About: I provide experienced, reliable dog care focused on dog walking and drop-in visits. I'm available for house sitting on the weekends. I grew up around working dogs, helping my grandfather and stepdad, who were coon dog haulers. From a young age, I was responsible for feeding dogs, cleaning kennels, and learning how to read behavior and body language. As an adult, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, including nervous and reactive dogs. I also fostered a dog with aggression issues, which gave me real experience with triggers, stress signals, and safe handling. I focus on structured walks and drop-in visits that support a dog’s natural needs—sniffing, movement, routine, and mental stimulation through enrichment activities. I am home-based and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate a variety of timing needs, especially mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on the day. Meet-and-greets are required to ensure safety and a good fit for every dog. I have a 5-year-old Springer Doodle who is social with most dogs, and I always prioritize safe introductions. I have plenty of time for walks and Drop in visits. I would love to play with your pups and spend quality time with them. I will treat your home with the utmost care and your pet with affection. You'll receive consistent updates and photos for complete peace of mind".

In this role, I've had extensive experience in animal care, including handling, feeding, bathing, and administering medications to all types of dogs and cats. I currently have one dog and two cats. I feed them both morning and night. I typically take my dog outside 3-4 times a day to go to the bathroom and play. I would treat my client's pets like I would treat my own, with love and care. I try to remain patient and calm, and take it slow if a pet isn't listening. I will always ask the client if the animal has any special needs and ensure those are met. I will also ensure that the animal feels safe and comfortable with me.
