About: WE'VE MOVED! Same great care, new location featuring a larger home and more land to play :) We are an active family with 3 children (and one on the way) who love to play outside, take long walks, and even run with our dog. Animals are well-loved in our home and welcome on the furniture. I would love to include your pet in any exercise needs as well! We are available for walking pets before 8 am and after 4:30 p.m. every day. I can also do mid-day drop-ins if located in the Wausau area (best if northeast side of Wausau as I work in the Industrial park or near Merrill since my husband works there). We have a 3500+ sq foot house and 10 wooded acres, so there is plenty of room for more pets to house overnight. My kids absolutely love playing ball and walking the dog, too! We have an energetic black lab who loves to play. I believe in being active and playing as much as possible with my family (but am totally ok watching dogs who love to nap :) ).

About: Hello! My name is Ella, and I recently moved back to Wausau after graduating from college in Montana. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Natural Horsemanship, a horse-training method focused on understanding animal behavior and building a relationship based on communication and trust. My degree also included coursework in animal health, animal husbandry, and classes taught by both large- and small-animal veterinarians. My Fiancé, Cooper, also earned a degree in Natural Horsemanship with a minor in ranch management. Like me, he has spent much of his life around animals and is comfortable caring for a variety of pets and following specific care instructions. I grew up on a hobby farm and have had horses nearly my entire life. Dogs have always been part of the family, too—we’ve had everything from Labs and bird dogs to little Jack Russells! I currently have an energetic Blue Heeler who loves joining me on horseback rides and hikes. I’ve also grown up caring for a wide variety of animals, including parrots, dogs, cats, horses, fish, and even a squirrel! This experience has taught me that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs. I started my own dog-sitting business in high school and continued pet sitting throughout college in Montana. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, and fish, and I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and maintaining your pet’s normal routine while you’re away. About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was very young. I’ve watched friends pets when they go out of town and I currently have my own cats and a dog! I’m currently only working part time and from home, so I will have plenty of time to spoil your pups with all the love and attention they deserve! I have a fenced in yard! About: I live in the country so can go for long walks, swim in pond . . Will be treated as part of the family and spoiled rotten. Right now I’m still working during the week. I’m looking more at weekends. I can do during the week if your comfortable them being home alone for 6 hours a day. I have a lot of open area , I also have a very friendly dog that loves to have a playmate or just someone to share his treats with. He is very gentle with puppies and older laid back dogs.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
