“Emily is wonderful. I had my first puppy for less than 1 month when my work schedule demanded that I work a Saturday all day and night. I found Emily on Rover.com and trusted my instinct that she would be a great puppy sitter, for my puppy ...and for me. Before finding Emily I feared I'd spend 9 hours worried about my dog, and the day/ night would drag on feeling like forever. Thanks to Emily I had no worries whatsoever! I loved seeing the photos and video she sent, further boosting my confidence my dog was happy, healthy, safe and in the best of care. Please if you are seeking any services for dog sitting/ care, know that Emily and her household (her dogs, animals, and husband) are trustworthy, responsible, and the best! This coming from an over anxious first time puppy owner who was a complete stranger to Emily before luckily finding her on this website. I decided on utilizing Emily over friends/ family because of her knowledge and experience. Im so glad I did, it was the best choice. Thanks so much Emily, and I'll 100% be reaching out for future puppy care again! :)”

About: We have always had a pet. My son has grown up with dogs and loves them. We care for them like your family would because we know how important it is to you for them to be safe and well cared for I am a stay at home mom just trying to get a second income for her family, so I am always home to be able to care for and walk your pets I have a very nice and spacious backyard, I am planning on fencing it in soon, I am home all day with my son and can walk them on a daily or as much as they require

About: I've had a strong love for animals since I was a kid and always grew up with a pet. While that's a common backstory, I wanted mine to result in becoming a veterinarian. Now that may not have happened (I changed my mind in college), but my love and desire to be around them has never changed. I've owned birds, hamsters, turtles, cats, dogs and fish. From my childhood dog Bruno who died a few years ago, to my late grandma's dog Jabar (who I drove across the country to get when she died) to my current babies; Brick (rescued from the streets) and Plato (my turtle rescued from an unethical vendor). Here we are now, one big, happy multi-species family! I work from home while my partner goes into an office. This is how I can care for my boy Brick and my other house doggie Jabar (his mommy goes to work so I take care of him during the day too). I can give your baby a huge portion of my attention a day, because Brick is a puppy I always watch him like a hawk. Brick gets up around 4:30 am with his dad so he can get breakfast and go out. But I don't wake up until around 7:30 am so that's when Brick comes back out. We go outside and I let him run around like crazy for about 30-45 mins and then I keep him in the living room with me while I start work. Because he's a puppy, every two hours we outside to the background and he gets lunch around 2 pm. He gets about 2 hours out to play and be with Jabar, and in the cage for an hour. That's on routine throughout the day but when Dad gets home around 6 he's out for the rest of the day until bed. Jabar is older and more independent so he plays, roams the house, eats and drinks throughout the day when he wants and goes outside with me and Brick.
“Amanda had our three dogs for a full day and was amazing with them. They came home happy fed, exercise and clearly well cared for. They look forward to their next visit with Amanda”
“Melissa thank you so much for your patience and attentiveness with Audrey. Thank you for all the detailed information of her activities and pictures during her stay! Your awesome! Audrey is looking forward to see you and your family soon. Your puppy Cali is so cute and well behave. She is also sweet with Audrey. ?”

“Melissa is the most caring and kindest Roverer I’ve ever worked with! She understands dogs, super confident with handling and they have a great time. She has very respectful little ones who my dogs loved playing with. She’s the perfect location for anyone headed to the casino for the day! Book her time with your buddy - you won’t be disappointed and they won’t either!”

“Melvin has stayed with Jason several times. His tail wags as he goes into his house. He comes home totally pooped out. It is always a very positive experience.”

“I was very happy to meet and greet with Bianca. I was nervous but comfortable at the same time, leaving Jeremiah with her. She kept me abreast of his day by sending me photos throughout his stay. I was all smiles and excited to see him so comfortable and making new friends. I plan to conversate with her again about future visits for Jeremiah. I am very pleased with her love and concern for him and myself and already speaking to others about referrals.”

About: I've been taking care animals my entire life from puppies to seniors. I've owned 10+ pets and am the dog sitter of my family. I have doggy stroller for smaller puppers that get tired from our walks. I am retired and have all the time in the world to spend time with your precious babies. I'm never out of the house for more then an hour doing errand and have plenty of time for daily walks. I have a small fenced in yard. I also have two friendly cats to keep your doggies company and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. At bedtime I have them sleep in the same room with me if they prefer.
“Amanda was great with Ralphie during his doggie daycare stay. She was sweet, attentive and caring. Amanda has a nice big fenced in yard, which provided ample room for my energetic puppy to run and play. Ralphie really enjoyed playtime with her own beloved dogs and other guest too. He had so much fun that refused to leave when I picked him up. I would highly recommend the use of her services for you and your pets.”

About: I have been a devoted mom, grandma, and pet parent for a long time. Now that I am off grandma daycare duty and my pets have crossed over the rainbow bridge, I’m ready to become your pet’s bestie, grandma, exercise buddy, or treat lady. I currently have a limited clientele in the neighborhood, including letting dogs out to pee, going on walks, and daytime/overnight sitting. A little bit about why I am “the one:” My life has been devoted to caring for others. I retired from the healthcare field to take care of my grandkids, who went to elementary school and left me behind. My very dear dog (Sammy) and cat (Irene) grew old with me until they got their wings. I am at my best when I’m taking care of others, whether they have tails or not. I spend my time walking with humans and dogs, many of whom enjoy my humor and choice of dog biscuit variety. I love to garden in my fenced yard, preferably with a dog nearby laying in a sunny spot. With no pets or little kids in the house, I enjoy relaxing by the tv sharing some healthy snacks with a pup or cat, giving them the attention they deserve. Although I do run out still for the occasional kid transport, I am not usually away for long and always back in time for a good meal or a stroll. While I am retired, I do still help out with the grandkids here and there. I’m typically never away long. I walk 1-3 times a day, sometimes through the neighborhood and sometimes on a path. I love the extra company of a pup! When visiting my home, your pets can enjoy many comfortable features and experiences from laying on a nice cool tile floor to cozying up in a bed with a warm blanket, running around my fenced backyard, watching the fish swim in the small pond, going for a morning and evening walk on a path, and watching some nighttime tv. While I typically gate off some rooms for canine visitors, there is plenty of indoor space to explore while they find their favorite room or sunny spot. Depending on your pet’s age or preference in chewing things, I may gate off specific areas to deter chewing and peeing. I am happy to accommodate communication or even a short video chat between you and your pet.
