About: I have owned dogs and cats all my life. There has never been a time I haven't had an animal living with me. Until now... I’m retired and get my dog fix from dog-sitting. I believe that there is no greater love than the love from a pet. I started dog sitting when I was between teaching jobs. I have retired from teaching elementary art. I live with my bf on about 1/4 acre. Fenced yard and security cameras. We are master gardeners and have about 1000 square feet of organic garden. We are Urban farmers ... dogs really enjoy running around our yard. I love to walk dogs and play with them in yard. We would love to share our home with your pets.

Dee did a fantastic job taking care of my dog and two cats in my home for 10 days. The animals were happy and content, as the daily photos showed, and my house plants did well, too. I will definitely use him again when I have to leave my pet family at home and feel confident that everything will be well cared for.
We used Kayla as an in-home dog sitter for our dog while we away on vacation. Kayla was absolutely fantastic with our rescue pup, who can be reactive and fearful of new people. Kayla was very patient with our dog when first meeting her and demonstrated a great understanding of our dog's nonverbal cues, and our dog warmed up to and felt comfortable with Kayla very quickly. We appreciated Kayla's pics and updates. We have been searching for a long time for a new dog to sitter to be in home with our dog when we travel, and we have found a wonderful fit. Our dog. and home were very well taken care of. We have already booked Kayla to stay with our pup again.

They were amazing and went way above and beyond. They not only took great care of our 2 dogs, they even cleaned up. First time we ever left our dogs with anyone that wasn’t family. As self-admitted helicopter dog parents, we’re pretty particular when it comes to our pups—but Jayden followed all of our instructions to a T and made us feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly flexible, stepping in on fairly short notice, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, our dogs seemed happy and relaxed when we got home—always the best sign! The absolute best sitter for my fur babies! He was super attentive and caring towards my dogs and sent me updates to put me at ease throughout my trip. Followed my instructions with their medications, eating/sleeping schedules, potty breaks, you name it! I always have a hard time being away from my girls but I know now I can trust him to take care of them anytime I book him!
