About: I’ve taken care of many different dogs over the years and have worked at PetSmart as a pets hotel associate. I have two dogs (10 and 3 years old). I’ve also owned four cats and babysat family and friends pets before! I am home all day so I am fully available to provide care to pets. I live in an apartment with two dogs and live in walking distance to a park where my dogs love to walk. I have two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your pet if desired. I am home all day and take my dogs for at least three walks a day and we usually visit a park daily.

“This was my first time using Rover and it was just a day before I went out of town for 2 days. She replied within minutes of the initial request and asked to stop by that afternoon to meet my fluffy one and see if it was a good fit. I'm glad it was. She was very communicative and she eased my first-time-leaving-my-dog-with- a-stranger nerves. We chatted about how hot it would be (90+) and she took the dog where they didn't have to walk on the hot pavement much and had some shade. About: I’ve always been around dogs and cats growing up. My grandmother owned an in-home dog grooming business that I assisted with from a young age. I’ve had my own family dogs since the age of 7.  Whenever friends or family have gone out of town, they trusted me to look after their dogs as well as cats. Currently I have a 3-year-old catahoula leopard / lab mix and an 8-year-old brown tabby cat. During the week I work 9-5 from home. I tend to have most of my meetings early in the morning due to time zone differences, meaning I have the majority of the day to look after your dog. On weekends my availability can start as early as 9AM.  I am typically available I don’t ski or snowboard – so you don’t have to worry about me being in the mountains. 1.     There are many outdoor parks near my apartment building, as well as a dog run in the apartment complex itself. My 3-year-old pup is extremely friendly and playful, meaning your furry friend will always have someone to keep them company, should they want a friend.

About: I have taken care of my sister dog for 7 months her name was chichi. I had lots of experience with taking her to walks, making sure she used the bathroom on her walks, also bathing her. I am very playful with dogs and make sure they eat and have a clean bowl of water. I work at my other job during the afternoon but I still am available to take care of your pups from 11am - 2:30 pm. I will always keep your pup in company. I love to watch over playful dogs and love to teach them new tricks. I’m a very kind and generous person and comfortable to be around with dogs.

About: Thankyou for considering me to watch something so important to you. A little about me, I own 1 Siberian Husky and 1 German Shepherd. One is 8 years old the Shepherd is about to turn 2. They are a crazy, energetic, friendly breeds. They keep me on my toes and have showed me how different two dogs can be. I love all dogs. And would love to get to know yours. Through all the research I’ve done with my own dogs, I know quite a bit of information about dog body language and how to read them. About: I have been able to take care of animals (dogs and cats) since age 5 as I had pets throughout my whole life. I have also briefly owned horses building the skillset of hygiene care for larger animals. I absolutely love dogs. I have had experience with small dogs all the way up to English Mastiff and Ridgeback sizes. I have been a helpful pet sitter for many family members and some friends. I absolutely love animals and plan to incorporate them into my therapeutic process with clients in the future. Please send them my way and I will give them all the love and empathy while you're away and as needed! I am a graduate student with an internship which entails the need for a daily routine. I am more flexible for weekends and holidays, and I am also willing to make other days work given enough time notice in advance. I love to be outside year-round, especially fall and winter, so I will be active with animals in snow/cold or sunshine which means walks and playing! I have three cats who have everything they need including love and grooming! I have a three-legged cat who requires more care for hygiene and grooming, so he gets lion cuts every so often. All of my cats get treats and are spoiled with love. I am flexible and willing to work around whatever is needed for safety and the environment. I would prefer to do house visits and drop-ins to feed/let outside, etc. I would need to be provided equipment like leashes, crates, food bowls, food, etc. I do not want to disrupt your pet's routine or familiarity of their own materials.

About: Hello, my names MariJo and I'm an ultimate dog lover. I have always had pets since I can remember caring for cats, dogs, bunnies much more. Currently I have a chocolate lab Charlie that is 5 and a mutt Chance who is 1. My schedule is flexible and I'm very active meaning long walks and truly engaging time with your fur baby.I have watched dogs for friends in the past and that's what has lead me here to Rover. I have now spent two years on Rover and adjusting to a new life style back in my hometown looking for a little extra cash. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a little girl, including my special needs diabetic schnauzer, helping with insulin injections and pills. Now I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. We love to walk by the outer harbor and play outside when the weather is nice! I’m a 4th year medical student, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I have daily availability and lots of energy for walks and playtime with your fur babies! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. I live in an apartment near the outer harbor. I prefer staying at a client’s house where your pets will be most comfortable! We love to go for walks and I have experience walking up to 3 dogs at once on my waist leash.

