About: I have dogsat before Nov 2025 and I enjoyed it, I would do it again! my family and I used to have a dog so I would take care of him while my family members were gone & I would be more than happy to watch your puppy/dog fur babies, I have also been a catsitter over the summer of 2024 and I enjoyed it so much that I would do it again, I would be more than happy to watch your kitty/cat fur babies!! Hi! I’m Sydney from Mitchell SD, I am a current student at Black Hills State University studying Elementary Education, so if you are in the area please reach out, I will be back in the Spearfish area. I have always loved fur babies and would love to take care of yours! My family and I used to have a yellow lab but we had to put him down a couple of years ago, he was my favorite part of the family, and I fed him and gave water when needed when my dad was gone for work, I took him on runs which don't turn out well with a lab, we went on a lot of walks. I would prefer your fur baby to stay in its home and I can make the trip! Getting out is good for me!

About: I got my first dog when I was 4 years old. Have never looked back since! I’ve brought 3 dogs through Canine Good Citizenship certifications. One dog through 4 levels of agility training. One dog through therapy and scent discrimination training. And one dog through search and rescue training. I love, not only to care for animals, but also to learn with them and to observe what they are capable of doing with the right support. I’ve even been able to train my cat to never get only any kitchen counter tops and stay relaxed while I clip her nails! I work a very flexible online job. So I can easily arrange my schedule to meet then needs of the animals 7 days a week. At this time, I can only provide pet care at your home. Once there, I will orient myself with the nearest vet location and familiarize myself with your home, dos and donts, off limits areas, etc.

About: I have taken care of a variety of animals since before the age of 10. I cared for our family dog up until her passing, and loved her very much. I also cared for a cat and guinea pig, which takes lots of care and dedication. Throughout the years, I’ve watched many other families’ dogs and cats and there’s not much that I can’t handle! I’m in school full-time and I have a part-time job, but I still have plenty of time to care for your pet! My mornings and evenings are often available, as well as the weekends. I’m very flexible so feel free to ask any questions about my schedule! I will not be able to host any pets in my apartment as it is pet free. However, I can perfectly capable of caring for your pet in your home, and I will do whatever is necessary to make sure your pet is well cared for!

About: I have always had a love for pets. My experience of taking care of them is limited. However I have helped friends out over the years. Taken care of dogs and cats for weeks at a time and have learned how much I enjoy it! I work 10 hrs days, so I always have at least one day during the week off, and sometimes an extra day if I work on Saturday. I am very good at following directions and taking care of a pet to specific needs/orders. I am very patient and calm around animals. I am in the town of spearfish and have a car that I am willing to drive a pet in if needed.

About: My family has had dogs ever since I was young, and I’ve always been involved in caring for them, whether it was giving them baths, playing fetch, or walking them. Last year, I began volunteering at an animal shelter, where I learned much more about dog care and training. I also have two dogs of my own. I always make time to walk my own dogs in the morning and evening, so I can bring your dogs along or walk them separately. Just contact me to let me know what works best with your dog :) I try to provide dogs that I watch with plenty of enrichment, like playing fetch and practicing tricks. I always stay vigilant to make sure the dogs are safe.

About: Since a young age I have provided pet care for neighbors, friends, family, and community. I've had lots of experience with all ages of dogs with different needs. I'm a patient person willing to take on training small pups or taking extra care of elderly dogs. I'm locked and loaded with plenty of treats, belly rubs, and "Who's a good boy/girl?!?!" As a dog mom myself, I’m full of empathy and love for everyone’s fur baby :) I’m currently work mostly evenings (roughly 4pm-11pm). I get two days off a week and can be flexible with advanced notice! My schedule works perfect for people who just need someone to drop in for a lunch time potty break and walk! I am comfortable where your pet is comfortable! I do in home stays on weekends and holidays. Weeknights can be discussed as needed as well. If I were to stay overnight I would prefer to bring my own dog with. She is a 9 month old english springer spaniel. She is very loving and gentle, she is also fully house trained.

About: Ever since I was young, I would knock on my neighbor’s door to ask him to walk his dog. I love being able to take animals outside so they can get their exercise while also enjoying the weather and exercise myself. Throughout the years, I have helped my friends and family with caring for, feeding, and walking their pets! I’m currently working part time and have a very open and flexible schedule! I am so excited to use this free time to take care of your pet!! While walking your dog, I carry a drinking bottle for the pup so they don’t get dehydrated. I am willing to go as far as your pup is willing to go, I love walking! When in your home taking care of your pet, will leave the house just as clean and tidy as you left it. I am very reliable and I would love to feed, walk, or care for your animal in any way I can!

About: Years experience working with a wide variety of breeds and sizes. I will give your pup all the love and attention I give my own! I’m retired and have a very flexible schedule. I can easily work drop-ins and walks into my daily routine, even do this twice a day if needed! I have worked for decades in banking and have done some in-home cleaning. I have also done in-home pet sitting for friends for years. I take people’s property, privacy, and trust very seriously. I ensure environments are free of hazards for your pet and that they are always safely secured in a fenced area or on a leash. Their safety is my top priority!

About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. Love connecting to them and enjoying similar activities like going for a walk, playing at the park, or simply just the company. I’d love any excuse to go on an extra walk or hike! I work as a Digital Marketing Specialist, 5 days a week from 8am-4pm Mon-Friday. However my schedule is can be flexible, especially if I have some notice. I have time in my lunch hour as well as mornings and afternoons! I have one little, and she's a cat. We spend lots of time on the porch, people/squirrel watching. Currently trying to harness train her so we can venture a little further than the outside porch. We try to get as much play time and cuddles in each day to keep us both happy!
