About: I’ve worked with animals for as long as I can remember! I worked at Dogtopia Purcellville managing 20 to 30 dogs in a playroom by myself. I have a Siberian husky of my own so I have plenty of experience with high energy dogs. I’ve been pet sitting since I was eight, with all sorts of animals. I’ve had birds in the past and currently have a leopard gecko and bearded dragon so I have firsthand experience with that. I would be up to helping pet sit those kinds of animals as well! I will be doing this full-time! I’m available any day of the week to provide care. I offer boarding throughout the week as well with two weeks notice! Pets are treated like family in my household; They are allowed on furniture unless client specifies otherwise for training purposes. Dogs are crated at night and cats are shut in a specific room just for safety at night. I have a relatively large fenced in yard where dogs will be allowed out with supervision!

I take them for walks, exercise them, let them out for bathroom breaks, and feed and water them all while helping take care of the owners house while they are away on vacation, work trip, etc. I water plants for the people I have house sit for and can mow grass as well if the mower isn’t a zero turn mower. She is precise is giving them their medication and keeps logs to make sure all cats are on track. She is friendly and warm with the cats and they all have come to know her and even our shyest cat will come out for her. I highly recommend Colleen as a pet sitter.”
