“Hilary was communicative by sending a message when she was going to be about 15 min late to a drop in which is no big deal because we didn't need exact times, but I appreciate her letting me know, regardless. She was also flexible when I needed to push our first drop in time back a few hours because we left later than we thought. Our dog and cat were well taken care of despite the fact that our animals were a bit gruffy about having a stranger drop in. The only thing I would change is I wish we got more pictures, but that is something I could have communicated more before we left, so it's no big deal. I also appreciated her doing a meet and greet beforehand and she was very sweet with our pup during that time. Thanks so much for watching them - especially with all the snow we got!”

About: I have had animals my entire life! Mostly dogs that have lived well into their teens, but also cats. Most recently I had my dog Bella for over 12 years and the last 3 we traveled the country try between Seattle and Miami by car. She unfortunately passed due to cancer and not ready to own an animal, but still love having them around . I am great at playing with animals to keep them engaged and teaching commands. I also can accommodate animals to their needs if they need medicine or special assistance. I work from home for an agency based in Canada. This means that your animal wouldn’t need to be locked up all day if they stay at my house my flexible schedule also also allows me to add walks in the day and play time so your dog isn’t in a crate all day. I also have a yard big enough for throwing sticks for added fun! I do have a fenced in yard that would allow for your dog to run around. I also wouldn’t mind going to someone’s house if I needed to as well as I am mobile.

About: As cliche as it sounds, taking care of pets isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. Since I was little, I’ve been surrounded by animals of all kinds – from snakes, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and dogs of all sizes, to fish and cats, including elderly pets.🐶🐍🐰🐢🐱 I’ve been there for potty training, administering medication, grooming, scheduled feedings, and maintaining teeth hygiene. To me, animals are pure and down-to-earth, and deserve the same respect ❤️ I don’t do this just for the money – I do it because I genuinely care about animals. I’ve heard too many sad stories about boarding pets somewhere, not getting the care they deserve, and the excessive costs involved, and I want to change that. This home is as much theirs as it is mine. I offer a six-foot fully gated yard, big enough for several animals to bask in the sun or play with toys.🌤️ I have several dog beds (and furniture) with enough space to care for your babies. Even the smaller critters or pets that aren’t cats and dogs! I recently used Rover myself and was initially skeptical, worried, and just overall leery about the situation. 😅But it turned out to be a wonderful experience, and now I want others to have the same peace of mind and enjoyment. I want pet owners to feel confident that their animals are in good hands so they can truly relax and enjoy their own vacation, knowing their pets are having a great time too.☺️ And if I could, I’d give myself five out of five stars, rated highly by Forbes ⭐️for providing top notch safety and security to help ease your pet’s separation from you while you’re away. It’s a big decision to make who you can trust your animals with, and I am happy to help 🫶 The question is how do I fit pet care into my routine- but I don’t “fit it” into my routine. I follow my animals routine, and what they need to be their best self. I am make it a priority on managing potty breaks, feedings, treats, and everything in between. It especially helps that I am home most of my days, and wouldn’t mind more company ☺️ It’s not that I just want to “provide care.” I feel like anyone could do that, but it’s more of bonding with that animal. It’s learning their needs, routine, and having patience with them. My goal is for them to not view me as a complete stranger, and more as a good friend to have 💕With that being said- I would love to take your dog on a walk, feed them, grooming, playing, and giving all the love they deserve! If there is good communication and understanding, I would be happy to help with proper medication or medical needs as well 🩷

“Ella is the best! Many people could cat-sit… but very few actually give careful attention and passion when it isn’t their cat (especially when the cat is quite sassy). Our cat has regular steroid pills and is not a huge fan of.. well… any social interaction that isn’t mom. Ella came up with the idea of dissolving it in an irresistible treat - brilliant! About: I have taken care of animals since i was a little kid. I grew up on a farm so have been around animals my whole life. Now as I have gotten older, I am a certified dog mom :) I currently have 2 labs of my own, Johnny and June. We love being outside and running off energy. This could include playing in the big fenced in back yard, going to the dog park or even swimming out at the lake. Since I have no children of my own, my dogs are my children and are treated as such. They pretty much rule the house and what they want usually goes. They have more toys than they know what to do with and know by just giving me the puppy eyes they can get a treat. They love having their furry friends come over to play or to spend the night. I do have experience in caring for dogs from puppies all the way up to senior age. My last lab was 13 years old when he passed away last summer and needed a lot of extra care and patience to ensure that he was comfortable. I currently do work full-time but have a pretty flexible schedule. I am able to work from home at least 1 day a week and those days I am not at home, I am able to come home to give potty breaks and to run off some energy. While I am at work my dogs are in their kennels with lots of toys and their special blankets. They are both puppies still so free roam hasnt happened quite yet, despite our attempts. Too many things to get into and chew on while mom is gone :) On the weekends, 9 times out of 10 they are spent just being at home and spending time with the dogs. If it is nice we may go on little adventures but there is very little kennel time. I am looking to provide care for pets in my home. I have a very large fenced-in backyard that my two enjoy playing in. When I am home, most of their time is spent outside. I do have a bunch of toys for them to play with and also a baby pool to swim in when it is hot. When I am gone I do kennel my dogs and would prefer to be able to kennel visitors as well.

About: I've worked closely with animals since I was a child wearing mudboots. I've been raising my dog for 10 years now and my cat for almost 3! I have a deep fascination with our connection to animals and how we can help them live fuller lives. I pay close attention to animal behavior in health & training aspects from personal experience. I'm comfortable giving advice for first-time owners with puppies or helping your senior pup with their needs. I currently work on weekends, so I'm available during the week! I'm currently offering walks, potty breaks, or feeding time on Monday - Wednesday between 12pm and 8pm. I might be available on Thursdays in a limited capacity for emergencies with established clients. I cannot offer my own home for services since I don't have a lot of space, but I'm comfortable taking long walks with your animal or letting them outside in a fenced area. If you'd like them to go to a nearby dog park, I can offer a short trip with close supervision. Let me know if your pet has training needs that I can help with! I'm not certified for pet training but I can offer advice based on experience or just continue what you've already established.

About: I'm Ryleigh! Born and raised to love animals, an animal lover at heart! I have a cat of my own. Grew up with animals and volunteered at a shelter for several years. I've been told I'm an excellent worker. I live by a trail and enjoy being active, my work schedule is 6am to 2pm, I've had both dogs and cats, rabbits, gerbils and a few squirrels. I'm looking for a little extra money and working with animals has always been a passion, and nothing's better than doing what you love! I work full time 6am to 2pm, but have the whole afternoon/evening to tend to animal care, walks, and plenty of affection for your pup. I live in a decently sized apartment and I do have a trail right next to me for walks, along with several parks close by.
