“Shauni did an amazing job looking after my cat while I was away. She took such great care of her and went above and beyond in making sure she was happy and safe while I was gone!”

About: I have taken animal science classes for past 4 years and previously worked at doggy daycare and boarding facilities. I am also proficient on administering many specialized medications such as insulin and heart meds. I have been taking care of pets since I was 12 years old and have worked with all types of dogs from Chihuahua puppies to senior Great Danes. I am currently working part time, usually from home while going into the office a few days a week. I would be free to visit any pups all throughout the day on most weekdays, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, as well as the weekend. I always ensure that whatever animal I am taking care of is comfortable and feels that they are in a safe environment as well as others around them. Being with people other than their parents can be a stressful situation for some pets and I work to make that encounter as stress free as possible.

About: I love to make sure your babies are happy, safe and comfortable so that you can enjoy your time away without worry! FaceTime, texts and consistent communication is what makes me your best choice! Former special educator, patience is my virtue! Weekday social worker, so I’m off on weekends routinely, which coincides with families wanting some getaway time. Occasionally available weeknights for walks and drop ins. Weekends are more flexible, and I’m usually available AM/PM or both. Looking to begin boarding in the Fall 2025 Primarily, I can come to your house for care. Occasionally, happily ready to provide care in my home for dogs on weekends. Walking trails and small yard. Other dogs are plentiful here, I will always keep your dog leashed at all times. I’m not against an occasional pup cup trip but have also respected gluten free diets as well.

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets my entire life. At one point growing up, my family had 15 pets, including cats, dogs, bunnies, hamster, guinea pig, snakes, & fish! I’m currently working part time from home so I have plenty of extra time on my hands. I am also very active, taking walks in the neighborhood multiple times a day. I figured why not bring a dog with me?! I have a large yard and live on a quiet street. Our house is also big with plenty of space for a dog to play.

“Stephanie was great. She made sure to give us an update on our very shy cat each day that we were gone. She even got a picture of him hiding under our bed which we appreciated very much! Definitely a 5 star sitter! Thank you Stephanie! :)”

“Steph took care of my rabbit for a long trip away and during the holidays and she went above and beyond. Consistently checked in with plenty of photos and took the extra time and care to keep his space clean and spend some time with him. She even made a special second trip on his birthday that I was unfortunately missing!! I would absolutely recommend her.”

About: I work with dogs on a daily bases. I love to cuddle, spoil, and keep the dogs active whenever I have free time. A dog is a family member and they will get my unconditional love and attention. On my breaks from work check ins will always be my first priority. They will get snacks if allowed. Plenty of pictures and up dates will happen while you're on your vacation. They are in the best of hands. I know how to control shy, excited and stubborn dogs and dogs who are pullers on a leash. All my time will be for the dogs! I work 5-10 minutes from my apartment. I’ll be able to check on them throughout the day and make sure they get plenty of outdoor time. My fiancé works 2nd shift so the dogs will never be left home alone except for a few hours on Sundays only! I work full time but my fiancé works 2nd shift so when I go to work he’s home and when I get home he’s going to work. Someone is almost always home I never use flexi leashes only slipleads or harnesses that can’t be slipped. I also usually ask for a crate(have a spare) if dogs need breaks

About: I have a degree in animal science and behavior from UNH. I am also a certified dog groomer from the Whole Pet Academy. I am experienced with medical emergencies. I have experience with puppies and have whelped and cared for a litter of 8. I am CPR certified and have 5 dogs of my own. I am capable of walking and looking after many dogs because I do it everyday! I have worked for a dog day care/boarding facility as well as dog groomers. I have also been house sitting and dog walking for many different breeds and cats since I was 15. I will love care and protect each pet as if they were my own. I currently work for myself from home and create my own schedule. I have plenty of time to walk and play and help your pet with any needs they may have! I also have well behaved and social dogs if they ever need a play date or someone to romp around with safely. I have a fenced in area for my dogs that can also be turned into two areas if your pet prefers privacy, I also have large dog crates available for space, I also have an inside pen that the dog can stay in if they are not used to being crated. The dog can sleep with me as well if that is what they are used to, I do have well behaved dogs that would love to play if thats what your pet would enjoy. I want your pet to have as comfortable an experience as possible while their loved one is away. Its what I would want for my pets and I would treat yours the same way.

“Samantha was fantastic. I was away for 10 days and it was the first time I'd ever used Rover to coordinate care for my cat. Samantha made the process easy. She was communicative throughout and provided detailed updates after each visit. So many of the photos she sent were of my cat curled up in her lap. It was clear that my cat trusted her and was in good hands! Upon my return, my cat's litter box was clean and both her food and water bowls were full. Samantha truly went above and beyond what I was expecting. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative pet sitter! Thanks again, Samantha!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was about 11 when my family got our two dogs. From then on I was tasked with walking them, playing with them, feeding them, bathing them, cleaning their ears, taking them to the groomers, etc. I have also been tasked with taking care for family friend’s dogs multiple times. I am currently a senior in college with a light course load. I have no classes Monday or Wednesday and never have any classes after 1:45pm. I am also available at least one day most weekends. I am very active and completely willing to walk, run, and/or play as much as your dog wants. I also have experience in crate training and am comfortable handling dogs who are being crate trained.

“Caroline provided excellent care for our two dogs while we were out of town. One of our dogs takes daily medication and she gave it on time as the prescription requires. We would definitely use her services again!”

