“Sharon and Michael are great people— I can tell they are passionate about dogs and they do an excellent job at watching Aurora & Loki on the days we are working long 12 hour shifts. They are fed, socialized, and having a fun time with other doggies 🐶❤️ they kept us updated with photos during their stay. Their backyard is very spacious for the doggies and they absolutely love running and playing around in their backyard when they are outside. When the doggies get home, Aurora & Loki have expelled their energy at doggie day care and will often settle into bed after getting home. A tired dog is a happy dog 🐶 thank you again Sharon & Mike!”

About: I love animals and being able to help you with your pet care needs. I would love spending some of that time on your canine companions or feline friend. I have owned dogs and cats with a variety of personalities and concerns and love them all. My dogs have ranged in age from one to twenty and eight pound an to eighty. Every pet is unique and special. I have watched dogs and cats off and on for friends and family for more than ten years. I have also raised small animals and reptiles. I am friendly but firm and will treat your furry friend like my own. They will get lots of love, exercise, and petting. Please give me a chance to win over your pet. I am a teacher so busy during the school year and mostly free during the summer. During the school year I am available evenings and weekends. I have two fenced yards. A small one connected to the house with a dog door and a bigger one. I have chickens who live in the bigger one during the summer. I am not currently having doggie visitors overnight as my cats don't like it.

I am currently stay at home wife, my schedule is pretty flexible so I will have plenty of time to care and play with your puppy. We can talk and work out on the schedule that would work best for you. I have fenced yard and two puppies to keep your fur baby company, they either play in side the house or outside depending on the weather because I consider safety first; but while they’re in the house I can keep them occupied and busy with playing, puzzle games, they can roam around the house but I always keep my eyes on them or I can create them if pet parents needed; I have camera to monitor them.

About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees last year :( We miss him. We would like to watch another dog because our shihtzu is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 1 dog so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time since we also have a cat but may make an exception if from the same family . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. We have everything needed for a big or little dog.

About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. Dogs are everything to me. Having dogs around get me outside more and walking more. i have trained my 3 dogs. so i know a tiny bit about trainging them. I do live in an apartment in the 3rd floor on the top. If the dog needs it I can carry him/her up and down the stairs no issue at all. Make sure to take your time to read and make sure your 100% sure to want to book with me before you click book. i currently dont have a job. i would make dog sitting a part time job for right now. i have alot of time to care for a dog. i give the pet alot of play time. i give the pet bathroom breaks as much as needed. i walk the pet like an hour or 2. ill feed the pet when he or she needes it. of course ill him or her water. ill give the pet as much exercise as he or she needs. The dog must have a leash for me to watch them i would have the pet come over to my apartment. im around a place where i can take the dog on a long or short walk. the apartment im at is very pet friendly. I say you would have to bring your pet to me at my apartment.

About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and have been caring for them since I was a little kid. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and they are truly family to me. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my late dog, Roo, who battled cancer for about a year before we lost her in September. During that time, I gained experience providing medication, extra comfort, patience, and specialized care. I have a 1 year old puppy named Tilly and a 14 year old dog named Leo who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, playtime, routine, and affection are. I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own! Whether your pup loves to play, go on walks, or curl up on the couch for cuddles, they’ll receive plenty of attention and care while staying with me. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, happy, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I work from 10am-4pm Monday to Thursday. Friday-Sunday I am off! Before and after work, I make sure dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks!! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure fenced backyard for supervised play and plenty of space for dogs to relax indoors. My own dogs are friendly, playful, and very accustomed to being around other dogs. I carefully introduce pets with slow introduction so your dog won’t get overwhelmed. I follow each owner’s instructions, and maintain routines as closely as possible. I provide lots of attention, updates, and LOTS of photos throughout their stay!

About: Hi! Both my husband and I have grown up in Alaska helping care for small chihuahuas all the way up to wolf-hybrids. We are a fun and loving couple with 2 small doodles of our own, 3 stories of house to play in, a small backyard/potty area, and located right next to a doggy park. We can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I work from home permanently, so I am able to provide care all day long for your fur baby. While I work, typically my two doodles spend their time snacking and watching TV! Once the work day is up, to the park we go! I have two miniature sized doodles to keep your dog company. Additionally, we have many toys available to play with, ample treats, and a small backyard area for potty with an additional park right next door. Both of my doodles are fixed and crate trained. :)

About: Current medical student with so much motivation to get outside with my dog in between studying. I'm also a professional photographer, so expect lot's of photos of your pup! When I was a kid, I always wanted a dog….but we owned everything except a dog due to our lack of a yard. To solve this, I would knock on my neighbors doors to walk and play with their dogs everyday. Now I can finally live out my hotel for dogs dreams. My rescue dog, Cowboy, would also love a furry friend. He was the dog the shelter used to socialize their dogs and I’m sure he misses it. I hope I can help you out and use the experience I’ve gained from training him and the dogs in my childhood to love and care for your friend! I work from home and have plenty of time to care for your pet. I take my dog on 2 walks a day and spend a lot of time playing, training, and cuddling. I would love to share this time with your pet too. I have a fully enclosed private back yard. Right outside my front door is a short walk to a park and many other walking trails.

About: Your pup will be treated like family! I have always been an animal lover and have treated all animals with kindness and compassion. I grew up with dogs (and a variety of other pets) and understand the commitment involved in taking good care of your beloved pet. I love watching Cesar Milan and know that rules, boundaries and limitations are also a key part of making a dog feel at ease. That being said, I'm quite a softy so there are generally very few rules as far as the house goes! :) My yard is completely fenced with lots of room to play. They can sleep wherever they choose and will always get plenty of time outdoors ( if they would like). I love walking and will take your pup for as many walks as you would like. My job is very flexible so while dog sitting I will always be at home and with your dog for the entire duration. I know that calmness and kindness are key to reassuring your pup and allowing them to feel happy and comfortable. Boarding can be stressful for animals and parents and I assure you that I will do everything I can to make the experience a joyous and pleasant one. Looking forward to caring for your beloved pup! I have recently lost my 17 yr old chihuahua so looking to have some more dog love in my life right now. About: I’m Zoey, I’m 30 and from Texas, I’ve been in Alaska almost 9 years. Animal lover and plant enthusiast!! I’ve loved taking care of animals since I was a little girl, I’ve always felt connected to all walks of life, and found them extremely intriguing and inspiring. My friends and family have counted on me to walk and sit for their pets for years now, including cats, dogs, ferrets, fish, birds and plants and a couple reptiles here and there :) hope to meet ur pup soon!
