Today was a visit to see how the dogs responded to Mackenzie when we weren't around, and fortunately that went well. Mackenzie kept us in the loop from the time she headed to our home until the visit was complete, and sent a bunch of really cute pictures of our pups. Scooby is a bit of a nervous dog so we weren't certain how he'd do, but he reportedly responded well. We would definitely have Mackenzie care for our pups again!”

Their cat (was originally my cat, but my other cats would chase her) has a habit of grabbing her tail which leaves some minor scratches and requires some ointment application. Mandi applied it as needed and let us know when that was! She was also able to adjust her visits as my parents ended up leaving later than anticipated, and got back a day early. About: I’ve been around cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of my childhood dog and my parents three dogs. I also have a pet cat that I had for two years. I am passionate about exercising the dogs needs such as frequent walks, enrichments, and making sure to sneak in their medicine! One of my parents dogs needs to take medicine everyday and often times I do help. The same energy goes towards cats, I believe enriching and making sure they take their medicine is important! Since I intend to further my higher education, my routine and schedule is open and flexible for any pet care services that is needed for my clients. I care for pets in my home by making sure they have all their needs; any bedding, medicine, water, food, and enrichment toys. To add, making sure the pets cannot get into places or items that can be dangerous to them. If it’s within the clients home, I will make sure with the client of the proper medication to the right per, a list on what/how much they should be fed and their schedule, and any walking schedule the client insists on. Of course, providing adequate enrichment that involves treats/rewards!