My current full time job schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Around those hours would be best. My cat Daisy is an indoor cat. She doesn’t ever go out because I live on a busy road. She used to be an indoor/outdoor cat until I moved a year ago. We had a little back yard that she could roam around in. She was trained to stay right around the area. I’ve never done professional work before but I’m really good with animals!

About: My name is Mallory. I’ve got 3 teenage children and a 7 month old mini Golden Doodle named Ruby. I grew up always having cats..l remember as a child I always loved animals ( even the mice my mom reluctantly let me have) As I got older I had siblings and extended family members who owned dogs that were always around. I often helped my older sister with her dogs ( including a senior dog with many health issues) when she was out of town. I spend a lot of time outside camping, taking Ruby for long walks exploring local trails or just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sunshine. I look forward to caring and loving your pet as if they were my own! I will provide a safe/fun environment for your pet ( sending lots of pictures and updates) so you don’t have to worry. Ruby will be at my home if your dog is staying with me overnight/all day. She is super friendly and loves all dogs/ humans I currently work full time Monday-Thursday but, have tons of free time Friday-Sunday as I make my own work schedule those days. I already have a dog who I take on multiple walks a day. I have a spacious apartment on a side road in a very safe town. There are plenty of roads with minimum traffic to ensure safe walks.

“Tim did such a good job with my pup. He kept me updated throughout the visit and provided photos. I’m so glad I have someone I can count on for my dog when I’m not home. I am very happy with this service”

About: Hi there! My name is Clarice and I am 28 years old! I’m located in Somersworth and I work in a veterinary hospital as a certified veterinary technician! I graduated from UNH in 2018 with a degree in Veterinary Technology and then went on to passing my certification exam and becoming a CVT! I have since been working as a CVT for over 7 years now and have loved every moment! I am both Fear Free trained and RECOVER (CPR) trained. I have had dogs, cats, and small animals throughout my entire life so I’m a through and through animal lover! With my work, I have done everything from dog walking, to house visits, to dog sitting, to taking on my first bottle baby kitten and watching him grow big and strong! I currently have two kitties of my own; my orange tabby named Thomas O’Malley and my Siamese mix Dot. I am always excited to meet new people and new fur babies! Always feel free to reach out with any questions! I work full time Monday-Thursday 7:30a-5:30p so it’s harder for me to be available during those days but depending on what is needed, I may still be open to something during those days. Otherwise weekends are my most open and available days of the week! I treat your animals like they are my own! I love playing/walking with them to get out all their energy and then allowing them to snuggle up for a nice nap afterwards! Safety is a #1 priority so doors stay firmly shut, windows get shut for thunderstorms and fireworks, leashes/harnesses are double checked, etc.

“I have been Brittanys boyfriend for almost 2 years now and over those 2 years I have realized how much of an animal lover she is. During high school she would always bring home animals from her Animal Science class. She would take care of them with a lot of care and love. Brittany would even take home sick bunnies and would make them healthy again. If there is anyone that people should trust with their animals, it's Brittany!”

Kamerin H.
“Kamerin has been house sitting my dog for many years now, she always keeps in contact with us to tell us how they are doing and goes above and beyond to keep him happy, she also would drop off and pick one up our more rambunctious dog from day care while staying with our other who doesnt do well at day care.”

Summer S.
“I recommend Summer S. as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She has been caring for our pets, which include one cat, two dogs, and six chickens, for the past sixteen years. She adores animals, and is considered the “animal-whisperer” in our family. She takes on the responsibility of making sure all animals are fed and receiving appropriate amounts of attention. When she is home she takes on the task of trimming Daisy the Cat’s nails and giving her her daily thyroid medicine. She has also taken the dogs to the vet and the groomer when asked, as well as being in charge of them when home alone for extended periods. She has also befriended the chickens, with her being the first person in the household whom they approached and sat on when she sat with them. I would recommend Summer S. to anyone looking for a pet sitter or walker.”

Caroline H.

“Caroline provided excellent care for our two dogs while we were out of town. One of our dogs takes daily medication and she gave it on time as the prescription requires. We would definitely use her services again!”

Olivia R.
“Olivia has been a close friend for several years. Everything Olivia does is done with care and awareness. Over the span of our friendship, I have seen her passion for the work she does, her creative thinking for resolving difficult situations, and her organization for executing a task. Olivia's skills shine, specifically when she works with animals. Her love of dogs makes the work enjoyable. She is my families primary pet-sitter over vacations. We leave her with a list of tasks pertaining to the care of our cat and dog, and she ceases to disappoint. She looks after my sick dog with such love and makes sure to give my dog her daily medication on time. Olivia is very deliberate in what she does; in other words, she does not waste her time filling in the gaps of her schedule. I highly recommend her for this position because I have every bit of confidence that she will do it with passion and confidence.”

Jeanette G.

“Jeanette was great with our two shy cats, she took very good care of them and got even them to come out of their shells. She gave great updates that made us feel at ease.”

Ashley C.

“Ashley was amazing! My dogs were so happy she was with them, I did not worry for a second leaving them in her care! We highly recommend Ashley!”

Tess P.

“Thanks for taking such good care of my sweet kitty!”

“Not only has Clarice been loving and caring for my dog, but she is very knowledgeable about any of my dog's medical needs as well. She's first on the list to call when I have an issue with my dog's health. I trust her fully with my precious pup. If I was to rate her 1-10 on trustworthiness, I would have to say 10. As an added bonus my pup is always so excited to see her, and she returns all that love right back. She is capable, honest and animal loving.”
