Jharasen is super communicative and even let us drop our dogs off earlier when we had a mix up with our plans. She was kind and attentive to our dogs - one of them had a sore on his paw and she put ointment on it and took care of him all weekend. She also took care of our small dog who had some poop issues. Needless to say she’s a true professional and we will be going back for sure!”

“We are repeat clients of D's. We think our 3 dogs are a handful, but D acted like they were angels. The pictures she sent (we treasured -- they made us feel very relaxed while away) -- we studied the body language in each to make sure they looked happy and relaxed. They did :) My goldendoodle, who can be aloof, RAN to her when we got there and in one of the pictures she is laying on D's feet. This is reserved for people she feels comfortable with. I hope she is available every time we need to go out of town. I want her to be our regular. The dogs were allowed on the furniture at her house which they are not at home (she OK'd it with us) and so it was special for them. After our trip, she brought them to us, which was such a welcome gesture after a long trip. We heart her.”

They have several pets of their own so we had a nice meet and greet to confirm that Sadie would be a comfortable fit. They live near my neighborhood which made the handoff and pickup quick and easy. Their fenced back yard made for a secure environment, and Sadie apparently 'liked' that feature. I received periodic photos and updates about how Sadie's stay was progressing. In the many Rover stays that Sadie has had, this was the first in which she didn't appear quite ready to home, spending just a few extra moments to say 'goodbye' to Carrie. Thank you so much Carrie & Kurt, I will be calling again.”
