Given how cold it gets in the winter, it was also great that he could use the fenced yard area right outside the door to quickly do his business. Very convenient. He was also really accommodating when my plans changed literally last minute and even updated the booking to save the extra day charge, which he certainly didn't have to do since the change was on my side.
