I’ve been working with dogs for three years and I truly love what I do. Please note that I cannot provide cat care as I am allergic! I’m currently part of the team at Good Dog Paws, a facility that has been voted Best Pet Training in the Tri-State area for 2023, 2024, and 2025 — and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of such a trusted and respected organization. At Good Dog Paws, I handle a wide range of responsibilities that have helped me become confident in working with all types of dogs. I bathe dogs, manage feeding routines, administer medications (including oral and topical treatments), and closely supervise group play to ensure every dog stays safe and happy. I’ve learned to read body language, manage group dynamics, and handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally. In addition to my work at Good Dog Paws, I’ve also volunteered at the Washington County Humane Society as a dog walker. That experience helped me become more comfortable with dogs who may be shy, nervous, or still learning basic manners, and I’ve developed a gentle, patient approach to building trust with animals who need a little extra love. I’ve also provided pet sitting and house sitting services for both family and my boss. These experiences have taught me how important it is to follow routines closely, keep pets comfortable in their own home, and maintain regular communication with pet parents while they’re away. Whether I’m taking care of a senior dog with special needs or entertaining an energetic pup with tons of personality, I take pride in offering reliable, compassionate care.
