“I have no words to describe how happy I am with Heather! Gracie is a large energetic puppy and seemed to take to Heather right away! Heather kept me updated on all the exercise Gracie got as well as all the snuggle time. Gracie was a happy puppy when I got home and my house was immaculate! I will absolutely be asking for Heather again!”

“Chris was wonderful! She took excellent care of our dog Bailey and even brought her dog over to play. Her daily pictures and updates were very welcome and gave us a sense of well-being while we were away. We'll definitely use her services again.”

“Terry was absolutely Amazing!! She took great care of our 2 fur babies, sending photos and videos daily to update us on how they were doing while we were away. I was very anxious to leave our 2 cats with someone new, as our previous pet/house sitter is no longer in the business and we had not used someone new in many years, I have put off traveling due to this, much to my husband's dismay. I can say I was so relieved while away to see how great Terry was with our pets. I also think when we got home our house was cleaner than when we left! Terry did a fabulous job, she went above and beyond and now I'm ready to travel more feeling comfortable that we have found our new pet caretaker! I cannot recommend her enough!!”

About: I will love and take care of your pets as if they were my own. I love to go out and play with pets I care for. I would dog sit when I was in high school for different families. Those families loved how attentive I was, and as a result they would refer me to their friends. I’m always available for you buddies! You and me both know that your pets are more than pets, theyre family. You don’t want just anyone taking care of family. I do currently work full time, however I have a job that is extremely flexible. I set my own hours, including when I am in my office. This pairs perfectly with animal care and house care because I can come and go as frequently as needed. Due to my open schedule I can be available for any needs your pets may have. I prefer to let the client tell me exactly what they want for their pet. I like to keep your life as simple as possible while giving you peace of mind by following any requests you have. If you need your animal crated, if you want them roaming, whatever is asked you can expect to be done.
“Michael was great with our dog and two cats while we were out of town. It was very clear to us that everyone was happy and well cared for. We also loved all the pics and updates. We highly recommend Michael and plan to continue using him to help take care of our crew in the future.”
“Maranda was fantastic. I really can’t say enough positive things about our experience with her. She was quick to learn and work with the idiosyncrasies of our two cats, took care of our house which was immaculate when we returned and communicated with us while away as much/or as little as we requested. She is very personable, respectful and responsive.”

“Majiyah was amazing while I was away. I was a little hesitant at first about having a house sitter stay in my home, but she made me feel completely comfortable. She took great care of my dog and my home, and she really went above and beyond. When she thought he may have had a food allergy, she took the time to cook his food and make sure he was okay. She also took him to get a bath, picked up extra dog treats for him, and even cleaned my home before I got back. I noticed that my dog quickly became comfortable with her during her stay, which is always a positive sign. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was safe, cared for, and in good hands. I would definitely recommend Majiyah to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter!”

“Krista did an amazing job! She was very friendly and our dog Molly did great with her. Krista was very attentive to Molly and was very respectful of our home. She kept us updated and sent pictures! We will definitely be having Krista watch our fur baby again! Thank you Krista ❤️”

“We had a great experience with Alexxis. Our dogs absolutely loved her — it was clear they were comfortable and well cared for the entire time. She was communicative, kind, and made sure to keep us updated with photos. On top of that, we came home to a spotless house, which we really appreciated. It made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of multiple kinds since I was 12. Mainly family animals but I would watch friends pets as well. I am currently a stay at home mom for the next 4-5 years, so I have more than enough free time on my hands at the moment. I have a huge fenced park right behind my apartments so they are able to play all day as needed. In addition to the park, I have a ton of space in my apartment and a friendly dog of my own who loves to play. I have a variety of dog/cat treats and toys!
About: My husband and I truly treat pets like family. We’ve cared for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior pets, and I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. I’ve taken pet training classes and have hands-on experience reinforcing basic commands and good behaviors. If you’re working on training, I’m happy to help keep things consistent while your pup is with me. I also provide enrichment activities like snuffle mats, puzzle toys, and interactive play to keep dogs mentally stimulated and happy. I work from home full-time, so your pet won’t be alone much during the day. I give regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m also flexible and happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. They’ll get lots of company, care, and cuddles while they’re here. Your pet’s safety and comfort are really important to me. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely. My home is clean and pet-friendly, with space to play and relax. I use positive reinforcement, patience, and lots of affection. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or visiting yours, I treat them like they’re my own.
“We loved Tre! From the minute he pulled into the driveway, we felt comfortable that he would be a great fit to care for our enthusiastic pittie mix. He asked pertinent questions and took detailed notes during the meet and greet. Our dog responded so favorably to him and the became fast friends. We highly recommend him and will definitely be working together in the future.”

