About: My experience comes from owning my own pets (goats,chickens,ducks,dogs,cats,bunnies,guinea pigs,hamsters) and petsitting (yes, even even horses, pigs, snakes and bugs). In previous years, I fostered for countless animal rescue groups and shelters, whether it was just volunteering or fostering puppies or senior dogs in need. I currently own a pitbull/lab rescue, Cali, who I trust with few people. I completely understand the anxiety when it comes to trusting someone new to watch over your pup. This is why I prioritize communication, forming relationships with both pets and parents, sending frequent updates and paying close attention to details/routines provided to me. After each visit, you can always expect to find water bowls to be clean and full, leashes hung up and everything just as you left it except this time with a happy and tired pup! Please reach out with as many questions as you'd like, I look forward to hearing from you! I have a dog of my own, so pet care is already built into my routine and something I look forward to everyday. I'm also available for last minute needs and do my best to be as flexible as possible as I understand plans can change :) How I care for your pet depends entirely on the instructions you give me, I strive to follow your directions as closely as possible to ensure you, your pet and myself all have a great experience that is as similar as can be to your routine with them. With that being said, each pet I care for is treated as my own and will have my full attention when I am with them.

About: I currently have 4 husky pups that are very well socialized and would love more friends to play with. I also work with rescue groups to help pups in need. I have never met a pup I didn’t love! I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized. I also feel like meet and greets are important to ensure your pup(s) interact well with mine. Safety is my number one concern. As I have stated mine are well socialized and I want nothing more to help others socialize theirs as well. Safety is a top priority in my home. I do accept puppies you well you just need to message me separately is we can discuss. My yard is fully fenced in and almost a 1/2 acre. I stop my work day to play fetch it for them for about an hour.

About: I have one year experience working with a dog walking / pet sitting company in Boston, MA, and I would love to continue that experience now that I'm in SC! I've had dogs my whole adult life, and cats since childhood. Your babies will be safe and happy in my hands, and I will love them like they're my own! My schedule is currently very flexible. I am available weekdays, weekends and for overnight stays, rain or shine! I have a vehicle and I live within walking distance of downtown Rock Hill! Unfortunately, I am unable to care for pets in my own home. Exceptions may be able to be made for well behaved cats and small animals, but I don't have a yard for dogs.

About: Currently an ICU emergency veterinary technician with several years of experience in general practice veterinary medicine. Since age 4 I've had an animal in my home. I've brought home so many of our family pets over the years basically off of the streets. I cared for them faithfully and lovingly until they crossed that rainbow bridge. Animals are naturally drawn to me and I have several tips and tricks to get your fur baby comfortable and content by the end of our visit. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. Every morning I wake up between 5 and 6 every day and begin feeding and caring for my pets at home. I feed and water 2-3 times daily. I do walks and play time and of course cuddles and pets. I will treat them as if they were my own fur babies, with love and compassion.

About: Husband & wife team that has dogs, cats & chickens on over a half acre. We love animals & can't wait to love on your fur baby! We have 5 cats, including two bonded pairs, and 2 with special needs. We have training experience for dogs as well. We have a special needs dog, and have been proud pet parents of two senior dogs for 5 years. We have experience from puppies to hospice care. We are well adept with different training and dietary needs, and love dog walks. Our large fenced in backyard (half an acre) and two catios give our pets plenty of space to explore. We also have invisble fence for the front yard. We are skilled at grooming and nail trimming and dog teeth brushing, as well as giving medication. We love to spoil our pets; so we have a multitude of pet sofas, dog beds, cat trees, and a comfy outdoor dog house. And we love to cuddle all pets, so bed snuggles are encouraged. However, we have crate trained and support that as well! We also work well with cat backpacks and harness trained cats! Since we are a couple and I am a stay at home mom with a large car, your pets will be doted on and given any adventures you’re comfortable with. We even have doggy seatbelts! I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works from home part time, so we have ample time to take care of your fur babies. We have a fenced-in yard and 3 friendly dogs for your dogs to play with, as well as a screened-in deck (that is really a catio) and an upstairs screened-in catio for any feline guests. We also have an invisible fence for the front yard, to make sure everyone is safes We have ample space and time for supervised fun. In a client’s home, we like to stick to the routine to which an animal is most accustomed to in order to minimize disruptions and stress. That being said, we are more than willing to give ample enrichment via new park walks, frisbee throwing or training exercises. We are also skilled at grooming dogs and cats, including nail clippings, if that is an interest. We love to give cuddles and share our bed and couch, but we have crate trained before and will do whatever is best for your pet. Special dietary issues are no concern, as we already deal with daily in our home.

About: I have 10 years of pet care experience. I am well versed with dogs, cats, horses and other farm animals. I can handle large dogs and still cuddle with the little dogs. I get to care for my friends fur babies and I am grateful for every moment. I have experience with seniors and puppies (or kittens!) and can handle pretty much any situation. I am also able to administer medications if needed. I am currently working at a carriage barn 5 days a week. However, my hours are very flexible there so I can fit your pet into my week with no problems. I am also available weekends! I prefer not to board at my home, just to help keep the peace within my own animals and to not cause unneeded stress on your fur baby. I can do up to 3 visits a day, preferably nothing exceeding an hour unless necessary. I will watch over pet like it is my own. That being said, I will abide by any rules you may set for your animals. I will walk them, play with them, and love on them.