About: Chilling with pets is my favorite self-care! I have been taking care of cats and dogs for over 20 years. My speciality is rescue animals and all of my cats over the years have been from shelters. I've taken care of all types of cats and dogs from pugs to German Shepards, from kittens to senior cats. I am very gentle, compassionate, and give great pet back scratches! I currently work as a social worker and my schedule is very flexible. This means I am available outside a traditional Monday - Friday 9am-5pm schedule. I follow your instructions like a recipe and am proactive about asking questions related to the care of your pet. In addition, my former roommate is a practicing veterinarian and is on-call for me 24/7. :)

About: I have been pet sitting for about 15 years, everything from quick play dates to extended stays lasting over a month. I've worked with a variety of dogs including a 13-year old 4 pound chihuahua, a vizla that required 5 or more hours of solid exercise a day, a 160 pound mastiff that thought he was a lap dog, and a very scared dalmatian/husky/german shepherd mix that needed some serious work on social interations. I've dealt with skunk attacks, bee stings, an intestinal blockage and various types of aggression. I AM NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO STAY OVERNIGHT DURING SITTINGS. I KEPT IT IN MY PROFILE BECAUSE IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN BOOKING MULTIPLE DROP-INS At the end of last year I ended up taking in 3 Doberman puppies that I had dog sat for regularly. I was able to find a home of one of them but the other two are still with me. Because of this I am not able to do extended stays that require me to be gone overnight or dogs that cannot be left alone for a few hours due to separation anxiety or medical reasons. But if your dog is friendly please consider boarding! I currently work from home with flexible hours most of the time. My schedule is very accommodating and I love being able to take advantage of nice weather or last minute requests. The yard where I am is NOT fenced in, but it is very large with several acres of wooded area in the back. For dogs that need to stay on leash there is a long tie out and plenty of walks. I never let the dogs play outside without supervision. There are two other friendly dogs on the property (in addition to my own 2) and two dogs next-door that come over to play all the time. So we have our own mini, well-mannered, well-socialized dog park.

Currently, I dog walk for the shelter as often as I can as part of their program. Ive also bottle fed rescue kittens and have much experience with baby animals, including wildlife! I am familiar with many species of animals and very passionate about their care. I’ve had rats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, cats, dogs and fish … just to name a few! **PLEASE READ** I do have 3 pet rabbits that a partially free roam. They are all in safe spaces & can be enclosured. They DO get along with other animals. I am available weekends, Saturday and Sunday, all day and weekdays Monday - Friday after 5pm! I do have a full time job but plenty of spare time for your pets care! I do have a fenced in yard but would love to actually walk your fur baby instead! I have beautiful parks near by with plenty of room to play!

About: My name is Karlyn. I started working in pet care in 2018 at a pet hotel and doggy daycare. I joined Rover in 2019, and I worked at another dog boarding facility/daycare from 2023-2025. I have extensive training in how to properly care for your dogs (and cats!) I have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have three rescue dogs; a 12 year old Papillon named Archie, a 2 year old Papillon named Zoloft, and a 6 year old Maltipoo named Toaster! Although I absolutely adore all dogs, small dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. A little more about me: I am 31 years old and I am an on-set prop master in television/film. I am located in Cheektowaga, but I have a car so I don’t mind traveling a few extra miles! I work freelance so I have an abundance of free time between films! I have no other responsibilities when I’m off set, so I can focus all of my energy on your furry friend! I do everything in my power to make each pet feel comfortable and loved. I also spend a lot of time exercising and mentally stimulating each pet.

About: There hasn't been a time in my life when I haven't cared for dogs. They are the purest form of unconditional love and I strive to offer them the fun, joy and love they are so deserving of. I currently enjoy a flexible schedule, so most times am able to work around your schedule easily for in-home visits for puppy play time or walks. I am able to care for your dogs in the comfort of their home, either for snuggle and play visits, overnight care, or adventure walks!
