As the pet parent to a medical fragile dog myself, I know how hard it is to trust a stranger with the furry members of your family. I’m a lifelong dog person and a first-time Rover-er, but not new to responsible, informed care. I have hands-on experience and professional training in leash skills, fear-free methods, enrichment, and working with anxious, spicy, or high-energy pups. I work from home and have a flexible weekday schedule. I’m fully available for walks and drop-ins Monday through Friday before 4pm. I also have some evening and weekend availability (just check the calendar). Once we’ve gotten to know each other, I do offer house sitting and boarding for existing clients who need ongoing support. These days I live with a clingy rescue pit and the occasional foster dog. I volunteer regularly at RACC, walking dogs of every size, breed, and temperament—from skittish lapdogs to 100-lb giants trying to live out their sled-dogs fantasies. I’ve completed training in dog handling and behavior, and I have plenty of experience with pups who need a little extra patience, skill-building, or positive-reinforcement structure. Whether your dog needs routine and predictability, leash training, desensitization, enrichment, or just a cozy check-in and some companionship, I tailor care to fit them (and you). Communication is a big deal to me You’ll always know how things are going, and yes, there will be photo updates. Possibly too many. You’ve been warned. If you’re looking for someone who shows up, tunes in, and gives your dog the love they deserve while you’re away. I’m your person. Can’t wait to meet your good boy or girl (or little menace with a personal vendetta against the Amazon driver). I work part-time with a lot of weekday flexibility, especially before 4 pm. Some evening and weekend availability too. If possible, I'd love to meet your pup before we become best friends. Your dog’s care is always tailored to their personality, needs, and your preferences. If they thrive on routine, we’ll stick to their neighborhood route like clockwork. If they need leash practice, we’ll focus on skills. If they need more mental stimulation, I’ve got enrichment exercises, training games, and treat puzzles ready to go. If your dog needs exposure and socialization, we can head to a public park for controlled distance desensitization and positive reinforcement. And if they’ve got energy to burn, we’ll hit the trails for a hike that leaves us both happily exhausted. For drop-in visits, I can keep things chill or playful but always structured. I’m happy to work on crate manners, polite doorway exits, and other small habits that make a big difference. Or we can just hang out. Cuddles (if that’s their vibe), companionship, a good sniff around the yard, and a reminder that even when you’re away, someone still loves them a lot. Safety is always my top priority. Your dog will never be off-leash outside the home, and they’ll always be supervised, even if we’re just doing yard zoomies or sunbathing like royalty.

About: I grew up with dogs in our house, I dog sit for friends and family when needed, I wish I had my own dog again. I’m currently doing online summer college classes so my days are what I make it. My schedule can be pretty flexible, as I’m doing classes online & at my own pace. I work a job part time on Friday and Saturday, and workout every morning. I can make my schedule pretty flexible. I’ll keep an eye on them at all times, especially when outside. After all, they are like children and can get into just about anything and anything can happen in a split second. I have no problem abiding by your wants and needs regarding your pet and home as long as your pet is receptive (ie: going into their crate when it’s time for me to leave, etc). I absolutely love to pet & play with dogs, so your fur baby will be guaranteed lots of affection from me. I’m up for walks, back yard play, chilling in the house with them during your long days of work.
