About: I have had experience with both small and large animals for over 20 years. I grew up on a farm and recently relocated south of Kalamazoo and I appreciate all the time I can get to spend with animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for family friends and neighbors since I was very young. I also have a lot experience with cats, as I own two myself! I graduated with a B.A. in environmental and marine science in 2023 and currently work at Potawatomi Zoo I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet! I am available during mornings and evenings depending on the day I am not able to care for pets in my home. Both of my cats are quite old and do not do well when around other animals.

About: I’ve had dogs/cats all my life. I currently have 3 of my own. I also foster dogs/puppies currently so I have experience with all ages/sizes/levels of health. I do work full time until 3pm but I am available any time in the evening and throughout the weekend. My husband is also available to help out with my own animals so I can put yours first for the time being 🥰 With my experience as a foster mom, I get super attached to every animal and treat them as my own. I also will treat your house/yard with the upmost respect. If I take in your pet to my own home, I have a guest bedroom “safe space” for the pup to decompress and be safe.

About: From a young age, I've always been happier with a dog around. I've had years of experience owning and caring for dogs. Our family is currently run by 3 giant German Shepherds, and we wouldn't have it any other way ☺️ Over the last 3 years we have had the incredible experience of bringing two of Nala and Koda's litters into the world... hence our newest addition Lucy! That being said I have plenty of experience with puppy care and cleaning. While I do work a full time job, I always have weekends and weekly afternoons available for dog walks and pet care. *available for sitting/dog walking Pet care in my own home would unfortunately not be available. I am open to pet care in a client's home as needed. I am a reliable dog mom of three and boy mom so I believe I would be able to handle any requests or environment.

“When I went out of town I had Maddie come over to my house to help with feeding and walking my dog. She took great care of him while I was away. I even have her walk my dog and feed him when im late at work. She is a very caring and trustworthy person. I always come home to a happy healthy pet.”

“Barbara was FANTASTIC!! I strongly recommend her. My fiance and I went to Florida for our spring break and I was scrambling to find someone to watch my dog and chickens. When I reached out to Barbara, she was quick to respond and set up a meet and greet right away. She took care of Lester AND my chickens (she let the chickens out in the morning and closed the coop at night). She came to my house twice a day. Her price per visit is very reasonable and she does more than what's expected. Most importantly, she takes a ton of pictures!! Seeing pictures morning and afternoon of my dog and chickens eased my mind and made me happy. She's GREAT with animals and is very experienced. She knows what she's doing and has a kind/loving personality. Next time I go out of the state, I will definitely use her as my sitter. Hands-down. Thanks Barbara!! Hope you'll continue doing this.”
