I have two adorable pups of my own—an affectionate 12-year-old toy poodle (the boss) and an energetic 4-year-old doodle. About: Hi, I’m Andy! I’ve spent over a decade working in dog care — both independently and for professional dog walking, sitting, and training services. I love all animals, but over time, I’ve found a real passion and strength in caring for large-breed dogs. I’m 6’7” and a former D1 athlete — which definitely comes in handy when caring for strong pups! I’ve worked with dogs up to 225 lbs (shoutout to Gus, the gentle giant Bull Mastiff). Handling big dogs isn’t a challenge for me; it’s second nature. I offer reliable, confident care for pets of all sizes — but if you’ve got a big pup others struggle with, you’re in the right place. I offer in-home dog day care and occasional boarding, depending on your pet’s needs. Dogs in my home are treated like family: allowed on furniture (unless you’d prefer otherwise), given full backyard access, and loved just like our own. I’m consistently available for day care 2–3 days/week (often more), especially during weekdays. My schedule is flexible and we can discuss recurring or one-time needs. Pets who stay with us are treated like family. They’re welcome on furniture (unless you request otherwise) and will have regular access to the backyard. Our 50-lb rescue dog, Sheeba, loves canine company. Our 14-lb cat, Bella, keeps her distance at first but is fearless once she’s comfortable. She has high-up perches for space when needed and rarely uses her claws — even when giving a gentle warning tap. Honestly, she’d rather nap on a dog than argue with one. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Trixie is an escape artist if someone leaves the door or gate open more than 2 seconds so we knew we needed to send her to camp for the day. Danielle sent us a video of Trixie having a blast with the other dogs. Danielle was even flexible enough to deliver Trixie back to our home (same town) as a last minute request. We will definitely use her again. Thanks for pooping my girl out, she slept like a log that night.”

I am happy to spend my time at home taking great care of your pet family members. We love having your pet in our home, but I do not take more than one or two pets at a time (1 family) and I don’t take boarding or care request that are more than two weeks long. I have a large fenced in backyard. I can also take care of pets in your home, but only full overnight on Friday & Saturday.

Giving them all their play time, I have a huge fenced in yard for dogs to run around in and play fetch. If pets need their own space, I can accommodate that. If you need me to take extra time out for them I can offer that as well! I’m here to help! I am a hairstylist by trade for 27 years and love what I do, I work part time to be home more with my children. Being a hairstylist, I love helping my clients look and feel good. That being said, I figured I can help people in other ways as well and being that I love animals, why not help people with their pets by taking care of them! I take my dog on daily walks, except for Tuesdays and Saturdays but those are the days I work in the salon, but my husband takes our dog out. She also will go to my mother's house in the summer to swim with us as she absolutely loves the pool! Being that I am home most of the week, watching dogs fits well into my schedule. I will treat other people's pets as if they were my own. As long as they are potty trained, I will allow them to walk freely in my home, I have a huge fenced in yard for them to run and play. As long as the weather is beautiful out, I will take them on walks as well with my family! Myself and my family will treat your pets as if they were ours! We will show them love the entire time they are with us!

About: I have been working with animals since I was a young kid. My love though is dogs… especially older dogs! I have been a rescuer, foster, and dog owner for as long as I can remember. I am a volunteer at the local animal shelter as a dog walker. I am here to make sure your pet is taken care of safely. I work from home, but can make my schedule work. Its very flexible. Monday-Friday anywhere between 830am and 3:30pm. Last minute appointments are okay too. I rescued my 5-year-old Pit Mix last year from a reputable rescue. He is living his best life going on daily walks, belly rubs, and tons of kisses.

“Want to say I was extremely pleased with Brody's first day with Patty and her sweet gentle dog Tucker. Brody usually reacts with extreme anxiety when he encounters new people or situations. I had discussed this with Patty prior to dropping him off. As soon as she opened the door I was pretty sure that Brody would adjust easily. Patty was friendly and talked to Brody in comforting way. Tucker also greeted us with his gentle non threatening manner. Aside from a few anxious minutes when we first walked in Brody seem right at home. Patty sent me several pictures throughout the day that reassured me that I had definately made the right choice when choosing the care giver for my dog. It was clear to me that Brody was having a blast playing in the fenced in yard. Later in the day I received pictures of Brody sleeping with his head in Patty's lap. Loved this! I knew that my dog had learned to trust her within a short period of time and was perfectly content. Thank you Patty for being so kind and loving to my Puppy Boy. Very positive experience! We also have experience with administering medications including insulin. I'm a Homemaker with two small children and able to care for your pets throughout the day and night. We also have a great neighborhood for long and frequent walks. ***For Walks/Drop-In's I will follow the home instructions you give me. I'm there for 30 minutes, so if you need plants watered, garbage cans brought up, and mail on the counter, I'm more than happy to do so.*** We have a fenced in backyard with a nice patch of grass and shade for hot/rainy days. We also have two declawed cats in the house that we could easily keep in our finished basement, if needed.
