About: Hello! I’m Kas – an experienced pet and house sitter based in Cleveland, Texas who happens to also be Australian. I have lived in Texas since Jan 1 2019. I am currently offering bespoke style house sitting services with personalized care for pets in their own homes throughout Conroe and surrounding areas. Yes, I come with an Australian accent at no extra charge—your pets may not understand me, but they’ll definitely feel like they’re on an episode of Bluey. Every family has different routines, so I’m happy to tailor my visits to suit your pets. Whether they need someone to stay throughout the day, hang around at agreed times, or provide overnight companionship, we’ll work together to create the routine that keeps everyone happy and relaxed. Need a little extra help while you’re away? I’m happy to assist with a few basic household tasks by prior arrangement, such as: • Bringing bins in and out • Collecting mail and deliveries • Watering plants • General home security checks Additional household services can also be arranged separately if needed. To maintain a reliable routine, my house-sitting service includes overnight stay to approximately 8am, morning and evening care, generally from sunset and seeing to basic home logistics, watering plants, bringing in the trash can, bringing in any parcels /deliveries dropped at the door. The home serves as my primary base, with a maximum away-window of 4 to 5 hours during the day to attend to my own appointments. As I have young adult sons (university students with hybrid class schedules) living at home and husband who works from home office I can be away from my home for a number of days and can extend beyond a standard week. If I am booked for housesitting I generally suspend other drop in visits to other pets for the duration of the booking to exclusively focus on one household. My goal is simple: for you to come home to happy & calm pets, a tidy house, and complete peace of mind. And if your dog starts barking with an Australian accent when you get back… well, I consider that a job exceptionally well done. I’d love to meet you—and your furry family members! Pet care fits into my weekly routine around my own home duties. I don’t have a “regular” job. My children are grown, 19 and 22 year old university students, who continue to live with their parents, and husband works from home office. My day-to-day routine is fairly flexible at this stage of my life, not yet a grandmother and not yet an empty nester. All my extended family live in Melbourne Australia and I visit them a few weeks at a time twice each year. Pet sitting, is my new interest, something that I hope to carry through this empty nesting season. In me you will find an attentive pet sitter who treats the family home and pets like my own. I care for pets in their own home with total care, respect and personalized attention. I enjoy having direct contact with indoor dogs and cats that like to stay near humans and are thought of as family members.

About: I am a Vet Tech and have been in the Veterinary field for 25 + years. I am 50 and have 1 dog and chickens . I am Currently working from home and part time 2 day a week for a local Veterinary Hospital. I have a huge fenced in yard for them to run and play and only kennel them if that is something they are used to at home. I try to make their stay feel as if they are at their own home to keep their stress level down. And I also keep their feeding or medication schedule the same as if they were at home. I Offer Pet Sitting at your home or mine , Will also provide a bath, if that is something you would like or drop offs at the groomers or Vet for a extra fee. Have sat for many of our clinic clients so I am pretty comfortable with taking care of your fur babies. I have experience with special needs and anxious pets. Can give any medications needed oral or injectable. I have also watched livestock. I have taken care of exotic pets and equines, goats etc. I also have chickens and a few ducks. Lol Shoot me a message and we can discuss details. Thank You I current work 2 days a week at a local Veterinary Hospital so on those days I do not take in or release any boarders. Those days are Monday and Fridays. If I am off for some reason on those days I can hit when I work I get home so late. Sorry I have a huge fenced yard and all of my regular boarders get along with everyone so they all play together as long as everyone plays nice.

About: I currently have 4 dogs, 7 cats and 23 chickens. My dogs are generally rescues, raised from pups and have had my fur babies until their end. From a young age I have tended to my animals as well as taken care of neighbors, friends and family's pets. Animals require understanding and patience which I have in great supply. I work from home so have the flexibility to help others take care of their animals while they are away. In addition I have an ADU and an out building for dog sitting. My dogs will be kept seperate while your pet is in my care. My husband and I have 2 business and I work from home. I have flexibility in my schedule to come in and check on your animals, walk them if needed, pet them, feed them. Whatever they need in the time allotted and I will do so with patience and kindness. Animals require a peaceful presence and I will do my best to provide that. Being a little older I have a strong sense of responsibility that will lead to following a clients directions to the letter. I have also been around enough animals to know that they are extremely sensitive to mood, so I understand that a sense of peace is important. My hope is that your animal will know that they can trust me and the care I will provide.
