About: I have 3 rescue dogs and have fostered dogs with my family for many years. I have provided pet sitting for friends’ dogs and cats. I also volunteer with Asheville Humane Society and Hiking Hounds I am a college student and am available when I’m not working for pet care in the Boone area. I am usually free on weekends. I am at work M Tu Fri afternoons or evenings. Our dogs are mostly inside. They have a safe and secure fenced-in yard. My family and I have many years experience fostering rescue dogs. I have training walking dogs with the Asheville humane society and am able to handle dogs of all sizes. I also cared for friends’ cats who have required medications.

About: With some instruction, I can help make sure that your pets are taken care of, played with, and happy! I really love all animals and would love to hang out with your pets? I am a full time student, and will be working a restaurant job. I can take care of pets between school and work during most afternoons. For pets, I like to take some time for them to get used to me and let them get comfortable with me. When I know they have a routine, I like to stick to that as much as possible. I can take pets on walks around their neighborhood, or I can take them to the greenway or the nature preserve for longer walks. I like to leave places as good or better than I found them, especially when it comes to other peoples property.

“Ella always replies quickly and was able to squeeze me in at the last minute! She put effort into getting to know my dog and how she can best care for her! Thank you!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a little kid! My family has always had a dog in our home. I have ample experience with taking care of other people’s dogs. I have had some small jobs with taking care of a both a neighbors doggo or a friends! I am very familiar with the ins and outs of dog walking and I am sure me and your furry friend will get along just fine! I also have a kitty of my own and have ample experience with taking care of other people’s kitters as well! I’m currently in between jobs, so I can be available any time to walk, babysit, or play with your furry friends! I am local to Boone, so I can be booked without a whole lot of notice. I am very familiar with crating dogs as well as walking the slightly more energetic kind of pup. I am able to easily handle a dog during a walk if they see another dog or animal, as my current pup is of the energetic type.

“Emily was great with our pets. Tulip Dog and Max Cat really enjoyed her visits, and Emily provided great updates and pics. Will definitely use her again!”

“Once again, Lisa took amazing care of Franny! 100% satisfied customer.”

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a toddler. I have fostered, pet sat for friends and family many times and recently lost my own dog of 13 years. I recently retired and miss having a pup in my life. I’m available and flexible for daily walks as well as able to provide boarding in my home. I am very attentive and loving toward all fur babies. I’m a firm believer that exercise and interactive play is essential in developing a bond with each pup.

About: I’ve lived on a farm for most of my life, I’ve had many years of experience taking care of all sorts of animals as well as any types of administrative medicine and training! Pet care is always a joy to me, as a college student I try I balance life and school the same. Although I focus on my dreams in the near future I always go back to my roots with growing up with animals it’s my passion. My own animals at home which range from a variety of large farm animals and regular domesticated animals, I have a deep respect for animals and how they feel living in their environment. I believe all animals deserve the same treatment and respect, whether that be regular feeding and walking or even just playing with toys, I love making them feel special and comfortable.

“Bella did a wonderful job caring for my kitty. She was easy to communicate with, sent fun pictures, and overall did a great job. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.”

About: I have 4 dogs of my own, 3 are rescues and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. I’ve also taken care of friends and family’s pets while out of town and used to dog groom with a friend of mine. I currently work a full time job in Boone, Nc. I would love to be able to take care of your fur babies full time instead! Three of my dogs are crated while i’m not home but after Im home they get to run around inside and they are walked before i leave, and while Im home. Once Im doing this full time they will not be crated as much. I do not have a fenced in yard so they are walked instead as much as possible! But could also put up a temporary fence if needed!

About: I've taken care of animals since as long as I can remember! In total I have had 1 Beagle, 2 Golden Retrievers and 3 Cats to my name. I have fostered a total of 6 rabbits, 12 Cats, and 1 mouse that was pregnant and turned into 10 mice. As an elementary school teacher, I have a structured and reliable daily routine, which helps me provide consistent care for your pet. I’m used to managing schedules, being attentive, and staying organized. Each day, I make sure to give your pet the attention they need, including regular walks, playtime, meals, and any special care or medication they require. My experience with children has also made me patient and nurturing, which extends to the care I give to animals. You can trust that your pet will receive love, safety, and a routine that keeps them happy and healthy while you’re away. Living on 14 acres gives me plenty of space to provide your pet with a safe, active, and stimulating environment. Growing up with dogs, I’ve developed a strong understanding of their needs, from regular exercise to emotional care. As an elementary school teacher, I’m used to creating structured routines, so I can ensure your pet receives consistent care and attention each day. Whether it’s taking them for long walks on the property, playing in the yard, or simply providing companionship, I can offer a balance of fun, exercise, and relaxation. In addition to caring for your pet, I can also look after your home—watering plants, collecting mail, and ensuring everything is secure while you're away.
