She was so welcoming and understanding of my not completely house trained pup, and she's almost like a trainer as well as sitter. She's worked on crate training and commands with my pup, even letting me borrow things to help at home. Five other sitters denied my request to watch a puppy, but Courtney is the ultimate dog lover, and honestly has more patience than anyone I've ever met. My only concern is that my pup loves being at her house maybe more than mine, since Courtney's dogs are her new best friends! I can't recommend her highly enough, except I'll be sad if she ever ends up booked when I need her. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.”

While I do offer the services, it is always better to choose a house sit/drop in visit with me instead - these I can be much more flexible about. I am a *CONSTANT CARE SITTER!* That means, I am in your home for the vast majority of the day, due to my day job being completely remote and flexible. While some others may need to step out for a full work day, I commit my time to YOUR pet(s) and YOUR pet(s) only - which sets me apart from other sitters. You may see that my husband, Josh, is also on my profile. He will occasionally help me with some services, but I am the primary sitter. I will always let clients know if he is going to be present for any services. Safety for pets and myself is and always has been my top priority. About: Loving, cozy home close to the airport. I have taken care of dogs of all kinds from German shepherds to labs to cocker spaniels and pit bulls. My house is pretty close to the Buffalo airport. Great walkable neighborhood. I work part time so I have lots of time to spoil your fur baby! I have a large backyard. I have 2 cats that can easily be separated in my finished basement if your dog doesn’t like cats.

“Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I’m great with dogs because I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely love being around them. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routines, and needs, whether that means high-energy playtime, calm walks, or just quiet companionship. I’m very observant of behavior and body language, so I can quickly tell when a dog is excited, anxious, or needs extra care. I’m reliable with feeding schedules, walks, and any special instructions, and I always prioritize safety and comfort. Most importantly, I treat every dog like my own and I make sure they feel loved, secure, and happy while their owners are away. 🐶❤️ I have 2 dachshunds of my own♥️ I am currently a Teacher, I work from 8-3:45 during the week! I am always home after those times and on the weekends! I am off in the summers and on all school breaks and holidays! I have 2 dachshunds of my own and I spend ALL my time with them when I am home, so I can do the same with your pets! I have a fenced in yard and two fur babies to keep yours company! I can crate them if needed but mine roam the kitchen while I am gone and sleep in bed with me! We are always walking and outside running around!
