About: I’ve had a Basset hound and a Weimaraner over 15 years. I’ve owned 4 extremely well behaved, adjusted, and playful cats for over 20 years. I have open availability to take care of your fur baby while you’re away. Im active and have love playing fetch with dogs, and going on walks. I love cats - they’re so curiously entertaining! I can bathe your dogs, play an excellent round of fetch, give them lots of love an attention while I’m visiting. Cats: play toys, scratchpads, shoestrings, balls w bells, and brushing, when they prefer. I’ve got lots of dog toys- balls, chew bones, frisbees squeaky toys. I gave away my dog harnesses, but still have my retractable leash. If they like going out on the town, I love going to pet smart to just look around and pick out a toy. They have pup cups at Pelicans- if their sugar is under control, and then go to dog park, or just playing and keeping him company in the home. I’m very good at attending to both dogs & cats. I do not spank ( with my hand or an object, like a newspaper) or hit animals, nor use a water sprayer to punish animals if they’ve done something wrong. I use redirection and a stern tone and shake my finger at them. They usually respond well to that. Then when I see them doing the right thing I reward them with enthusiastic positive talk. For bigger issues, I always have treats in my pocket, using instant gratification to regain their attention.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life and I am very good at reading cues, handling behavioral issues, and open to all personalities! I have lots of experience with larger dogs primarily pitbulls, labs, terriers, shepherds, and cattle dogs. I have always loved animals and I understand how difficult it can be to leave your in someone else's care. I am open to dogs cuddling with me, sleeping with me, loving on me and vice versa. I just moved to North Carolina and am looking forward to spending some time doing something that I love while getting to know new people and their pets. About: I've always had pets in my family ever since I was little. I've owned 2 cats and 2 dogs that I have fed, bathed, taken care of, and loved. And, I have helped take care of plenty of my friends and neighbors pets when they need it. I am a college student and I have most of my classes in the morning, and have availability to let your pet out around every 3-4 hours. I am very much a home body so if I'm house sitting and not in class I'll be hanging out with your pet. I treat all pets as if they are my own, and I am happy to accommodate any special needs your pet has while they are in my care

About: I worked as a kennel technician at a boarding/daycare facility for over a year so I have seen firsthand how stressful those environments can be despite how social you think your dog might be with others. Dogs have always been one of my special interests since I was very little, I have plenty of experience taking care of senior dogs and puppies, and I am comfortable taking care of any breed/temperament. I have no problem if you spam me for pictures of your pup and I love sending constant updates and pics! I know how stressful it can be not to have your dog in your own care so no request is too small. I am a full-time college student studying environment and zoology, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! I have full class schedule throughout the week and it changes per semester, don’t let that stop you from reaching out! I will take a look at any request and see if I can make them work. The more specific you are the better. If I have even the tiniest question I will not hesitate to reach out, I want your dog to be as close to there typical environment/schedule as possible so they are comfortable. Saftey is the big priority for me when caring for your pup, your dog will never be put in an unsafe situation by me. I am comfortable with emergency aid if necessary and I have transportation if your dog needs to be taken to a veterinarian.

About: Hi. I'm Cheyanne. I have owned a variety of pets for about 5 years and have taken care of pets/animals a lot longer. I currently have sugar gliders, a dog, two cats and an assortment of reptiles. I have an Associate's degree in zoology from Davidson County Community College. I have had a passion for animals since I was a little kid and pride myself in taking the best care of any animal under my watch. I'm willing to watch dogs, cats, barn animals, and reptiles. I am able to do in home care taking at the pet owner's house, dog walks, and check ins during the day. I have given medications for a variety of animals, having experience through an internship the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at the NC Zoo as well as giving medications to my own pets at home. If your pet needs medications, please give prior notice to discuss the situation. I'm currently available throughout the week. If you need someone to care for your pet as of they are my own baby, please send a message. I'm looking forward to meeting all the fur babies! I care for other people's pets as if they are my own. Each pet gets lots of love and attention. I follow any guidelines provided for pets such as diet, medication or daily routines.

