About: I volunteered at CARE which is a no kill pet shelter for cats and dogs in 2014 and recently started volunteering at this place again, February 2018. My duties included feeding and making sure the animals had enough water. Cleaned out kennels and cages and would take the dogs outside and walk them. I have had dogs and cats since I was born and currently had a dog who loved being around other cats and dogs. She loved to play with animals as well and loved children. Her name was Daisy she is in my profile pic with me. Daisy was euthanized on September 1st, 2023. I now have another dog whose name is Emma. She’s a year old and as long as it’s ok with a client I bring her to pet sitting jobs. She loves other animals including cats and loves to play. She’s lovable and affectionate and loves attention. I also have a cat and her name is Maizy. She is four years old and I got her when she was almost 4 weeks old. I would take Daisy for walks and if I could take her with me to other places I did. One of the places I took her was to the pet store. I no longer wear a mask unless I have to. If you prefer for me to wear one please let me know and I will wear one. I use to work at a job which required me to work a 10 hour shift. I am now working at a full time job which has 8 hour shifts. I can work around my schedule if needed. My supervisor does work with me on switching my days around if needed. I can’t keep your pet in my apartment due to rules and restrictions but I can come to your home. I will provide my own food and necessities.

I naturally have a calm, peaceful presence, so I would be a great match for your anxious, senior, shy, low energy or more laid-back dogs or cats. What sets me apart is that I work remotely, which allows me to be present with pets throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. This gives me the availability to respond to their needs, routines, and energy levels. I’ve had experience with animals for many years. I previously owned a black lab named Aurora, and I currently have an orange cat of my own. I also have regularly helped care for my mother’s two dogs — a Maltese Schnauzer and a Golden Retriever — and I’ve looked after my sister’s dog multiple times in the past as well. Animals tend to gravitate toward me because I pay close attention to their body language, boundaries, and personalities. I’m very mindful of their cues and comfort levels, which helps me understand what they need more or less from me. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’d be happy to give your pet the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. If I’m housesitting, I’m practically readily available. I work a full-time remote job that would allow me to be present and handle the tasks needed to care for your pets. I would have time to see them in intervals multiple times a day with no problem and with plenty of time for play. But if I do drop in visits, I can do 2-3 drop in’s a day. 1st at 7:00-8:00a, 2nd at 11a-1:30p and 3rd at 4:30p-10p - depending on my work schedule and the daily demand. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the understanding that it is first and foremost your pet’s home and safe environment. I’m very respectful of both the home and the routines that your pet is used to. I keep the environment calm, clean, and consistent so your pet feels comfortable while you’re away. About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! I am typically available evenings on Mondays-Thursdays after 5pm and available all day Friday-sundays including overnight visits and can be flexible for your puppy needs Clients can request to bring their dogs crates, beds, however their dog feels the most comfortable for naps and winding down. My puppy sleeps in a crate so she would give your dog the space they need to decompress. I have long leashes in my back yard that are secured and unbreakable that I attach every dog to for extra security in case they get out. If your dog is with me eyes will be on them the entire time. They will be safe.

About: I've always had a love for dogs! And thankfully I have friends and family that trust me to house sit while they are out of town. I do have another part-time job, its very early in the morning. So my availability will be open after 3pm. Monday-Saturday. Sundays are completely open. For my friends and family its usually at their place, I myself live alone so would have completely no distraction. Also live very close to a dog park.

About: I have taken care of my own pets and friends, and neighbors for the past years since i was at least 13. I love animals and every kind! This is basically my job right now as a stay at home momma so i’m always here or always available to your pet for whatever they need! I have a front yard that is not fenced. I have 2 doggos and a one year old, we are a very pet friendly home :) My dogs are good with other dogs as well and my daughter loves dogs!! Me and my husband have a pretty good schedule so someone is usually always here with our pets.

About: I've taken care of friends dogs and cats as well as my own over the last 15+ years. I treat others pets like my own. I have pretty much open availability to work with many different schedules for pets and their owners. I'm pretty flexible to work with any hours needed. I have extra crates if needed. I let animals out frequently and we always make sure no doors are left open that animals could get out of. We do not crate at night unless owners would prefer that or if it is a puppy. Home full time so can provide many different types of care depending on each pets specific needs. We do have kids in the home at all times. We keep doors closed and stairs gated so we can keep a close eye on all animals in our care. We feed all dogs in separate areas so there's no chance of food aggression.
