“Chaucy was a heaven sent! I haven't had a dog in a long time but I've had many dogs over the years and worked with animals off and on my whole life. I've heard horror stories about the traditional boarding facilities like little dog prisons and I knew i didnt want Nemean to be locked up in a cage. I've never had to leave my pups with someone else. However working on a film set and having a 5 month old puppy just don't mix. So I began the stressful process of trying to decided what I'm going to do with such a big puppy for nearly 2 weeks. I just knew I wanted him to be in an environment where he would be loved and cared for like he is at home. Insert rover and finding Chaucy. What drew me to her profile was she's a Doberman mom, my first dog had been a Doberman and no matter what if they have a Doberman they're good people which still rings true, so we did a meet and greet and wow just wonderful. Chaucy was so gracious and kind. Nemean instantly loved her and Sadee. I spent several hours getting to know Chaucy and by the time I left it was like an elephant had stepped off my chest. I knew Chaucy would be the perfect fit. Flash forward to his stay and I got regular updates, Nemean was doing so great and Chaucy treated him like he was her own. In fact I think Nemean didn't wanna leave his new friends and he's missing them. I know in the future the one person I'm calling to keep my boy for me is going to be Chaucy. Truly a blessing to have created what I hope is a life long connection.”
