I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals and love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, cows, horses, rabbits, and the occasional fish! I have pets of my own, including two dogs, a guinea pig, a rabbit, and two chickens, so I’m experienced with both dogs and a variety of other animals. I’m also involved with a local foster group; Driftless Rescue. I’m responsible, dependable, and genuinely enjoy staying busy and spending time with animals. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away! I work full-time between two jobs, but my schedules are flexible, allowing me to provide pet care visits throughout the day. I can typically check in on pets every 4–6 hours, depending on the location and care needs. I’m best suited for pets who are comfortable being left alone for a few hours between visits. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s specific routine and make sure their needs can be met! I provide pet care exclusively in your home rather than boarding pets at my house. Since I have dogs and several small animals of my own, I feel it’s safest to keep everyone in their own space. My goal is to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible.

About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! I have a rotating schedule that includes a full week off every third week. I work 5p-3a three days a week (and every third weekend). Just message and we’ll figure something out! Yours: I understand being particular about one’s home, so no reasonable request relating to my conduct there would be too much! Cleaning up after myself is a given, as is following any personal house rules. Mine: All of my animals are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication, and I require the same from any animal I keep in my home. They would be kept separate from my 4 cats for the first couple of days, but with discretion and communication I would be fine with introducing them if they were interested in each other. About: I have 2 lovely dogs who are my best friends! I take them all on walks almost every day, I have also trained them all, and feed them and play with them everyday of course! I love taking new pups for walks as much as my own. Im currently working part time so I would absolutely love to walk your dog any chance I can get! I also love cats and would love to care for your cat as well, I will play with your cat and cuddle with your cat! I have 2 amazing dogs of my own who love meeting and making new friends! About: I have had multiple breeds of dogs or cats my whole life. I love all sorts of animals. They are more than a pet, they are family to me. I am working mom that just enjoys helping others out by watching their pets while they are out of town. I work typically 8am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturdays and am available Sunday and Mondays any time. I am flexible. Each pet is different, but typically I make sure the pet is fed and has water. I allow for play time and depending on the weather, for dogs I will take for walks or play outside.

About: I’ve lived my whole life with dogs since I was in the second grade. I have my own dog, named Miller who is a rescue from Texas. He’s my soul dog. He and I enjoy long walks with beautiful views! I work full time in a hospital, which I work 4 -10 hour shifts. I have off every Tuesday which I would love to take care of dogs! I am available most weekends unless I am scheduled to work. I have one medium sized dog who gets along with other dogs with slow introductions. We also have a kennel for safety if absolutely necessary.

About: Hi all! I’m one of those, I love animals more than people types. (No offense to any of you) ☺️ I ugly cry when I see an animal get hurt on TV or in the movies. My mom told me that when I was younger, I used to feed all the ants on our patio bread and my most infamous rescues were saving a one-winged fly and rescuing a bee from drowning in a puddle. *proud moments for me* 😁 I have always had pets growing up, both dogs and cats and several other critters. I currently own 3 dogs that are rescues. I have fostered dogs plus taken care of my friend’s pets and I have experience with pets of all ages including senior and blind dogs as well. The reason I joined Rover is because I have a passion for not only helping animals but people as well. They are way more comfortable and happy in their own space plus it’s easier for them to stick to their normal routine at home. I prefer to go by their normal routine if at all possible. I will discuss specifics for each individual animal as we know they are all different and have their own unique personalities. Together we will find out what works best for both you and them. 🐾

About: Hello! My name is Melo. I am a full time pet lover! I am blessed with 4 beautiful cats, and a gorgeous Beta Fish! Since a young age I have had a huge passion for animals. I grew up taking care of dogs, cats, chinchillas, sugar gliders, and lizards. I would do it all again in a heartbeat! My passion for animals extends to my friends and family’s fur babies. I’m always the one to call when they are in need of a sitter. Being around animals makes my heart so full and I cherish every moment I have with them. I am hoping to open up an animal sanctuary in the future so all of the houseless fur babies get the love, care, and attention they deserve! I’m am currently self employed therefore I have an open schedule! I’m extremely flexible and am able to meet the majority of your pest sitting needs. I have a fenced in backyard if your puppers need to roam around for a bit or play fetch! I personally also take my youngest cat outside to play during the day as well! I love to go on walks and spend the majority of my time outside and would love to have your pet join me! All of my cats get 30+ minutes a day of play time and receive 3 nutritional wet food meals a day.

About: I have always had pets in my home my whole life both dogs and cats I am more of a dog person but I absolutely love caring for all animals and I know how difficult it can be depending on the animal my parents most recent dog was a handful he was in and out of several homes before finding his way to ours because of he’s very energetic and sometimes violent behavior but we turned him to a sweetie with time and good training. At first he was rather aggressive towards me and was very difficult to train because of how long he had gone without training which taught me a lot of tricks to deal with a difficult and aggressive dog. I love this job and I hope your pet will enjoy my company as much as I’ll enjoy theirs. I have bathed dogs and a cat with flees and I’m down to learn anything if you’ll help show me. I do this full time so I am usually always free to offer the most reliable and consistent pet care experience for your pet and I’m always available unless I’m watching other pets. I used to have a senior dog who had joint problems and needed help on the stairs, bed, and sofa. I also love meeting my friends’ pets and giving them the same affection as I do with my own pets. Potty breaks I know are important along with tons of play time. I am able to learn/ adapt to your pets needs! All animals are wonderful in my eyes! About: I used to work at a doggy daycare and I worked with horses for about a year, so nothing scares me. I fostered a dog for a year until she found her forever home and now I have my own rescue. She is my whole world. I will treat your furbabies like my own because I know they are your whole world too. I work 2 part-time jobs with a lot of availibility/flexibilty. I typically work either midday or evening, but it changes daily. I would work well with a flexible schedule. We would go for many walks during the day. My dog loves to play so they can tire each other out. If comfortable with other dogs, we could visit the dog park.
