“Laurie is amazing! She dropped in on our three cats and they THRIVED in her care! This has not been the case with past experiences (not with Rover or Laurie). My one cat in particular takes us leaving her pretty hard. She becomes very anxious, aggressively grooms and ends up losing weight. This did not happen in Laurie’s care; Lily actually gained weight! I am absolutely thrilled and it is incredible to have such peace of mind knowing you are leaving your pets with someone who goes above and beyond for them. I find Laurie to be personable and professional as well as dependable, considerate and clearly competent and compassionate with animals. About: I have been taking care of the animals of close friends and family since I was 19 years old. In addition to taking care of cats and dogs, I am also an experienced farm hand. I have taken care of horses, chickens, donkeys, and Alpacas. Whatever your pet needs are, I can do it. I am currently doing volunteer work on Tuesdays, but am available every other day of the week. Early mornings and afternoons work best for me, but I am available later in the evening when needed I can do feedings, walks, drop ins, and full night stays. I can also administer oral medication. I have a dog of my own and she gets daily medication I give her myself.

About: All my life my family has had dogs. I am well equipment to care for small dogs, large dogs, old calm dogs, and young playful puppies. I’m open to any and all dogs! I’m a college student with a part time job, so I’m mainly only available on weekends. My schedule can vary though so don’t be afraid to reach out and ask! I am very thorough with instructions, so any information you give me about your dog will be followed to a tee. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, letting your dogs out, cleaning up after them, and making sure they feel loved while you’re away!
About: Unfortunately, working and moving a lot. I cannot give the best life to my dog and cat anymore. I had to leave them with my brother but I would love to give some support to pet owners who are busy due to work and life. Monday to Friday after 6 pm. Weekends and holidays all day long. I love going for walks, feed them, or I have them over the weekend. I would love to give a house and take care of pets in my apartment. I live by myself, but I work a 9-5 job.
About: Everybody knows me by the dog lover. If I can take every dog in the world I would. I have 2 years of experience at a dog daycare. As well as a years with my own dog. That’s not including the animals I grew up with. I can take care of all ages from Puppy to senior. If your dog can’t go up and down flights of stairs I would suggest your place. I am currently working part time at a dog daycare. I’ll be available for boarding any day out the week. I’ll be able to do 2 dogs a night depending on the size if we board at my house. I am able to dog sitt and board at your house or mines. We will go on hikes and do daily training. I will proved Beding and blankets. As well as water and if you don’t provide the food I can. I am able to walk your dog multiple times threw out the day as well as going on long walks. I do not live in a house so I don’t have a fenced yard. Your dog will be fed 2-3 times a day depending on what you prefer. And water will be available threw out the day. No matter what your fur baby will be treated at my house the same way I would treat them at your house with love and affection.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
