About: I have had at least one dog all of my life. Often times more than one. Currently living with just one Lab who would love a visitor/playmate. I foster emergency overnights on rescue transports. I have been a caregiver for dogs of all ages and kinds; puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with separation anxiety. I have grandcats I house sit for and have also taken care of chickens. I work from home with tons of flexibility. I have one adult child at home in graduate school, they have a health condition which keeps them home most days too, so your pet is never short of human companionship. I live in a great neighborhood for walks on a leash. I provide dog sitting in a one story home with a large, wooded fenced yard in central Richmond neighborhood. Great for dogs of all ages and abilities. I live with one Lab that's a large couch potato. He also likes his human to sit outside with him rather than be out there all by himself. So we spend lots of time outside together. Pets are permitted on furniture and the bed, whatever makes them feel at home. I do have a large dog crate that can be set up if needed, but only if requested as it will put your pet at ease. The most important factor is making sure your pet feels comfortable, keeping their routines and habits to lessen the stress of a new place.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for 10 years, and frequently pet sit for friends and family in my home. I would love to provide your dog with a safe, snuggly space while their people are away. As a dog and cat owner, most of my days revolve around pet care already! While I work in an office during the week, I’m a quick drive from home and have flexibility to run home for potty breaks and WFH as needed. I love nothing more than a cuddly weekend on the couch with my dog Tater and he always loves a friend. I have a fenced in yard, a very dog friendly dog, as well as two dog-savvy cats. I have a crate that can be assembled if needed for your pet. About: I've been volunteering at the Richmond Animal League for over a year and have previous experience working at shelters and dog daycares. I've always loved caring for animals; I used to volunteer at the SPCA when I was younger and I have two dogs of my own that I enjoy taking on walks and playing fetch with in the backyard. I have a part-time job that I work 3-4 days a week (mostly evenings). Other than that, my schedule is pretty flexible! I'm available throughout the week, as well as weekends. I'm more interested in petsitting, but I can also do daily walks and drop-ins with enough notice! For petsitting, I'll be able to stay and take care of your pets for as long as you need me to be there. I can stay all day and even overnight if needed, or just check in periodically throughout the day! I'll carefully follow instructions given on feeding, walks/exercise, morning and bedtime routines, medications, and just overall entertainment. Everyone in our family has dogs, ranging from tiny Yorkipoos to big ol’ lab mixes, and I love them all! I currently have one rescue pup, Russell, who is 19 different breeds! We even have a doggie door for pups to come and go outside to the back yard as they need or want to. We have one 5-year old dog who gets along great with other pups. Usually when we dog sit, we have the visiting pup have a home base in our daughter’s room where they can be fed separately, have peace and quiet, and enjoy the best air conditioning in the house! We are a dogs on furniture house, and she even loves to let the dogs we are sitting sleep in her bed with her if they want. Your dog should expect many pets and snuggles at our house! If we are coming to your house, we will follow whatever routines and rules you’ve established for your pet. But still expect lots of love for your pet!

I’m currently working fully remote, and I choose my own hours, so I’m available anytime of day. I believe pets are happiest when they can stay in the comfort of their own home and stick to their normal routine. During each visit, I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of potty breaks or a clean litter box, exercise and playtime, and lots of love and attention. I also administer medications if needed, reinforce any routines you’ve established, and keep your home tidy by cleaning up after your pet. After every visit, I’ll send you updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: Hello! I am a SAHM and have spent my life loving on animals, always having pets in the home and taking care of neighbor dogs. We currently have 3 wonderful rescue doggies ranging in size from 11-100lbs that I love with all my heart and would love to spread some of the care to your sweet pet. As a stay a home mom, I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule and can usually make something work for your family! Due to my little one’s schedule, I am not usually available for visits past 7:30pm, unless doing home stay. I think it is so important to make your pet feel comfortable with me and the environment. I will always take their lead for what they need whether it be space to process a new person, or lots of cuddles and play.

About: My family has had dogs since I was born and we fostered dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have helped out several family friends by pet sitting and walking their dogs. I’ve had some experience pet sitting cats as well. I believe all animals are special and deserve to be treated with love. At the moment I’m working part time with scattered hours so I’m able to fit in time caring for and playing with your pets I can adapt to any routines and rules that are needed to care for your pet the way you do. About: I have taken care of puppies all my life, I feel that I am a person who attracts animals, I like to play with them and feed them very well according to their diet. I'm not working right, now so my schedule is available anytime. I can do morning’s and evening's. It would be great for me, anytime. k I like to be surrounded by a clean and tidy area, I would take care of my clients' house as if it were mine, but I have respect for the objects of others, I would be very responsible when it comes to being in my clients' house.

About: I have had at least one dog all of my life. Often times more than one. Currently living with just one Lab who would love a visitor/playmate. I foster emergency overnights on rescue transports. I have been a caregiver for dogs of all ages and kinds; puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with separation anxiety. I have grandcats I house sit for and have also taken care of chickens. I work from home with tons of flexibility. I have one adult child at home in graduate school, they have a health condition which keeps them home most days too, so your pet is never short of human companionship. I live in a great neighborhood for walks on a leash. I provide dog sitting in a one story home with a large, wooded fenced yard in central Richmond neighborhood. Great for dogs of all ages and abilities. I live with one Lab that's a large couch potato. He also likes his human to sit outside with him rather than be out there all by himself. So we spend lots of time outside together. Pets are permitted on furniture and the bed, whatever makes them feel at home. I do have a large dog crate that can be set up if needed, but only if requested as it will put your pet at ease. The most important factor is making sure your pet feels comfortable, keeping their routines and habits to lessen the stress of a new place.
About: I’ve been a pet owner for 10 years, and frequently pet sit for friends and family in my home. I would love to provide your dog with a safe, snuggly space while their people are away. As a dog and cat owner, most of my days revolve around pet care already! While I work in an office during the week, I’m a quick drive from home and have flexibility to run home for potty breaks and WFH as needed. I love nothing more than a cuddly weekend on the couch with my dog Tater and he always loves a friend. I have a fenced in yard, a very dog friendly dog, as well as two dog-savvy cats. I have a crate that can be assembled if needed for your pet. I couldn’t get my Velcro dog off the couch or bed if I tried, so my home is a great space for dogs who like to be extra close to their people.
