“Maria is a GODSEND! She absolutely loves and cares for your dog as much as you do. I’m a first time dog owner and I was so nervous leaving behind my pup while I went to work..but after meeting with Maria, and seeing how my pup loved going to her, I felt reassured. They play well together, go on long walks, he respects her and listens to commands..he is EXCELLENT hands. Maria’s is his second home❤️”

“Ashley and her family did such an amazing job taking care of my 2 year old schnoodle. She welcomed me in and gave me a brief tour and low down of her cozy and immaculate home and yard, and made sure any questions or concerns I have were addressed. She kept open communication with me through the app, and I felt he was in great, safe hands until I picked him up nearly 10 hours later. He took a few walks along with their dog, and had a great time and made new friends. Hope to use them again soon!”

About: I’ve had a couple dog sits/walks for the parents of the kids I babysit. I’ve fed, walked, and stayed overnight for many families in the area. I’m currently working part time as a waitress so I have plenty of time to spare. Also, I babysit during the morning and afternoons but still have plenty of time. I prefer to watch the pets in the clients home. I have two dogs but they have not been around any other dogs that much
14. Sophia R.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. As a adult, I l continue to love and care for pets. I had four dogs growing up. I'm here to take care and help out when your schedule is busy. My love of dogs goes back to my youth to adulthood. Dogs have a unique ability to bring joy and happiness into people's lives, in which I like to be around them. I like to be around them to play and care for them. There are playful by nature. I’m currently walking my day job, but I do have extra time to walk, and dog sit them. Taking care of a dog requires regular exercise, such as walking or playing fetch, which can contribute to their physical fitness. Additionally, my responsibility of caring for a dog provides a sense of purpose, structure, and routine, promoting mental well-being. Teaching Compassion and Empathy is important to taking care of a dog. It requires understanding their needs, providing care, and showing empathy. Dogs like the attention and wants you care for them.

“Catherine is such a sweetheart - she went above and beyond to assure me she would care for my pup as if she was one of their own. It’s always pretty stressful to leave my pup with a brand new sitter for the first time, and I’m grateful that Catherine made this so easy and welcomed Carli into their home.”

19. Lori R.
“As long as I’ve known Lori she has been an honest, caring and trustworthy woman. She is well liked by family members and friends too numerous to mention. She is a loving caregiver to her mini goldendoodle Nyla who loves her back unconditionally. Lori even takes her dog hiking with her whenever she can and Nyla thrives on going with her and spending as much time as she can with her. She would make a great addition to Rover dot.com.