About: I have lived with more then two dogs my entire life. I have grown up loving my dogs then most people. I have always wanted to be the old "cat lady" minus the cat, add the dogs. I believe dogs are our spirit animal. They are the most loving creatures. My ex and I adopted our very first dog together almost four years ago. Her name is Kora. We have fully trained her in German commands. She is so smart and loving and loyal. She is great with other dogs and has also learned to help take care of other dogs! I get up the same time every day and have a set schedule on each dog. I like to make there’s physical activity each day as well. That’s super important I have a dog park two min from my apartment, I have comfy spots in the house for them to chill and yummy dog treats

About: I've taken care of pets since I was 13. Most of my experience is with cats and dogs. I have limited experience with snakes. I'm not afraid of spiders or bugs. I'm currently working full-time as a legal assistant, so I'm usually only available during the evenings and weekends. I'm usually home from work at around 6 pm and am available until 9 pm during the week. Fridays and Saturdays are generally open unless I have prior obligations. I don't work on Sundays. I can only pet sit at a clients home due to having 2 cats of my own. I go by whatever rules/guidelines they specifically have for me.

About: I have a diverse experience with dogs of all sizes, senior dogs, dogs with special needs and dogs with temperament issues. I can handle a large dog that is not leash trained. About: Hello, I have loved animals since I was a little girl. I have been surrounded by animals all my life and I feel we share a special connection when we are together. For me, dogs and cats are the best companions and friends that we can have. They always deserve the best care and love. I have had the opportunity to be surrounded by these lovely creatures for the majority of my life. At home I had 6 dogs, rabbits, cats, ducks, horses, turtles, and even some hamsters. I loved each and every one of them. I would be happy to take care of your pet and give him as much love as he needs. About: I have been an animal lover since I can remember! I have been taking care of fur babies on any possible occasion I can since I graduated college. I work part time as data entry for a up and coming tech company and am able to fit many animals into my daily life luckily!! I have a fenced in backyard, plenty of experience with on and off leash animals, and pay very close attention to how animals around me are acting.

About: All my life I have been around animals, big and small. I currently have a small/medium dog named Cass that is from the pound that is very people friendly and high energy. I have 2 cats named Annabelle and Agatha, Annabelle is a calico that is very skittish but loves attention and is an indoor loving kitty. Agatha is a tortoiseshell cat that is a hunter at heart, she definitely loves roaming the property and is very independent. I am going on 7+ years of taking care of cats and dogs from different breeds, sizes, and specific needs. I am very adaptable and patient with animals. You can be confident that your pet is safe with me! Currently, I am working full time as a Marketing/Brand Manager so I am very flexible with my schedule and I try my best to be accommodating to your pet needs. About: I have grown up around all types of pets. In my childhood I rescued multiple dogs and our family rescued many, many, cats! I am very loving and caring and I treat every pet as it is my own. I like to first get to know them to see if I’d even be a good match for your pawesome friend! I have trained some dogs as puppies, taught them the basics as well as potty trained them. About: I've been surrounded by dogs of every kind my entire life, I have had 2 dogs and 3 cats. I enjoy working with dogs because I am an outdoor person who likes to go for runs and walks. I have been relied on by my friends and neighbors to come and spend time, feed, and walk their pets. I am currently enrolled at Catawba College, getting my masters degree, while competing on the beach volleyball team. All my classes are online and practice ranges from 7-8am, 11am- 1pm, and 5-6pm, but vary through the week. I have a fenced-in backyard for my 2-year-old Lab and I make sure that we keep the bedroom doors closed so I can always keep my eye on them.

About: I have worked with animals all my life. I've owned cats since childhood, worked my college years at Petco learning about exotics and have worked with farm animals since I was 13. I currently own several animals as well. I am currently a stay at home mom who homeschools. I have the flexibility to make most schedules work and can adjust where needed. About: I have had a deep passion for animals my entire life. My mom worked in a veterinary ER clinic in my home state of South Carolina and would bring me to work to help take care of the patients and boarders on weekends through my high school years. My aunt is a dog trainer who I also shadowed. I have fostered several dogs through their adoption process, from a puppy chihuahua to a senior Great Dane. I’m comfortable with giving medications, post operative care, and much more. Neighbors, friends, and family have all entrusted me with the care of their dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and even fish (they need to eat while their people are away too!). I have taken some time away from Rover for a few years while working on my career, and moved across country to be closer to family, along with starting my own. We now have settled in Rowan County, NC and I am looking to help out fellow pet parents again! I would be available to come by on any day of the week from the times of 7-11am, 1-3pm and 6-9pm. I am pretty open during the day, these are time frames that I would be available for walks, drop in visits, feedings, etc. If other / additional times are needed we can chat and probably make it work. I keep all doors to outside closed and locked while in the home so no escapes are possible. The collar will be fitted properly and each walk will be leashed.
