About: Hi there! I'm Caitlin, and for the past 13 years, I have gained extensive education, training, and experience with all types of animals. I have been with Rover since 2014 and have had over 190 clients through the years. As a proud professional, the experience under my belt includes: - Solo management of a small, rural cat shelter - Behavioral and adoption staff at a large urban animal shelter - Dog and cat training - Fear free certification - Management staff for boarding and daycare - Professional bathing/grooming - Exotic animal handling - Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior Besides my professional experience, I have been a pet owner my whole life - dogs, cats, and exotics included! Right now - I have four beloved cats who I have clicker trained myself! ** Currently, my preferred clients are cats, small dogs, seniors, and more relaxed pets. I am not suited to care for strong, energetic dogs who need extensive exercise. ** In-home boarding and dog daycare are services I vet very extensively and am particular about due to my cats. While I do offer the services, it is always better to choose a house sit/drop in visit with me instead - these I can be much more flexible about. Some other services I provide beyond the basics include: - Wedding pet care and assistance - Pet transportation - Travel pet care and assistance - and more! I am a *CONSTANT CARE SITTER!* That means, I am in your home for the vast majority of the day, due to my day job being completely remote and flexible. While some others may need to step out for a full work day, I commit my time to YOUR pet(s) and YOUR pet(s) only - which sets me apart from other sitters. You may see that my husband, Josh, is also on my profile. He will occasionally help me with some services, but I am the primary sitter. I will always let clients know if he is going to be present for any services. Safety for pets and myself is and always has been my top priority. I am proudly fear free certified and have worked on extensive safety training measures in all of my professional working environments. I can give quality care and attention for your furbaby all day and bonus I am a licensed veterinary technician Are you looking for someone who can stay with your fur baby and not be kenneled? I'm your woman. I am a stay-at-home dog mom. Typical schedule is I am an early bird and go on morning walks or hikes. I leave for 1-2 hours for gym dependent on class schedule. The rest of the time is spent at home so I have plenty of time for multiple walks, activities, and anything else your fur baby may want. Prior to drop off provide Proof of Rabies and Flea/Tick Prevention Please bring a harness for safety on walks ( I will purchase one if unable to provide or if it's an improper fit) Cleaning fee of $35 will be added for accidents in house

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: - I love to walk, even those longer walks for those dogs such as my families own golden whom requires a lot of exercise! -I always carry disposable bags for poop and a water bottle for dogs as they get thirsty on walks -I also carry treats when walking - My families' dog is very afraid so I know how to deal with dogs that have those traits and do everything in my power to prevent them from interacting with any animal or anyone who would put them in a bad situation. -I always heed a dog owners' rules when caring for another's family member, because they know the dog best. -I treat another's pet as my own. -I make sure they are safe at all times. -I am not afraid of telling others they are not to pet a dog that does not want to be touched or interact with anyone but his/her human loved ones. I presently work part time and in schools during the school year. I have fostered dogs in the past with this same schedule and my foster pups were very happy. I would provide the same care for your pet for my own. I treat my pets like family and the same would be given to your fur baby.

“Laura was amazing with my off the wall super energetic 3 month old springer spaniel puppy!! She is a super experienced trainer and was amazing at providing a balance between structure/close monitoring for safety and a lot of fun play time for my girl. She sent a lot of updates and advice that was very helpful for our training as well! Laura went above and beyond and even gave me tons of training tips outside of the visit because my pup is very difficult and has been struggling with separation anxiety. Best value out of a Rover stay I’ve ever gotten!”

“Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

She took it slow with Bella and soon Sierra had her eating (she has NEVER eaten a meal when we are not there with her), going for walks, and napping. About: Loving, cozy home close to the airport. I have taken care of dogs of all kinds from German shepherds to labs to cocker spaniels and pit bulls. My house is pretty close to the Buffalo airport. Great walkable neighborhood. I work part time so I have lots of time to spoil your fur baby! I have a large backyard. I have 2 cats that can easily be separated in my finished basement if your dog doesn’t like cats.

“I feel like Courtney isn't just the best dog sitter, she's one of the best humans. She was so welcoming and understanding of my not completely house trained pup, and she's almost like a trainer as well as sitter. She's worked on crate training and commands with my pup, even letting me borrow things to help at home. Five other sitters denied my request to watch a puppy, but Courtney is the ultimate dog lover, and honestly has more patience than anyone I've ever met. My only concern is that my pup loves being at her house maybe more than mine, since Courtney's dogs are her new best friends! I can't recommend her highly enough, except I'll be sad if she ever ends up booked when I need her. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.”
