Recently, we had to make the difficult decision to put our oldest dog to sleep before we had a scheduled booking with her. She was incredibly understanding and immediately ensured we received a full refund. The first time we took our other pup to stay with her after losing her older brother, Amy went above and beyond taking care of her for us. When we decided to pick her up a day early because we were missing her, Amy was thoughtful enough to refund us for the day even though we had no intention of asking for a refund. I would 100% recommend Amy if you want a quality, trustworthy sitter for your dogs.”
