About: I am a young animal lover looking to broaden my reach within the pet community, bring peace of mind to those with busy schedules and have some fun while i'm at it! I currently work part time as a direct support professional and am working my way towards getting certified as a professional dog trainer! I am merely at the start of my journey and I can't wait to grow from here! I am available four days a week, and I'm hoping to open that availability more as I build my client base. I grew up surrounded by animals, ranging from small reptiles to cats and dogs to even horses. I have worked for a petting zoo and rode horses for a couple years. There's never been a time where I wasn't working with some sort of animal. I have experience with dogs of high, medium and low energy ranging from 8lbs-120lbs. This includes puppies as young as 8 weeks, adolescents, adults and a couple seniors as old as 13 years. I can pass oral medications and apply topicals and bandages. I am experienced with allergies and have cared for a dog and multiple cats after surgery. I also have worked with dogs struggling with anxiety, reactivity, resource guarding and fear related behaviors. I do not have formal education but have researched and studied positive reinforcement, counter conditioning, dog behavior and body language in my personal time. I cannot claim to be able to fix any behavioral concerns, I am always open to work with pet parents to give them some peace of mind if I am walking or doing a drop-in for a dog with anxiety or high levels of arousal. Our pets are our most loyal companions, and I'm happy to be able to offer my help in order for them to be comfortable and happy while you're away! I work part time but have availability four days out of the week. Mon-Wed and Fri. I typically will accept appointments between 12pm-9pm on these days. ! PLEASE READ ! I must do meet and greets with any first time clients. I require proof of vaccinations for all pets. I ask for a history of any behavioral concerns, such as anxiety, fears, reactivity of any sort, resource guarding, a dislike of being handled or habits like chewing or escaping. This includes bite history. I will not take dogs to dog parks, nor will I allow greeting other dogs or strangers during walks. I normally will not walk a dog on a retractable leash but I may make exceptions for specific situations. Feel free to ask about this if you're concerned. Pet parents are always welcome to share their pets favorite activities, games, toys and / or treats. This helps me make visits more exciting, fun and comfortable.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for most of my adult years. I have had all of my dogs from the time they were small puppies until they have become adult and senior dogs. I have worked with both large and small breeds, such as Beagles and German Shepherds. I currently foster/volunteer for Rescue One and enjoy every minute of it. To ensure you and your pet are comfortable, I provide a free meet and greet. I am available early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings during the week. I am more flexible with times on the weekends. However, please feel free to message your needs and I will see if I can accommodate. I am accustomed to set schedules with pets, enrichment, and exercise. I practice strict leash security and will double check all gates, fence, and doors before leaving. There will be 100% transparency and regular, proactive communication with frequent updates and photos or videos. I will adhere to all instructions and specific routines and rules. I am always prompt and respectful.

About: I’ve spent five years in the world of animal welfare. From daycare to rescue, learning about canine behavior. Handling dogs that may have abnormal needs is not something I shy away from! I have a passion for making sure every dog in the world is shown the love and affection they deserve. I’m a mail carrier (ironic I know) so my schedule varies each week. About: I have grown up with dogs,cats, and reptiles my whole life. I have pet sitted other peoples dogs and cats. I help people in my neighborhood get their dogs back home when they get out of their yards. I have dealt with every age of dog from new born to 15 years old. I have 5 dogs myself that I groom walk and feed myself. I have big and small dogs at my house. I want to eventually become a pet groomer and make my own business with it. I am available Monday-Saturday from 8am-6pm. I can stop in between those times and check on your pups, play with them, walk them, and feee them. I care for pets with love I treat them like they are children because I genuinely think every animal does think like a child. I will follow any instructions needed for your pet.

About: I have been around cats for most of my entire life. As a child, I had barn cats on our farm that I took care of. Then, while in nursing school, I watched dogs and cats for others in the community. Now, I have had my own cats for the last 3 years, raising them from kittens to adults. I work a full time job as a nurse, but have my evenings and weekends free to take care of your pet. While I don’t have flexibility for house visits while I’m at work through the week, I can make early morning visits to accommodate play time and feedings. Pet safety is my priority, so I will make sure your cat is as safe as possible. Having cats of my own, I have learned dangers for cats and know what objects or situations can be dangerous for them. I also know how much cats like a clean environment, especially having a clean litter box, so frequent litter box cleaning is a must.

About: I volunteered at CARE which is a no kill pet shelter for cats and dogs in 2014 and recently started volunteering at this place again, February 2018. My duties included feeding and making sure the animals had enough water. Cleaned out kennels and cages and would take the dogs outside and walk them. I have had dogs and cats since I was born and currently had a dog who loved being around other cats and dogs. She loved to play with animals as well and loved children. Her name was Daisy she is in my profile pic with me. Daisy was euthanized on September 1st, 2023. I now have another dog whose name is Emma. She’s a year old and as long as it’s ok with a client I bring her to pet sitting jobs. She loves other animals including cats and loves to play. She’s lovable and affectionate and loves attention. I also have a cat and her name is Maizy. She is four years old and I got her when she was almost 4 weeks old. I would take Daisy for walks and if I could take her with me to other places I did. One of the places I took her was to the pet store. I no longer wear a mask unless I have to. If you prefer for me to wear one please let me know and I will wear one. I use to work at a job which required me to work a 10 hour shift. I am now working at a full time job which has 8 hour shifts. I can work around my schedule if needed. My supervisor does work with me on switching my days around if needed. I can’t keep your pet in my apartment due to rules and restrictions but I can come to your home. I will provide my own food and necessities.

About: I have around 5 years of experience working in animals shelters and veterinary clinics. I have loved all animals since I can remember. For the last two years I worked at a veterinary clinic where I was clinic assistant and the primary boarding assistant. My love for animals has never stopped and while I’m in Springfield attending Missouri State I am missing my own two dogs greatly. Your pets would be treated as if they were my own! I am currently a full-time student at Missouri State and have classes from 9:30-1:30 every day. I have some breaks in between depending on the day! My two dogs Angie and Finnley are my entire world. I can assure you that your pets would be treated with patience, love and kindness!
