“Our dogs loved Stephanie right away at our meet and greet. She has a calming effect on animals and was great with our little Jack, who is a live wire. She stayed with our two dogs in our home and left the house better than it was when she came .We received daily updates with fun pictures! I know the dogs were thrilled to get two walks per day and she even treated them with new toys .She messaged us immediately with a health concern and kept us informed as to how the dog was doing. We would definitely recommend Stephanie for pet care needs and hope she can hang out with our dogs again.”

About: I’m pretty open as far as pet sitting in my home or yours. I have cats and a couple guinea pigs, so I’m hoping maybe I can find people who have friendly cats to play with mine or friendly dogs who don’t mind other furry friends I have open availability right now, as I’m just trying to start a part time thing here on Rover. There isn’t really a set schedule I have so hoping to work with folks to meet their needs I unfortunately do not have a fenced in yard as I live in an apartment, however I am definitely willing to bring the furry pets who wanna go to the dog park, there!

She came over a few weeks before the scheduled weekend to meet with us, and within a few minutes I knew she was going to love our pups as much as we do! Some people might have been hesitant to stay with bully breed type dogs, but Katie was confident and saw no issues after getting to know them. Her communication kept my nerves at bay, and she provided many cute pictures and updates throughout the weekend. Based on her pictures, I think she got plenty of snuggles! About: I am a recent graduate of UW-River Falls with a bachelor's degree in animal science. Currently, I am working as a veterinary assistant, and have advanced knowledge of dog and cat care. Because of this, I am experienced in pet CPR skills and basic first aid. I started my own pet-sitting business about 5 years ago and have experience with many different temperaments and breeds of dogs. I also have experience pet-sitting cats and horses. Pets are a member of the family and I am willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable leaving your animal behind. I love animals and will treat your pets as if they are my own. I am currently working full-time as a veterinary assistant, but have plenty of time before and after work to watch your pets! I also have weekends free which will be dedicated to pet sitting. When watching pets in a client's home, I ensure that the pets as well as the clients get to know me prior to pet sitting. Generally, I like to go to the home ahead of time, to meet my clients and their pets, so they get a chance to know me. I feel this is important because it is vital for clients to know the person they entrust their pets care to. When pet sitting, I try to follow the pet's schedule as close to normal as possible, to reduce their anxiety while their owner is away.
