Matisa did a wonderful job taking care of Rex! She was very responsive throughout his stay, and you can tell how much she genuinely loves animals. We would gladly book with her again.
This was Shelby’s second time with Matisa and her family, and we will be back! Shelby even recognized Matisa’s house when we arrived and was very wiggly before we went inside. It was good for her to interact with other dogs too.
Amazing communication and took amazing care of my dog and cat. Definitely recommend worth every penny and happiness of our little fur babies. Definitely will be coming back to her service!

I am requesting a refund. Matisa did not show up on time for the appointment. We need someone that we can depend on and will be on time.
We were truly blessed to find Matisa, Chris and family after our prior booking fell through due to illness just hours before we left. Matisa kept us up to date on our pup with videos and photos, and responded quickly to my texts. We will definitely bring Shelby back for future trips where she cannot come with us.
