About: I work with Chimpanzees at Chimp Haven! I also have two amazing cats named Bellion and Kid! In addition I also have a bearded dragon named Thor. I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I do work a full time job from 7am-4pm every day. My evenings are completely free and I currently have Saturdays and Sundays off from work so I am free all day on those days to help train or walk pets! Since my evenings are free I can check up or even stay the night to take care of your babies! My cats and lizard are very spoiled in our home. They get fed twice a day and plenty of love and play time. I absolutely adore animals and I want to make sure your pets are taken care of while you're at work or vacation!
About: I’ve taken care of and raised small pets for as long as I can remember, but as I wasn’t able to have a dog of my own as a child, I’ve always taken every opportunity to babysit my older siblings’ and aunts’ dogs whenever they needed ever since I was 15 years old. I’ve now raised and trained my own two dogs from puppies (one is 4.5 years old and the other is 3.5 years old) and I also adopted my sister’s dog permanently, who is a senior (9.5 years old). I’m currently in nursing school, so my schedule is flexible around my classes! Since I’m in school Monday through Friday, I don’t work currently, so taking care of dogs is the only thing I do right now outside of school. And, as of right now, I am available any day of the week! I do have clinicals Monday through Wednesday, so those are the only days I am busy for more than 6 hours during the day, and wouldn’t be able to check on pups who would need more frequent care. Otherwise, I have plenty of spare time to spend helping take care of your pets! I am willing to follow any rules that you have in taking care of your fur babies in your home; I am comfortable with using crates, letting them out to play and potty at certain times, and following feeding guidelines, as well as anything else your dog needs! I have experience walking more than one dog at a time as well, up to 3! My own dogs are also very large, and tend to pull on the leash, so I can handle strong, non leash-trained dogs.
About: I have had 2 golden retrievers in the last 15 years, currently a 3 year old and a previous dog that lived 10 year. I have taken care of old dogs and puppies and love all dogs! I am not working so I will be able to be at home whenever needed. I just closed my store and am not currently working so I can be at home anytime necessary. About: I have 3 dogs of my own. All rescues with special needs. All on homemade food I make. I know precise care. Uses common sense! Pet care currently runs my life. My dogs come first and they provide discipline, devotion and selflessness through empathy. They get a walk every day. 2 of them are on daily medication. They get annual and less than annual shots or whatever required. One of our dogs is on an allergy shot once a month. It’s the center of my routine. They have had had in home training and can do tricks that they love to perform. I will work to make sure all the dog’s/homeowners’ wants and needs are carried out efficiently and thoroughly through the lense provided by the dog/home owners. I will also provide an experienced ability to foresee any potential challenges and feel confident being able to pivot if necessary without given every little instruction. About: I have taken care of a variety of animals since I was a young girl. Growing up on a farm with parents that also had a love for animals, I have been exposed to many creatures, big and small, and I must say I love them all ❤️ I currently have three spoiled Labrador’s and two cats, and given the opportunity (and space) I would love to home so many more. About: Being liked by animals is a huge deal to me; I take it very personally. I love all animals, and I always get excited when I meet a new client that has a breed I’ve never sat with before, or a pet that is not as common. I have currently only taken care of dogs, cats, and fish as pets, but I would love the opportunity to expand this. I do have puppy care experience, and senior cat & dog care. I have kept a few puppies whose owners were in the process of training them. I was shown the commands they were working on and told what motivated the pets to comply. I have also done sitting jobs with a deaf dog, and with blind cats & dogs. I recently fulfilled a contract for a nanny job I previously held. This has freed up my schedule quite a bit, as I am currently in between jobs. I am free most weekdays and weekends. Making sure pets feel comfortable and safe is a top priority for me. I love the companionship they give, and I thoroughly enjoy giving it back in return. I have no complaints about cuddles, or playing fetch 100 times! My goal when sitting for your pet is to offer them the same level of comfort as they would find if you were home. I know some pets struggle with stress/anxiety when their owners leave so I make it a point to make my presence warm and inviting so that they see a friend rather than a stranger. I implement any suggestions and/or directions that are given to me, and keep pets as close to their normal routine as possible; this including feedings, outside time, walks, medicines, even disciplinary practices*.
