About: Ive worked with animals over the years, cats and dogs. I used to volunteer at the small shelters in this area, caring and helping with adoptions. I have had my own Yorkie for the last ten years that I treat like my baby. I would love to extend my caring nature to take care of your animals too! Im currently in online college classes, so I am home every day. I can cater to your pups as needed, and I also have a backyard they can play in. If they need a daily walk i can provide that also! I treat other people's babies as I would my own. My own dog goes out several times a day, gets cuddled and just hangs out with me. I follow feeding schedules by owners wants.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and as soon as I got to college at LSU, I adopted my first animal. I worked at an animal hospital during my time in undergrad and loved every second with all of my furry friends! Even though I decided to pursue a career in nursing, I love spending my free time with any animal I can and making sure they feel loved!! I’m currently a nursing student at LSU Health Sciences Center! I find that spending time with furry friends is the best way to spend study breaks for me! About: My family has owned some sort of pet my entire life (from dogs, cats, fish, and birds to bearded dragons, guinea pigs, and bunny rabbits). I love animals and I would be more than happy to help watch over your fur babies! I am a stay at home mom to 2 boys under 2, but I have time throughout the day to devote to pet drop ins to check on them, play with them/walk them, feed and water them, etc. I will care for pets in a client’s home as I have two of my own miniature dachshunds, and I would want to keep your pet in their own environment if possible. I can let your pet out to potty and play, give them food and water, and love on them while you are away.

About: I’ve cared for animals for 10+ years as a shelter worker, vet tech, vet assistant and pet parent myself. I’m knowledgeable on diabetic care, senior care, pediatric training and socializing and much more! I’m able to fit your pets care anytime needed due to my open schedule! I’m usually up by 6:00AM to start caring for my mini zoo but able to get up earlier. Your pets safety comes first to me. If any meds are needed they will be given on time every time. You’ll receive as many updates or possibly more of your babies.

About: Being liked by animals is a huge deal to me; I take it very personally. I love all animals, and I always get excited when I meet a new client that has a breed I’ve never sat with before, or a pet that is not as common. I have currently only taken care of dogs, cats, and fish as pets, but I would love the opportunity to expand this. I do have puppy care experience, and senior cat & dog care. I have kept a few puppies whose owners were in the process of training them. I was shown the commands they were working on and told what motivated the pets to comply. I have also done sitting jobs with a deaf dog, and with blind cats & dogs. I recently fulfilled a contract for a nanny job I previously held. This has freed up my schedule quite a bit, as I am currently in between jobs. I am free most weekdays and weekends. Making sure pets feel comfortable and safe is a top priority for me. I love the companionship they give, and I thoroughly enjoy giving it back in return. I have no complaints about cuddles, or playing fetch 100 times! My goal when sitting for your pet is to offer them the same level of comfort as they would find if you were home. I know some pets struggle with stress/anxiety when their owners leave so I make it a point to make my presence warm and inviting so that they see a friend rather than a stranger. I implement any suggestions and/or directions that are given to me, and keep pets as close to their normal routine as possible; this including feedings, outside time, walks, medicines, even disciplinary practices*. I want your pets to have quality care, so that is where my sights are set. I look forward to meeting new friends!

About: I have been dog sitting and dog walking consistently since high school. I have always had a huge love and interest in dogs which has led me to now, where I am currently training to be a dog trainer! I recently started shadowing an amazing experienced dog trainer just outside of Shreveport where I have learned so much about training dogs and the career. I have fully trained both of my pups, including off leash training, and have worked with a few other dogs and their owners, mostly being puppies! I am a lover of dogs of all ages and sizes and have had experience with a wide range of temperaments and personalities. I am currently in sales working remote from home where I am lucky enough to be able to do my job anywhere as long as I have my computer, and am able to essentially set and adjust my schedule. I am able to do drop-ins during business hours M-F and some evenings, and for dog sitting I have flexible availability including weekends! I have two pups of my own, Joey and Winnie, who are both friendly and well trained. I have dog sat a few dogs in my home and naturally, safety is my highest priority. I never leave my dogs and a client’s dog unsupervised whether I am in the next room or running errands. Both of my dogs are crate trained and when I have to leave while watching a client’s dog, they are secured in their crates. I do prefer a client’s dog to also have their own crate if possible just to ensure the most safety at night and if I need to leave. However, if a client does not have one or use one, I can work with that as well. I have a fully fenced in backyard, but even so, I go out with the dogs every time they need to go so they are never in the yard unsupervised either. I am a bit of a helicopter mom😅
