him that sense of companionship once again. Paul is the real deal and he went above and beyond in his caretaking of my best friend, and he did it with compassion and a whole lot of heart.
