“Cynthia was great with my 1 1/2 year old Sheltie. She allowed us to meet her and her pup a couple of weeks before our vacation, to make sure we all were comfortable with each other. Drop off day was hard for us since our Sheltie is only 1.5 year’s old and a rescue, we didn’t want to stress her out too much. Cynthia has lots of experience with rescues and was quick to pick up on her needs. During the vacation she sent us many videos and pictures, which helped a great deal. I have used Erin 2x now, and getting ready to book for the third time in less than a year. Each time she and her kids had my sweet ans hyper girl, I got pictures and updates daily on how she was doing. When we had a snow storm back in February, she even put her in the hoodie I sent so Hope could play in the snow. The roads were also not good, and Erin kept me posted of how they were in her neighborhood so that I could come when it was safe, all the while Hope was in great hands. As I said I'll be re booking for a third time, and really appreciate her taking such good care of my Hope.
Mrs. Thelma was truly a blessing for my family and I! We had a last minute request and she did not hesitate to accept the job! She went above and beyond to ensure I pets had a great time and communicated with us the entire time! I would definitely recommend Mrs. Thelma!
