About: I’ve had my dog for nearly a year and I’ve had foster pups come through here in that time as well. But plenty of past experience with pups! I do weekends so I can spend more time with the dogs since I work full time. Exceptions can be made for weekly watching if you are okay with that schedule. I would let them out often and feed them at the times you instruct me to. I will also cuddle with them if they allow.

We are close to a couple of dog parks, including Barker Field, and within a few miles of the VMFA, with plenty of green spaces to walk and relax in the fresh air. If you like, I’m happy to take your dog to Barker Field, where I will monitor your pup closely for safety. I have a large fenced backyard for safe, frequent potty breaks. Your pup will truly be cared for like my very own. During the summer, I spend most of my days at home catching up on spring cleaning, gardening, yardwork, reading, and chatting on the phone. Your pet will have human companionship for most of the day, except for occasional grocery shopping and errands. I love ALL dogs and will treat your sweet one like my own. Dogs are precious to me. Boarding dogs will have non-stop loving, cuddling, and affection. If your dog prefers to sleep alone, they can choose from two guest bedrooms with lots of comfy hiding places as well as multiple dog beds scattered throughout my home. My 1/4 acre yard is fenced in well enough for small and medium dogs. Your dog will enjoy hanging out with me while I garden or read on a blanket in the backyard, sniffing all the new smells.
About: Hi! My husband and I have both had dogs since we were young kids. We currently have a senior dog (female) and a puppy (male 11months). Both are Australian shepherds. We also have two kids (6 and 8). We have a lot of experience with dogs of all ages and needs. :) We have a fenced in yard and our puppy would love someone to play with during the day. I am home with my kids pretty much all summer, so I’m available most of the day. Dogs will need to be good with other dogs and young children as well as spayed/neutered. We have a puppy, so I am in and out all day to take him outside and play with him. I am also home with my kids all summer, so we are at home a lot! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. They are both crate trained, although our senior dog is left out when we leave. About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

About: i've watched cats, dogs, lizards, fish, all kinds of animals and i'm very familiar with how much love a pet needs to feel comfortable. i'm very attentive and i would love to watch your cat/dog/animal. at the moment, i am not working, and so i have lots of free time to watch animals at any point during the day. I go to group meetings twice a day, and that ronly takes an hour of my time so any time during the day works. I am very sure to check on the animal whatever they need; body language/signs that they need food, as well as walks and playing with toys. i like to spend my time catering to whatever your pet needs.
About: I have helped care for the family pets since I was age ten. I do not currently have a dog of my own but I have dog sat for family friends by walking, feeding, and playing with the dogs. I currently work full time. But I have off every Tuesday and every other Weekend. I always respect boundaries, though I am also adept at implementing discipline at the owner’s discretion if necessary. Getting to know your pet’s unique personality as well as their favorite toys or games is the best part of the experience for me.
