About: I have taken care of animals since I was a little girl. I have always had multiple cats at a time. Staying at friends house also helped me learn how to take care of farm animals at a young age as well. I work a fulltime and part time job. My hours are flexible on most weekends. During the week preferably before 7 am and after 4 pm. I do not board any pets, but am willing to take care of them at your home. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. My family has always had multiple dogs in our home and a house isn’t a home without a dog. For years I have cared for friends and family dogs while they were either at work or vacation. Now that I am retired I have a lot more time to give helping others who need support to care for their dog. I am available all hours of the day and night. I can pick up dogs or they can be brought to my home. I am semi retired and this allows me lots of flexibility in my schedule. I have a fenced in yard that backs up to conservation land that I use to exercise my own dogs. If allowed by owner, walks on the beach at low tide is a favorite activity for our dogs. During the summers I walk the many trails this area has to offer, many with ponds the dogs love to swim in.

About: I have been a dog owner for the last 25 years. I have raised three Labrador retrievers, each unique and special in their own way. I enjoy being around dogs and I frequently babysit overnight for my friend’s dogs. During the summer, I am available moat days and have a flexible schedule to help accommodate pet owners. As a pet owner myself, I know things come up and you might need a little extra help. I consider myself to be a great pet owner. I have always trained my own dogs due to my background as a BCBA, although I do not train dogs I understand positive reinforcement and the need for consistency. My own dogs have always come first, even when caring for multiple ACL surgeries.

About: I’m a 32 year old teacher who is looking to take some new pet friends on walks this summer. I have an almost 3 year old chihuahua who is the center of my world, and I have previous experience house-sitting, walking and boarding. I’d love to meet you and your furry friends! Available starting June 20th, during the week and most weekends. Typically available 8-4, and can walk your friend near you or take them on an adventure! Available to help year-rounders and seasonal friends! Boarding can be worked out on request! My wife and I have a fenced in yard, and our fur baby Bonsai is very dog-friendly. The yard is decent sized, and I stay outside and play with our friends in order to keep an eye on them. We can crate as needed, and are pretty flexible. Bonsai and I love our walks, and I can bring Bonsai along to keep your pet company if you would like! As for boarding, we’ve had three different sets of furry friends board at our home already this year!

About: I am entering my junior year at the University of Rhode Island, earning a degree in animal science, specializing in zoo and aquarium animal science with a focus on behavior and training. The classes I have taken at the university focus on animal biology, care, management, and behavior. Many classes take place on our on-campus farm. I am an animal husbandry volunteer at the mystic aquarium, where I care for various rare, exotic species. I have also volunteered at animal shelters, and am in the process of conducting a behavior based research project with my professor. Throughout my life I have had many pets from cats and dogs, to small mammals and reptiles. I am working a part time summer job at a restaurant mostly working at night. I am available to do drop in visits throughout the day. I will not be able to take your pets into my home because I have pets of my own. Safety is my number one priority for myself and your pets and am willing to work through any challenges your pet may face!

About: I have cared for pets my whole life and frequently care for friend’s pets when needed. I have a home in Yarmouth, work remotely full time and always open to caring for pets in their own home if preferred. I have an amazing cat of my own that loves other animals. About: I’m a lifelong pet and dog lover with a 7 year-old female spayed lab, Ellie, of my own. I’ve cared for family, friends, and neighbor’s dogs for more than 25 years. My Ellie is very calm, friendly, highly socialised, and great with other dogs and children of all ages. I work from home and operate a licensed family daycare with success for more than 25 years. I have weekends off where I have plenty of time to take walks with my own dog and others. I am available for over night dog stays at that time also. My work area is separate, but I have a large fenced in yard with grass. My own dog plays with the children outside, but mostly stays upstairs when we are in. My Ellie often prefers the couch over her dog bed, and I’m fine with that. 😊 I have a completely fenced in backyard where the dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise, but are never outside alone. My dog Ellie loves playing with other dogs and has a portable ‘doggy pool’ when it’s hot and plenty of shade. If your dog enjoys the comfort of their crate or special bed, feel free to bring them along.Home also has central air to keep your fury ones cool.

About: I have owned, trained and loved dogs, cats, puppies and kittens all my life. Large breeds and small. I enjoy making friends with every dog or cat I come across. Now that I'm srmi-retired, becoming a pet sitter feels like the most natural job in the world for me. I work only part time, so I have time to pet sit part time. My family is grown and gone, and my only pet at this time is a kitty who doesn't mind my absences I will be caring for pets in their homes. I will follow whatever routines my charges are used to, and the house rules of their masters.
