About: I have loved dogs my whole life, but I did not realize how deep that love could be until I adopted my first dog, Flynn, 11 years ago. He was a 90lb German Shepherd with reactivity towards other dogs, which led me down the path of learning everything I could about canine behavior and training. I have taken multiple dog training classes focused on positive reinforcement techniques and have used tools such as clicker training, prong collars, and e-collars. I learned how to navigate situations in which Flynn was reactive, making sure I had full control of a very strong dog at all times. I raised Flynn from 8 weeks old (puppy shark phase) to his calmer senior years. The challenges I faced with Flynn taught me how to read canine body language, manage reactivity, and handle high energy, strong dogs with patience and love. After losing Flynn, I thought I could never get another dog again, but come February 2024, I welcomed 7-week-old GSD mix Artemis (Artie) into my life. It has been a completely different training experience in much more challenging ways. From potty training to crate training and leash manners, she has tested everything I have learned (and helped me learn more). Every challenge and every puppy shark bite has been completely worth it. She is now thriving and continues to learn thanks to consistency, structure, and ongoing enrichment. I also have hands-on experience with senior dog care. I started caring for our elderly family dog (Socrates) after my father passed away 4 years ago. He is now a 14-year-old Dachshund Terrier mix with limited mobility and some incontinence. I provide daily care, including hygiene and administering medication, and provide a clean, comforting environment to support his quality of life. He is getting a lot of treats and love in my care. My goal is to build trust and communication to maintain a safe environment for dogs and others. Whether your dog is a puppy in training, a reactive adult, or a senior who needs special attention, I bring patience and knowledgeable care. Every dog is different, and I take the time to get to know what makes yours special. I'd love to meet them and offer care you can trust. My life revolves around my sweet pup, Artemis (aka Artie). This means that besides work and taking care of her needs, I am quite open. I work remotely some days and can drop in on your babies during the day or in the evenings. On the weekends my availability is wide open. Building trust through consistent communication is important to me. Since I know that every dog is different, I understand each has individual needs and am eager to learn them. As a dog owner, I also understand how important it is for someone who is caring for your dog to know your dog and know what they need (I'm the type who writes a whole manual for any sitter). In my home, I have a senior dog who likes his alone time and an energetic, young GSD mix dog. For daycare, your pups can interact as little or as much as appropriate. I also have a small fenced yard where I can play with the dogs.

About: I grew up with 2 cats and 2 dogs. In college, my roommate brought her dog in, and when she was away, I treated her dog as my own. I walked, fed, and played with her. I have a lot of experience taking care of them. I currently volunteer at the OC Animal Shelter in the kitten nursery and took a dog 101 course. No matter what type of pet you have, I would love to care for them. I'm free after 5 pm Monday-Thursday and Friday after 2 pm. Saturday and Sunday, I'm free most mornings, and I will always be free after 1 pm. I respond quickly and send however many updates/pictures you want. I will always keep an eye on your pet, even if they are in an enclosed environment. I will follow any instruction/schedule to the tee. Even though I'm energetic, if your pet wants a calm night, I will be able to provide it. My main priority is making sure your pet feels safe and loved.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs and cats for the last couple of years through friends and neighbors whether they were under 1 year or senior pets. I’ve taken dogs on walks and to dog parks (if approved), as well as house sat. I’m currently in the process of starting a new position of which I start on the August 6th. Between now and then, I will be fully available for pet care aside from August 2nd + 3rd. I can crate your dog or cats if needed, always ensuring they are in a safe space by making sure there is no food or anything they can accidentally swallow in the vacinity, ensuring they stick to a routine if applicable, and making sure they are always fed and played with!

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life, I went to school to understand the behavior and requirements it takes to assuring the dog is happy and needs are met. I have worked with many different types of dog breeds, big or small and as well as different stages of life, I adore dogs and their well-being to flourish. I am currently working from 1 PM to 8 PM, Mondays through Sunday with Tuesday and Friday off. So I am available mornings the days I work as well as after my shift if needed and all day the days I’m off. When it comes to my pets in my home, I make sure that they are on a routine and schedule with feeding, walks, and attention. I make sure their bowls are ready for the day when I am not home. When it comes to anybody I am helping out, I always stay punctual with what they have given me so I don’t mess up their pets schedule and needs.

Please know that I will always treat your furbaby like they are my own. As mentioned, I work from home, which gives me flexibility for drop-in and walks in nearby neighborhoods. For day care and boarding, my flexibility also allows us to take visits to the park and walk around the lake at our leisure. Daycare hours: 8am-6pm Boarding: pick up is by 11AM. If pick up needs to be after 11, we would just add a day of day care. I have a very large patio- great for sunbathing. ☀️ As mentioned, my complex has a private dog park which makes play time extra safe. (I always confirm with pet parents before allowing guest dogs to go into the park.)

About: I've been with dogs since I was a kid. I have taken care of three family dogs from varying sizes: A Chihuahua, a German Shepard and a Pomeranian, all from puppyhood. I clean, bathe and walk them without problems. Because I will be beginning my summer break from teaching, I will have a ample time to care for all of a dog's needs, whether that be, playing, walking, I have a small fence yard and my apartment complex has a a pavilion that is great for dogs. This allows for easy access if a dog needs to do its business, walk or play. I also have doggie bowls and dogs can freely roam free throughout the unit. About: Hello! I have trained puppies and dogs for basic obedience and shows for 15 years. I started as a mentee at 9 with a certified show dog runner and trainer for 1.5 years and started training my neighbor’s dogs as practice. I have since started boarding various pets throughout college up until now. As a pet owner, I know just how important it is to find the right person to care for and be responsible for our family members - I’m definitely that person and will ensure the upmost respect for you and your pets! I like to give my clients and their pets the time to get to know me and feel like they’re making the right choice. I like to keep everything transparent and open for discussion. I live in a large two-story home with a fenced backyard and plenty of running space. I believe in lots of mental and physical stimulation to keep all animals in my care happy and healthy. I like to get 10k steps a day for my own health and make it a point to go for a 2 hour walk a day and love having a companion there with me :) My home is pet proofed from any toxic plants, food is kept out of reach, and my home is treated for pests and fleas monthly. I also have dog gates in case I ever need to section a part of the home off. I don’t like to use dog crates in my home and like to let pets have a lot of freedom and space to feel their most comfortable.
