About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. Apart from my academic coursework in animal care and welfare, I have more than eight years of personal care and volunteer experience with numerous animals, including but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, rats and mice, hamsters, snakes, various types of lizards and amphibians, goats, chickens, sheep, cattle, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas and scorpions. Rest assured, I’ll never discriminate against your furry pal! I have experience giving oral medication, both liquid and pill, as well as insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids. I also have experience caring for elderly animals — like my 18 year old cat, Maya! I can provide feeding, brushing, hoof care, walking, exercise, medication, play time, turning out, litterbox cleaning and much more! I have a driver’s license and my own transportation, and my hours and pay are flexible. I am willing to drive 60-90 minutes depending on needs. As mentioned prior, I have extensive prior experience volunteering at various shelters, vets and farms assisting with animal care, as well as my own personal experience caring for a diverse array of pets. While caring for your pet or pets, I will regularly keep in contact with you and update you with both text and photos (if desired), along with keeping a dedicated spreadsheet of feeding/watering/grooming times and overall health to guarantee your peace of mind. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally. Before caring/spending time with your pet I would like to know their favorite activities, what time they eat, any medical information/health needs, special needs, and any behavioral signs I should be aware of from your pet. I am currently working at home with a flexible schedule and so I can accommodate you and your pets needs from walks, visits, and more. I can take your dog on walks and have plenty of play time. I can unfortunately not take your pet to my house so I will be at ur house to accompany them.

About: I have had cats and a dog that I made sure were well taken care of. I love taking care of animals whether mine or other people's. I work in the mornings until 12pm and have off in the afternoon, so I will have time in the afternoon and evenings to take care of other people's animals I have several leashes to use to walk dogs and I have gates and crates that I can block of certain areas of the house to make sure they are safe.

I am comfortable with all ages of dogs & cats, and I have provided special care to senior dogs who needed home cooked meals & medication.
