About: Since age 4 I've had an animal in my home. I've brought home so many of our family pets over the years basically off of the streets. I cared for them faithfully and lovingly until they crossed that rainbow bridge. Animals are naturally drawn to me and I have several tips and tricks to get your fur baby comfortable and content by the end of our visit. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. Every morning I wake up between 5 and 6 every day and begin feeding and caring for my pets at home. I feed and water 2-3 times daily. I do walks and play time and of course cuddles and pets. I will treat them as if they were my own fur babies, with love and compassion.

About: i’ve taken care of pets since i was child. a family friend relied on me to bathe, feed, and walk their dog whenever they needed. i’m currently unemployed so i have plenty of time for your babies! i’m available for walks and potty breaks wednesday through sunday after 11 am i have a fence around my house but i take my grandmas dog on leashed walks around the yard almost daily! i make sure my cat is well exercised and i groom her weekly

About: I have hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I currently have an almost 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, a German Shepherd, and a rescue pit bull, so I’m very comfortable handling active, strong, and high-energy dogs. In addition to my own dogs, I’ve cared for friends’ dogs and cats many times, including feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to keep our pets on their routine and give them attention, patience, and a safe environment. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I am available in the mornings before work, during my lunch break, and after work in the evenings, which allows me to provide consistent drop-in visits, walks, feeding, and playtime. I also have more flexibility on weekends, which gives me the ability to take on longer visits or additional care if needed. I’m able to stay organized and reliable with my schedule, making sure each pet gets dependable attention and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences the owner provides. I make sure each pet gets attention, playtime, and comfort so they feel safe while their owner is away. I also keep the home clean and respected, making sure everything is left as I found it. I give regular updates so clients know how their pets are doing and can feel confident they are being well cared for.

About: I have owned/cared for cats for as long as I can remember. I am currently an owner of 3 cats and 1 dog and have tons of experience caring for cats/dogs of family and friends. I genuinely love spending time with animals and giving them the attention/affection they need. I have experience with exercising, feeding, giving medication, and administering first aid to pets. I am a stay-at-home husband (and soon to be father) so my schedule is extremely flexible and I have reliable transportation. I’m available weekends and weekdays including evenings. My own pup is high energy/high anxiety (but he absolutely loves other dogs!) so I can understand that every pet has individualized needs. I am happy to work with any owner on a case by case basis to determine what works best for their pet. I can do home visits or could potentially house pets at my residence. We have a large backyard sitting on about 8 acres of land. Dogs love it here!

About: We are a family of 4 (counting our dog Pepper). I work from home so your dog won’t be alone. I grew up always having a pet to take care of; cats, hamsters and many dogs of different breeds. We have a 16 yr old mini schnauzer that is a little sassy but always friendly with dogs, cats and humans. Dogs are part of our family, they will be allowed in couch to snuggle with us while watching tv and we’ll also spend time outside. We have a fenced yard and we live across a park, I will take your dog for a walk at least twice a day. Your dog will feel loved and safe in our home while you are gone. Please let me know if you have any questions. We are very flexible with our time. I work from home so Pepper and I will have an extra friend to keep us company during the day. We go outside several times during the day. We do not have a fence, however I take Pepper on walks on the leash very often. Your dog can sleep on its bed, we also have an extra bed.

About: I’ve had dogs as pets all of my life! Big dogs, small dogs aged from 6wks -11years old! Dogs are more than just a pet to me, they are family! I’m currently working full time from 8:30 am - 5 pm! I am available weekends and during the week operating around my work schedule! I also have a 4 year old son! I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs who love to play! I can crate if needed inside the home! Your pets are allowed to stay inside!

About: Hello! My name is Emily and I have owned animals for my entire life and have very much experience with them. From Tiny Critters to over thousand pound horses-they tend to like me and I love them all! I am a farrier, meaning that I trim and shoe horses hooves, so I do work a couple of hours at least once a week but I spend as much time with my clients pets as I can because I can only imagine how they feel when their people aren’t home and I would want someone to do the same for my fur babies. Dogs, Cats, and/or Critters may sleep in the bed with me or wherever they wish to sleep, as long as they and happy and comfortable! I can’t wait to meet your pets! As of now, Rover is my full time job! With that being said, I have more than ample amount of time to spend with your fur baby! I Care for my client’s pets as if they are my own! Our pets are a part of our families and I plan to treat them that way!

About: I have been a pet owner all of my life and there is a special joy and comfort that only a dog or cat can give us! I think it is important for our pets to get daily exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I'm an avid fitness enthusiast and I love all animals so getting your dog out of the house for daily walks is the perfect fit for both me and your furry friend! It's a great way for your dog to release that playful energy while strengthening their health as well. Playtime is also important in keeping our pets happy and friendly! Getting out and throwing balls, frisbees, sticks, etc is one of my favorite things to do with my own dogs and it's another great form of exercise for your pup! All animals are precious and deserve all the love and care that they can get and I consider it a privilege for me to help you provide that for your furry family member!! I'm currently a volunteer firefighter for Columbia fire department at Station 26 in Blythewood. As a volunteer, my schedule at the station is flexible, which allows me to accommodate to the scheduling needs of my Rover clients!! About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 32yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys and a daughter. They are 1yr, 4yr, and a 11yr. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being a mother to my kids. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Any other way I will not neglect the animal nor abuse, I feel that’s an awful thing to do! Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. So I have time on my hands to fit pet care in my schedule! I make sure they are well love as much love I give to my boys and daughter! About: I have grown up with and taken care of dogs/cat/other furry creatures my whole life. I am excited to help care for yours. I have also handled dogs with various behaviors/needs. I currently work full-time as a dietitian at a hospital but am usually pretty free on the weekends and I get off at a decent time so I am able to do an evening walk or drop in on your fur baby in the evening as well if needed! My dog, Axel, is very spoiled as he sleeps in bed with us and he gets daily cuddles. He enjoys going outside so he gets plenty of walks when it is not too hot out but on the minimum, he walks twice a day every day. I will care for your animal as if they were my own and will spoil them as much as you allow me to!

About: Hello i just started this service but i had dogs all my life and many dogs of my friends i used to take care off. So i am well aware of how to take care of multiple dogs and also this is my fill time job now and i will look around with utmost care and oh yeah i love playing with them. So i promise they wont be bored at all. About: I’ve been in charge of both pets and children since I was 14. I have experience with large and small dogs, and cats. I love animals so I often end up taking care of them for free. I’m a college student working on finishing my degree over the summer. I have classes in the morning and babysit on certain weekdays.