“Carly was great. Stayed an overnight with our four dogs and was amazing. She came to the house twice to do a meet and greet. One of ours has an issue getting to know people. Carly was super patient with him and by the end of the first visit he was in love with her. Highly recommend her!”

About: I have lived with cats my entire life, all 34 years. As well as had a dog of my own for 7 years from the time he was 3 months old. Over a decade of experience taking care of and loving dogs of my friends, loved ones and acquaintances - Every dog deserves love and care. Currently, I am in and out of part time steel construction. I have about 90% 24-7 availability, minus school 2 nights a week, and a standing audio production job 1 night a week (usually every wednesday night). I live in a 2 cat 1 dog household, and they are completely integrated. The entire house is open to all 3 animals. Cats are indoor only, my dog has a 3/4 acre fenced in yard to play in.
About: Although my family has never owned a dog, I have always loved taking care of my aunts, neighbors, and family friends dogs. I always make sure to pay attention to detail when watching a dog and meet each dogs needs whether that be a walk, playing with a toy, belly rubs, or even just relaxing. As a part-time graduate student at USM, I will have time during the day for a dog walk, or to check-in on your pup! I will be available on most weekends for house and dog sitting. I am available to come to your dog and stay with him/her so they do not have to move out of their comfortable environment and stay at a new space with new people.
About: I got my first dog ever a decade ago and I raised him to be perfect, with no professional training for either of us. Then, I quit my ten year career in digital marketing to follow my passion and work entirely with dogs. I worked as a bark ranger at Bark Social and made dog safety my top priority, drastically reducing humping and the ensuing scuffles. I loudly advocated for a transformation of safety rules while I worked there. I volunteer at BARCS and am aiming to get advanced training for different dog behavior needs. Howie is my top reference. I adopted my second dog (Shadow) after instantly bonding with her at my old job. Shadow is bonkers and her parent has health issues, so Shadow needed a home where she can be her true self. Dogs are my world and I will give your pet all the love and affection they deserve (which is all of it because they are perfect). Dogs run my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The only thing I can see myself doing for the rest of my life is working with animals. I’m all in so I’m available most hours and most days. I’m literally with dogs 95% of my life so dogs are my daily routine. My dogs will love becoming best buddies with any pet that boards or does daycare with them! I am currently only booking one walk per day to focus on daycare and boarding clients. All boarding and daycare clients will have an apple AirTag tracking chip affixed to them for the duration of our time together (if wearing a collar). I use a hands free leash attached around my waist so they’re stuck with me. I also use their handheld leash as a backup. I have a shared balcony and private fenced back patio, so there is always a secure outside area for your dog. My house is less than a block from Patterson park, giving them plenty of outside opportunities. My training style is radical love. Your pets will know they’re cared for and will get plenty of positive reinforcement from my end! I have two extremely friendly dogs, so there will always be friends for your pet. Dogs run my household and life revolves around them. Your dog is in safe and loving hands! Please bring a collar for tracking. I prefer using both harnesses and collars when taking them for walks, but one or the other is required. You will also need to bring any food or other things necessary for your dog. I only have Shadow’s crate at this time, hopefully with another coming soon, so also bring your crate if your dog is crate trained. They won’t need one if they don’t typically use one though! I love this community and plan on staying here for the rest of my life. Help me eventually buy a house here that fits more dogs and you’ll have a dog guy for life!
