About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. Now as an adult, I have a dog and a cat of my own. My pup is a high-energy guy that I’ve raised since he was a puppy. We went through all the training together—lots of patience, consistency, and treats!—and now he’s a well-behaved, happy companion who keeps me on my toes. My cat is curious and full of personality, always finding new spots to nap and new ways to charm everyone. Fun Facts Just About Me: I moved to Hagerstown with my husband, 2 dogs and cat a few years ago. My husband and I recently got married in May 2026. I play adult softball and kickball. I love to be outside whether it's walking the dogs, attempting to garden or being on the water. Since I work from home, I’m lucky to spend lots of quality time with my pets throughout the day, and I’d love to extend that care and attention to your furry family members too. Whether it’s going for walks, sticking to a feeding routine, or just offering companionship, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. When caring for pets, whether in my home or yours, safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm, secure environment with a fully fenced yard that offers plenty of room for pets to run and play safely. We also have sidewalks throughout the neighborhood perfect for walks, a puppy play pen for supervised fun, and plenty of space to crate pets comfortably if needed. All areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, and I carefully manage food, toys, and any medications. When visiting a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I make sure doors and gates are secure, hazardous items are out of reach, and I maintain open communication with owners about any special needs or behaviors. Building trust with pets and their families is important to me, so I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs.

About: **please note I have a day job that takes me away from my house M-F from 5:30am until 4:15pm…all boarded pets will be let out to potty immediately upon returning home ** I have been taken care of dogs for over 15 years. My first dog 2 when I adopted him and I cared for him until he crossed over the rainbow bridge when he passed at 10yrs old. I also raised two puppies from 8 weeks until they crossed over as well. I work full time away from home Monday thru Friday, so your pet would be alone for about 8hrs week days. I will make sure they are let out before I leave and let out again immediately once I return home. I am able to walk dogs / check in on family pets after 4:30pm on week days. I have a deck and a 6ft tall fenced in yard. I do not have small children in my home. I also do not have any other pets that may not get along with another dog. I will always care for your pet as if it were my own.

About: I’ve been a dog owner for two years and absolutely love it. My family and I travel around the country and help take care of dogs. We understand the need for others to have reliable caregivers for their pets. I love using Rover for my own dog, and decided to start being a dog walker for others. I also enjoy cats, they are cuddly and adorable. We don’t have any cats but do enjoy several of our friends’ cats. I am comfortable caring for cats as well. I am flexible with the needs of other families and their pets, with enough notice I am sure we can work something out for the care of your pet. About: I grew up caring, training and assisting in raising German Shepherds since I was 5 yrs old. I trained my first German Shepherd at age 11 and placed second in obedience and showmanship competition. Have also grown up with having a cat. Been in charge of taking care of neighbors dogs, cats, horses and cows since I was 12. Throughout the years I have taken care of dogs from birth to elderly. I also have one year of experience working at a vet clinic and have been a certified barn manager (I didn't pay to renew my certification). Thus, I am familiar with various care and prevention strategies for all kinds of animals. I am currently an occupational therapist; thus, I am mainly available on the weekends with a semi-flexible schedule. Reach out to me and we will discuss the details and see if there is something that can work for both of us. If I am unavailable for the weekend, I try to have it updated on my calendar. In taking dogs on walks I am careful to avoid walking near other dogs and observe surroundings that may cause an issue. I also pay attention to behavior factors such if the dog is showing beginning signs of getting hot or tired.

About: I am 24 year old animal lover and a manager at a dog boarding facility and care for dogs there regularly. I medicate, bath, walk clean kennels and much more. I have handled all sorts of medications and making sure all dogs are in good health. As well as walking, playing with the dogs, and feeding I also clean the inside and outside of the dog runs. I have handled aggressive dogs and worked with fearful dogs to make them comfortable. Im a professional dog trainer and would love to help with training your dog as well!. I also worked in an emergency vet for some time as well. I also own one dog and one horse so I understand the responsibility of animals. I also work at a horse barn caring for animals there. I am very reliable and have my own car. Pet care and helping people out have always been a passion of mine and I love giving attention to your animals. About: I'm Hannah! I have two boys, ages 3 and 7. My kids are great with dogs as we have been doing Rover for over 6 years. We are dog lovers and we would love to have your doggy in our home while you are away! I can offer as much or as little outside time that’s needed. Your baby will be in great hands while you’re away and you won’t miss a beat with all the pictures that are sent your way. About: I have owned dogs my entire life and I absolutely love animals of all kinds! I love taking my own pup on hikes and long drives (one of her favorite things!). My job is flexible so I can leave during the day to stop in for extra walks/care if needed. I do live in an apartment but we have plenty of walking areas and a dog park onsite.
