“Katarina took the best care of our 8mo old Bernedoodle, Bella. Bella would always come home so relaxed and content, I can tell she receives a lot of love and attention. We’ve used Katarina for both daycare / sitting and overnight boarding, and both have exceeded our expectations. So thankful we found such a caring sitter.”

“Kirsten was so amazing with our pup Millie! Her dog Roxy and Millie played so well together and we would get picture updates of what she was up to that day - which we loved! Fun plays in the backyard, walks, and enjoying the sunshine:) Couldn’t recommend Kirsten enough! She was so great! 10/10!!”

“Our dog spent the day with Lauren and her pups & seemed to have a great time. She was contented and tired out when we got her home; she slept like a baby. Large and secure space for the dogs to run and play - perfect for our active girl! Lauren provided great communication and was very helpful and accommodating; we are excited to try an overnight visit next.”

“Valerie was so kind to Moose, who had a pretty difficult adjustment to a new situation. She sent daily updates, which was so nice. I appreciated her responsiveness in the initial booking and in drop-off and pickup. Moose, who is a pretty anxious dog, was in great shape after this stay.”

“Morgan & Heather took great care of our dog, Sunny! It was a last minute booking, so we were very appreciative of their responsiveness and care. Sunny had a great time with their family. Highly recommend!”

“Alicia took great care of my pup and was super easy to communicate with, accommodating and flexible! She took Ed on lots of outings and sent photos everyday! Would definitely rebook!”

“Stephanie was fantastic and did such a good job watching Benny. I could tell he had a great time staying with her and we got daily updates with fun photos. She even dressed him up for Halloween (: We will definitely use her again!”

“Freya has really bad separation anxiety, and did really well with Lisa. Freya didn’t even need trazadone, or gabapentin prescribed by my vet. This was the first time using Lisa and rover I will definitely use Lisa again in the future. Thank you Lisa!”

“Meredith is the absolute best and takes great care of my dog. Her home is our pup’s “home away from home” whenever I travel and she treats him so well. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Meredith.”

“Amazing is a total understatement!! Adelaine is the most wonderful dog sitter and amazing human!! We were gone for an entire week and she kept me VERY well updated and we knew she was taking the best care! When we got back home immediately I knew he had the best time and was tuckered out! My fiancé said I know she did a dang good job with him because he is so tuckered out and well behaved! It’s not even a question we will go back to her I’m so overjoyed we choose her 😍 I will forever be thankful we now have a permanent dog sitter!!!!!”

“Sarah and her family were so nice and took good care of my dog. They were very accommodating with all of his stuff and my schedule! Would bring him back when ever I need someone to look after him again.”

“Marylynn was great with Riza! She took her on several walks and sent me lots of updates. My dog had a blast at her house and was nice and tired when I brought her back home.”
“Evette was so wonderful. Our little dog was spoiled and loved how much she knows about dogs. She sent multiple pictures a day and so quick to respond. Beyond grateful for her and her opening her home to Roo. Thank you so much!”

“Mandi and her family took such good care of our pup. Every picture she sent he was happy and getting the love he wanted. They have an adorable golden, Hank, that was super friendly and they played well together. Her kids seemed so sweet with our pup as well. Thank you for being a great home for our pup while we were away!”

“One of our best experiences on Rover! An amazing experience from start to finish! Our dog was treated like part of the family, and we could tell they had a great time. We loved getting updates while we were away, and it made traveling so much less stressful. We came home to a happy dog and are so grateful for the wonderful care. Highly recommend! Elizabeth is the best!”

Bre is great. She both picked up and dropped off Ripley and gave him a bath before he came back home. She kept us informed throughout his stay with pictures and text updates. Bre took Ripley on a daily hike with several other dogs so he was well socialized. Communication was great. Will definitely look to work with Bre again in the future.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
