“Awesome experience..Happy dog! Kyle stayed at our house for extended weekend with our Hazel and her disposition was so much better than when she is boarded while we are gone. Kyle went above and beyond on also taking care of the house and communicating with us! I definitely would use him again!”

“Latisha was fantastic with our two rescue labs - who can both be a little anxious and needy in their own ways! She kept us updated throughout and I knew our girls were well taken care of!”

“Deborah was responsive and communicative. My two dogs embraced her from the initial meet and greet. One of my dogs is a rambunctious 18 month old and Deborah was very calm and patient with him. She sent me daily photos and updates which I appreciated. I will definitely hire Deborah's services again in the future and recommend her.”

“Jill was friendly and provided many updates and pictures throughout the stay. Our dogs both require medicine and Jill handled that without problem. We returned home to 2 healthy, happy dogs which is the most important thing.”

“Skylar was perfect for staying with Ruby at our house for multiple days. She kept us updated, sent us pictures, took great care of her and our house while we were gone.”

“Roua was great! I highly recommend her. We have two large dogs that can be over whelming for most people. When we got home, the house was clean and our dogs looked happy & seemed well exercised. My husband and I use Roover several times a year and have had both good and bad experiences so we were grateful to found Roua.”

“Wendy was exceptional! I don’t like boarding my senior dog because he can get depressed and not eat. I just needed someone who could come hang out with him and give him a couple of walks a day. Wendy did just that and he responded to get well. Our house was also in the exact way we left it. I recommend Wendy.”

“I was so impressed with Amalia's attention to detail and compassion for my baby, Fitty (my cat-son). Amalia made me feel so comfortable so I could really enjoy myself away. Thanks so much Amalia, you did a great job and I will be hiring you again!”

About: I have cared for different types/sizes dogs and cats for over 10 years while family/friends have needed assistance. I will treat them like they are my own and would be happy to provide pictures/updates through out the stay! I am currently working from home, so I am very flexible and can care for and love your pets like I do my own. I am able to make frequent drop-ins or stay with them, whatever makes you more comfortable! I have a 3.5 year old Staffordshire/Lab mix if your dog is needing a friend while you are away. I am also a self proclaimed tug-o-war champ and always enjoy a long classic game of fetch.

“So grateful for Tristan watching our cats last minute before a road trip! He connected really well with our cat who has some separation anxiety and that’s what we were hoping for! It’s hard to leave him knowing he can literally worry himself sick but when we got back both cats were doing and feeling great. We’ll definitely hire Tristan again when we’re out of town!”

“Angela was absolutely wonderful! My rescue pup has been struggling with bad anxiety and Angela went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and safe. I get nervous to leave her but felt so much better knowing she was in such good hands. (:”

“Marisol did a fantastic job taking care of my golden doodle, who can be a little particular when it comes to people. She was patient, kind, and made him feel comfortable right away. She sent daily updates with pictures. I came home to a happy pup and a tidy house — couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend her!”

“Kathy and Jeremy were so communicative throughout their watching my dog while I was gone. I appreciate them making sure she’s comfortable and getting what she needs. Would absolutely book them again! They’re so kind and great!”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always had a deep love for them. As a proud fur mom myself, I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your pets like family. I’m available often and provide loving, attentive care every time—your pets will be in safe, happy hands with me! I am self-employed and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for pet sitting at any time, including last-minute bookings. I’m also happy to stay overnight to ensure your pets feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. With my open availability, I can easily accommodate your pet’s routine and needs. I have a spacious one-bedroom apartment with elevator access, so there’s no need to worry about stairs. All of my attention will be focused on your fur baby, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m also happy to care for your dog in your home if that’s what they prefer!

About: We’ve always had dogs growing up and I’ve learned to care for them from a young age. We now have three dogs at home and we couldn’t be happier. I’ve cared for small dogs to big dogs, to guinea pigs, fish, and turtles. I’ve cared for senior dogs and trained puppies as well. I’m currently working a part time hybrid position from Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-3pm. So I have plenty of time to care for your animals! I am open weekends and night times as well. I have a fenced backyard that can safely accommodate your pet as well as a playful and submissive Australian Shepherd who loves to make new friends.

About: Growing up I always had animals around me. My childhood dog, Twinkie was a cute little yappy Pomeranian. She was a picky eater, but would always save a treat in her bowl and only ate it with me after I came home from school. In high school I volunteered at the local Wildlife Rescue where I cared for various small injured animals. I was responsible for feeding and weighing them, cleaning their cages, raising meal worms, and even got to observe surgeries. After college I lived a veterinarian so I am used to caring for random foster animals without notice. I work from home with a flexible schedule to care for animals. I can type on my computer in the same room your pet naps. I can take your pet on walks at any time needed, though I recommend mornings and evenings due to the current heat outside. I cook and clean for all of my own meals and can do the same for your pet. I can schedule cuddles or play time as needed throughout the day as well. :) I have a downstairs lounge, an upstairs living room, and a few bonus rooms in which your pet can relax. There are no other animals or plants in these areas. Crating is fine, but I prefer animals to have more space and freedom to move about. If I am coming to your home I am happy to follow any rules or special instructions you may have. During down times I will be using my laptop quietly in the same room as your pet.

About: I'm new to Rover but a veteran at caring for pets and homes! As a retired civilian police support staffer, you can't have a safer, more trustworthy person in your home. Not only do you get a huge pet lover taking care of your babies, you also have the luxury of a trained veteran looking after your house and valuables, at no extra cost! I've been fingerprinted, polygraphed, background checked, and fully vetted for more than 22 years. You'll receive detailed daily updates - with photos - by text or email, and your babies will receive all the pets, scritches, love, walks and play time they want! I've had cats since I was 10, and most have been special needs in one way or another. One needed four pills daily in different combinations (half pill, whole pill, 1x, 2x, etc.). Another was diabetic and needed insulin shots twice a day. Currently, I live with Ellie, a rescue cat who is 18 and needs a liquid steroid nightly and regular B12 injections, and Gracie, a rescue cat who is 15 and has no needs other than a lap to sit in and hands to pet her. My spouse has a deaf dog, Helen, who loooves me, and the feeling is mutual! She doesn't get along well with most other dogs, and my cats don't appreciate visitors, so I can't board or otherwise watch pets in my own home, but I'm always available to visit your home! I am currently semi-retired and working for myself from home now. I want to enjoy being my own boss and keep my days and most evenings open for any opportunity that arises. As as 22+ year civilian police support staffer, you can rest assured that your pet AND your home are safe with me. I will treat both with the utmost care and respect and take time for an in-depth discussion to learn your needs and wishes beforehand. Not only is your pet in safe, capable hands, you get the added value of experienced eyes keeping watch over your home and valuables!