About: I have hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I currently have an almost 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, a German Shepherd, and a rescue pit bull, so I’m very comfortable handling active, strong, and high-energy dogs. In addition to my own dogs, I’ve cared for friends’ dogs and cats many times, including feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to keep our pets on their routine and give them attention, patience, and a safe environment. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I am available in the mornings before work, during my lunch break, and after work in the evenings, which allows me to provide consistent drop-in visits, walks, feeding, and playtime. I also have more flexibility on weekends, which gives me the ability to take on longer visits or additional care if needed. I’m able to stay organized and reliable with my schedule, making sure each pet gets dependable attention and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences the owner provides. I make sure each pet gets attention, playtime, and comfort so they feel safe while their owner is away. I also keep the home clean and respected, making sure everything is left as I found it. I give regular updates so clients know how their pets are doing and can feel confident they are being well cared for.

About: i’ve taken care of pets since i was child. a family friend relied on me to bathe, feed, and walk their dog whenever they needed. i’m currently unemployed so i have plenty of time for your babies! i’m available for walks and potty breaks wednesday through sunday after 11 am i have a fence around my house but i take my grandmas dog on leashed walks around the yard almost daily! i make sure my cat is well exercised and i groom her weekly

About: I adore animals and their personalities. I have animals of my own! I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. 2 of my dogs are babies 8 months and 9 months old, 3 month old kitten. I’m up every morning walking feeding changing puppy pads as I’m in the process of potty training 2 puppies also in the process of litter box training my kitten. I try to stay on a routine especially for the animals, if that involves feeding medication exercise. My animals stay on a schedule every morning and every night.

About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 32yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys and a daughter. They are 1yr, 4yr, and a 11yr. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being a mother to my kids. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Any other way I will not neglect the animal nor abuse, I feel that’s an awful thing to do! Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. So I have time on my hands to fit pet care in my schedule! I make sure they are well love as much love I give to my boys and daughter! I also will take them on walks as needed to get the nature outdoors!

About: I have always grown up with dogs in the house and currently have a 9 year old rottie! I have pet sat for dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I am comfortable staying over night in someone’s home. I love all pets. I am a remote worker so I can do extended stays. I have a flexible career so I am pretty available on the fly. I have a fiancé at home to take care of my dog while away. I care for pets by giving them as much attention as they require, playing with toys, and of course making sure to meet their regular feeding times. I enjoy walks so I will ensure my dog and others get walked at least once a day because exercise is so important!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7. I enjoy all kinds of animals. I have the most experience with cats as I own one but have experience with dogs by taking care of friends dogs. I have experience with horses, goats and chickens. I’m available in the mornings and evenings and occasional mid days depending on my work schedule. My Saturdays are generally available all day and the afternoons on Sunday. I enjoy taking long walks with dogs and ensuring that they get adequate exercise. While I do not have adequate space to care for overnight animals, I am more than happy to spend the night at your house.

I am a very outdoors type of person and will take your dog with me on long walks to get energy out or we can cuddle on the couch if they prefer that too! My home is there home and they are allowed in all furniture🐶 We live in a house with a fenced in yard and I have a pet camera so if your pet is left alone for an hour or two they will be monitored through the camera! My dog will always be separate from yours when no one is home to ensure safety! I will always feed dogs separate as well!

About: I have two pets of my own, one is 10 years old the other is 6. I have been responsible for their daily care and can help train them do basic tricks like sit or shake.I am so excited to meet your pets and help you with their care. I am a nursing student at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. I am off for the summer, so I have open availability to care for your pets ! My dogs are a major part of my family. I treat them like kids… These pets are welcome to share the bed with me. I also give them baths regularly to keep everything fresh. I also have 15 years of experience caring for my own Miniature Schnauzer from puppyhood through her senior years, including medication and special care needs. I understand how important it is to feel confident your pet is safe and loved while you’re away. I follow routines closely and provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I look forward to caring for your furry family member! I work from home so Pepper and I will have an extra friend to keep us company during the day. We go outside several times during the day. We do not have a fence, however I take Pepper on walks on the leash very often. Your dog can sleep on its bed, we also have an extra bed.

About: I have owned/cared for cats for as long as I can remember. I am currently an owner of 3 cats and 1 dog and have tons of experience caring for cats/dogs of family and friends. I genuinely love spending time with animals and giving them the attention/affection they need. I have experience with exercising, feeding, giving medication, and administering first aid to pets. I am a stay-at-home husband (and soon to be father) so my schedule is extremely flexible and I have reliable transportation. I’m available weekends and weekdays including evenings. My own pup is high energy/high anxiety (but he absolutely loves other dogs!) so I can understand that every pet has individualized needs. I am happy to work with any owner on a case by case basis to determine what works best for their pet. I can do home visits or could potentially house pets at my residence. We have a large backyard sitting on about 8 acres of land. Dogs love it here!
