“Laurie is amazing! She dropped in on our three cats and they THRIVED in her care! This has not been the case with past experiences (not with Rover or Laurie). My one cat in particular takes us leaving her pretty hard. She becomes very anxious, aggressively grooms and ends up losing weight. This did not happen in Laurie’s care; Lily actually gained weight! I am absolutely thrilled and it is incredible to have such peace of mind knowing you are leaving your pets with someone who goes above and beyond for them. I find Laurie to be personable and professional as well as dependable, considerate and clearly competent and compassionate with animals. About: I have been taking care of the animals of close friends and family since I was 19 years old. In addition to taking care of cats and dogs, I am also an experienced farm hand. I have taken care of horses, chickens, donkeys, and Alpacas. Whatever your pet needs are, I can do it. I am currently doing volunteer work on Tuesdays, but am available every other day of the week. Early mornings and afternoons work best for me, but I am available later in the evening when needed I can do feedings, walks, drop ins, and full night stays. I can also administer oral medication. I have a dog of my own and she gets daily medication I give her myself.

About: I have been around animals for my whole life, taking care and experiencing with 4 litters of puppies and watching them grow. I have pet sit for the past 5 years and still do! I am open to pet sit any animal of any size and can do it at your house or mine! I am great with medication scheduling and certain or special feeding schedules. As of right now, I am available Monday through Sunday at any times! I will be having a part time job soon but will still be available for part time work! I always create a little plan before I sit any client's animal. I like to know how the animal is personality wise and if I need to be aware of any medications or certain needs. I also make my own plan with clients consent as in walks around the neighborhood and make sure I interact with the animal with play time and loving.

About: All my life my family has had dogs. I am well equipment to care for small dogs, large dogs, old calm dogs, and young playful puppies. I’m open to any and all dogs! I’m a college student with a part time job, so I’m mainly only available on weekends. My schedule can vary though so don’t be afraid to reach out and ask! I am very thorough with instructions, so any information you give me about your dog will be followed to a tee. About: Unfortunately, working and moving a lot. I cannot give the best life to my dog and cat anymore. I had to leave them with my brother but I would love to give some support to pet owners who are busy due to work and life. Monday to Friday after 6 pm. Weekends and holidays all day long. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
