Susan was always responsive with her communication and ensured that we received photos, messages, and video clips each day we were on our trip. It was such a joy seeing our little guy running, playing, and hearing all about how he went on walks and got to snuggle with Susan in bed at night. We couldn't be happier with the care our toy poodle received from Ana. Dusty is almost 8 years old, has health issues and can be insecure (rescue history). He has never been away from us for more than a long weekend, but this was a ten day booking where we would not have phone or internet service. Ana was patient and understanding with our concerns since we would not be reachable while Dusty was in her care. I got a wonderful vibe from Ana at our meet and greet—she clearly genuinely likes animals. He pretty much moved into her arms and her lap for ten days. He takes ear medication and thyroid medication, Ana breezed through those, no problem. He was healthy and happy at pickup. I absolutely trust this amazing person. Thank you, Ana.
Thank you for the time spent with Oscar! Elizabeth and her husband were incredible in taking care of my young pup. Watching a puppy is challenging in itself. They sent me daily updates and pictures which made me relax and enjoy my vacation knowing he was happy and well cared for. Thank you again!

Mabel and David were wonderful with our golden retriever, Otto! He has been exhausted and snuggly ever since we came home. Was only the second time he’s ever stayed with anyone that wasn’t family/close friend and they provided updates and photos which made things much easier.
